Perfect Pyrmont penthouse pad

the keys had to be dropped at the same place they were picked up from which is up the road from the accommodation if its raining you will get very wet like I did. we had an early flight so we packed up and took the keys back to the shop at 7am BUT the shop doesn't open until 8:30am there's no where it says the shop doesn't open till 8:30 i called Book a batch and they said the shop opens at 7:30 then began the argument. There's a sign on the front of the shop that looked like it had been there for years that states the shop is open 7 days a week from 8:30am. i was told i had to take the keys all the way back to our room and leave them there so i had to cancel my Uber and run back to the room and got even more wet then order another Uber. ZERO concern about me missing my flight from book a batch. I will never use them again

View was amazing. Property seemed damp and there was blood on the wall. Shower was low pressure. Needs to be renovated.

We did have a few issues, the collection of the key was absolutely ridiculous. The laundry was dirty. The lighting in the bedrooms was inadequate, not bright enough. Complimentary tea and coffee was sparse and no milk (long life would have been fine) The stairs to the bedroom were a danger, the steps blended into each other. The heating couldn't be adjusted and was too hot.
