We came to Utah to experience the wonder of Zion National Park and take in the scenic views. We never imagined how beautiful an ABB could be. This was the most amazing house we have ever rented. The views from the living room & bedroom were amazing. Another thing that is often a disappointment is the shower water pressure. The shower was like being under a firehose which was literally the best water pressure I have ever experienced. The library was amazing and the grill came in very handy as well. Overall, I would come back just to get away from the rat race of life and never even have to leave the property. This was an amazing experience and Boyd was a fantastic and responsive host.

The house clean, cozy, and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, plenty of towels, a very nice pellet stove / fireplace - along with central heating, incredible views of part of Zion and easy access to, yet far enough away, from HWY 15. The owner was kind and responsive. Overall we had a wonderful time there.

Excellent location, good communication, spacious home, awesome views and easy to find. Our only disappointment was that the wood pellet stove was not operational and needed to be replaced according to our host. We felt this should have been disclosed prior to renting. You can’t beat the location!

Overall, this place is great. Wonderful views, well-stocked with basic supplies, and very close to Kolob Canyons. It's very quiet and was just what I needed for a short getaway from Las Vegas. A couple minor complaints: paying a cleaning fee yet having to strip the bed and take out the garbage myself, and flat, unsupportive pillows.

This was a really awesome place to stay, the views are amazing! I love the little walking trails around the property. I was worried at first about privacy but i feel like we were provided with plenty of privacy. Did not receive the code to check in until late in the day, but did receive before arriving at the property. highly recommend this property.

The property was just as advertised- a well maintained guest house on a very beautiful and gorgeously landscaped area near to many day hiking areas and other attractions. While we did not get the opportunity to met the host in person, he was very responsive to text messages. He gave us great suggestions on some lovely day hikes. The guest house was spacious. All necessary items were provided. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and a propane grill. There were spices and cooking oils probably left by past guests which was nice because then all you needed to get were the main ingredients from the grocery store in St. George or Cedar City if you wanted to eat at the guest house. Restaurants were a 15-45 minute drive, depending on your preferences. We would recommend this place to our family and friends. It was quiet, relaxing and very clean.

Very lovely property! Guest house had a nice kitchen, dining area, bathroom, bedrooms, and a very nice living room area surrounded by window for views of mountain area. Mountains surround area and Zion canyons are visible. Exterior area was well maintained with nice landscaping and green grass. Saw quail, rabbits, and other wildlife right from the window. Zion is short distance from location. 5 star property! Must stay!

Really nice stay, only very minor complaints. Animal hair on the furniture, what looks like doggie stains on the carpet sprayed with way too much fabreeze, and no tin foil for the grill, and volume on the tv is stuck at 18 with no way to adjust up or down.

Beautiful location with a great view! The only thing we found wrong was the overall cleanliness. We found hair on the bathroom floor and bits of food on some of the dishes. Also the outdoor table and chairs was covered in bird poop. It took some time to clean to sit out there. It's a cozy place that we would like to stay at again given the house was a bit cleaner.

We stayed for 3 nights in April. You can’t beat the beautiful serene setting. The house is clean and comfortable. My only regret was that the weather was a little too cool to use the outside patio and lawn chairs. I would have liked an outside morning coffee, enjoying the vistas. We will have to go back. The location is very convenient for the Kolob Canyon section of the park, which we really enjoyed. The main section of the park is a 50 minute drive. We did not mind the drive- it’s very scenic, but be aware.

The house was not ready when we arrived a little after 3pm. We had to text our contacts to get a code for the door. And there were basic items like scissors and hand soap missing from the kitchen. All the reviews of this house have been perfect so I guess we were just the unlucky ones. On a positive note the view was great and the house was peaceful.

Staying here gives you the opportunity to observe dark skies filled with stars and planets. The house is roomy and nicely furnished. Lots of windows to view the Utah mountains. Be sure to take your food as the closest store is 20 miles.

We loved this place. The house was great and spacious enough for 4 even though there were only 2 of us. The views were awesome. It was closer to the interstate highway than we realized but it was still quiet. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the views, and the location. We hiked Kolob Canyons area and even hiking the property is beautiful. Boyd was very responsive to questions and check-in was easy. The inside furniture and appliances were all working properly and comfortable but could use some updating. For us the views and location was the best and made this a five start stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Utah vacation rental! The location was perfect for easy access to Kolob Canyon, and the views of the Kolob Fingers formation from the bedroom windows and outdoor porch were simply stunning. Waking up to this breathtaking scenery was a highlight of our trip. We really enjoyed having our coffee outside and watching the sun come up over the mountains. The rental was spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. The check-in process was seamless, making our arrival stress-free. The owner was very responsive to our messages before we arrived and even allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver during the heat wave in late July. We really appreciated having a comfortable and cool place to settle down in after traveling. It was the perfect place from which to explore other places, such as Bryce Canyon and the Utah Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City. Still, hiking in Kolob Canyon was our favorite activity (we highly recommend the Taylor Creek Trail). Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic stay near Kolob Canyon, with easy interstate access to explore other Utah parks and attractions.

We were very happy with our stay here -- in every respect. Accommodations were a very comfortable and well laid guest house. Location was superb, only about 10 minutes from the northern section of Zion National Park, along with several other canyons that are either state or privately-owned. The Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. In addition, there is a third structure on this large farm property, a garage and a studio apartment above it. A really nice young couple are tenants in the studio, they were very knowledgeable about the area and willing to help any way they could

Very nice property close to the North Entrance to Zion. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property.

This was a really awesome place to stay, the views are amazing! I love the little walking trails around the property. I was worried at first about privacy but i feel like we were provided with plenty of privacy. Did not receive the code to check in until late in the day, but did receive before arriving at the property. highly recommend this property.

My wife and daughter stayed here while visiting Zion and doing some hiking. Boyd was an excellent host. The property was beautiful and clean a great place to stay. I would highly recommend. 2 queen beds. View was awesome.

Plenty of room for 4 people to spread out and be comfortable. Loved the outdoor patio area with beautiful gardens and views.Communication was great and had everything we needed to grill out and make dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay our stay here in New Harmony. The house had everything we needed, and then some. The views were amazing, probably the best we've had at any vacation rental, and Zion National park is a short drive away. The owner provided great communication and was close by if we needed anything. I also appreciated there was already ice made in the freezer.

The house was not ready when we arrived a little after 3pm. We had to text our contacts to get a code for the door. And there were basic items like scissors and hand soap missing from the kitchen. All the reviews of this house have been perfect so I guess we were just the unlucky ones. On a positive note the view was great and the house was peaceful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Utah vacation rental! The location was perfect for easy access to Kolob Canyon, and the views of the Kolob Fingers formation from the bedroom windows and outdoor porch were simply stunning. Waking up to this breathtaking scenery was a highlight of our trip. We really enjoyed having our coffee outside and watching the sun come up over the mountains. The rental was spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. The check-in process was seamless, making our arrival stress-free. The owner was very responsive to our messages before we arrived and even allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver during the heat wave in late July. We really appreciated having a comfortable and cool place to settle down in after traveling. It was the perfect place from which to explore other places, such as Bryce Canyon and the Utah Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City. Still, hiking in Kolob Canyon was our favorite activity (we highly recommend the Taylor Creek Trail). Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic stay near Kolob Canyon, with easy interstate access to explore other Utah parks and attractions.

We stayed for 3 nights in April. You can’t beat the beautiful serene setting. The house is clean and comfortable. My only regret was that the weather was a little too cool to use the outside patio and lawn chairs. I would have liked an outside morning coffee, enjoying the vistas. We will have to go back. The location is very convenient for the Kolob Canyon section of the park, which we really enjoyed. The main section of the park is a 50 minute drive. We did not mind the drive- it’s very scenic, but be aware.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. This property was about an hour from Springdale which is the most common entrance to Zion. I actually enjoyed the Kolob Canyon side a bit more as it is far less crowed and no shuttles to navigate. This property was less than 20 minutes from that entrance. There is a gas station near the property for convenience.

Staying here gives you the opportunity to observe dark skies filled with stars and planets. The house is roomy and nicely furnished. Lots of windows to view the Utah mountains. Be sure to take your food as the closest store is 20 miles.

We decided to stay here to save on our Zion/Bryce trip. We rented a car from Vegas. It was about 2.5 hrs. to get to the rental. To Zion visitor center was just under an hour. Bryce was about 2 hrs. Those were long days but so worth it. The property is beautiful and surrounded by mountains, I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. The stars were out and the moon was large over the mountains. The best surprise for me was Kolob at sunset. Kolob is a great national park with a scenic drive only 5 minutes down the road. It is the next exit on the highway and it was as pretty as Zion or Bryce. Great stay, highly recommend.

Rural retreat close to Zion and Snow Canyons, as well as retail and restaurants in Cedar City. The Guest House was perfect for our active vacation. Boyd, the property owner/contact, was very helpful with hike suggestions and very prompt to reply to any questions. This property did not disappoint!

The property was just as advertised- a well maintained guest house on a very beautiful and gorgeously landscaped area near to many day hiking areas and other attractions. While we did not get the opportunity to met the host in person, he was very responsive to text messages. He gave us great suggestions on some lovely day hikes. The guest house was spacious. All necessary items were provided. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and a propane grill. There were spices and cooking oils probably left by past guests which was nice because then all you needed to get were the main ingredients from the grocery store in St. George or Cedar City if you wanted to eat at the guest house. Restaurants were a 15-45 minute drive, depending on your preferences. We would recommend this place to our family and friends. It was quiet, relaxing and very clean.

This home was beautiful! Boyd was so kind and accommodating, giving us good recommendations for food. The house was stocked well and we used it as a home base to hike Zion and Bryce Canyons. Bryce was amazing, our favorite! The view was stunning!

Everything about the New Harmony homestead is amazing. The house is well equipped, the location is just enough secluded but close enough to a city ( cedar city or St. George). The host is accessible if you need anything and a genuinely kind individual. We have already booked another stay!!

What a beautiful place to stay! And it was so well designed for guests. Two bathroom sinks made such a difference. The washer and dryer on site with detergent was very appreciated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. And the view! The 45-minute drive between New Harmony and Springdale, where the major part of Zion National Park is located, was beautiful! Our host, Boyd was helpful in every regard. I highly recommend his guest house for your adventures to Zion.

This house is incredible. The pictures of the views simply cannot capture the beauty all around. It’s quiet and private with everything you will need. Cedar city is nearby with plenty of stores and restaurants. Kolob is one exit south on the interstate and you can be in Zion in less than an hour. Everything about this house is great.
