Beautiful and peaceful property, loved the breakfast (we ordered everything!), dinner and cocktails from bar. Also enjoyed the spa - hydro-circuit therapy was refreshing and massages were excellent. It is further from town, but that’s why we chose this lodge. After our 4-day trek, we very much appreciated the rest. Shuttle service was easy to arrange and always on time. Staff were kind and helpful, arranged everything requested, efficiently. We stayed 2 nights and wished we had stayed longer.

The setting is stunning and so peaceful. Tents are comfortable and the shuttle service into town is a great addition. Food here was also great, special shout out to Miguel WiFi was the only let down.

Absolutely stunning facilities. Comfortable, clean rooms and staff always ready to help and make sure your stay is perfect. I especially liked the mountain bikes they have to borrow. The bikes are top quality and ready for the tough terrain around the hotel. I also need to recognize the massage therapist and her amazing work coupled with the hot tub and sauna. My only note would be to include more gluten free options in the restaurant but they offer great transportation into town where you can get something if you need.

During our stay, we traveled with a group of seven, including four children. Each morning began wonderfully with the complimentary breakfast served in the aesthetically pleasing restaurant and surrounding area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quiet little piece of paradise, the views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabins were beautiful and I loved being able to have a fire at night in the wood burning stove. Food was delicious & I enjoyed my morning cappuccino while enjoying the views. Ollantaytambo was a quaint little town, I explored the ruins & the town. I felt very safe and relaxed, and enjoyed my walk from Ollantaytambo to the resort. I had the Inca Detox spa treatment, it was a lovely way to end my day. The spa was very cute. Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing visit.

I stayed a total 4 nights. Be prepared for a rough 2-hr ride from Cusco to the resort. The safari tent, tranquility, greenery and all made the journey worthwhile. The staff and drivers were professional and helpful. I looked forward to the daily breakfast which was scrumptious and wholesome. Free shuttles were provided to and fro the resort, town and train station. The resort kept my luggage while I made a day trip to Machu Picchu. The only downside was the inconsistent water temperature which happened at the 2 different tents I stayed.
I stayed a total 4 nights. Be prepared for a rough 2-hr ride from Cusco to the resort. The safari tent, tranquility, greenery and all made the journey worthwhile. The staff and drivers were professional and helpful. I looked forward to the daily breakfast which was scrumptious and wholesome. Free shuttles were provided to and fro the resort, town and train station. The resort kept my luggage while I made a day trip to Machu Picchu. The only downside was the inconsistent water temperature which happened at the 2 different tents I stayed.

What an amazing experience it was staying here. I truly felt at home. The “tents” are incredible, comfortable beds, endless hot water, fireplace, and fast internet. I loved opening up all the windows, the fresh air was great. The food was great, many different items to choose from and multiple different areas to eat (main dining area / bar top) I enjoyed not having to pay each time I ate, just having it put on my tab was way easier. The shuttle service was very convenient and on time. I was dropped off/picked up from the train station promptly for time ticket time and also I was picked up/dropped off in town whenever I wanted for no extra cost! They also arranged my pick up from the airport (for an extra cost) This shuttle service is great because you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere outside of the town but can also come and go to the town as you please. At the end of the day it was the staff that made my trip. Words cannot describe how amazing the people here are, thank you so much to everyone, thank you for your smiles and for helping me with my Spanish! I’ll never forget how great you all treated me.

The place is astonishing, in one of the most beautiful valleys,surrounded by mountains and green spaces. 30-40mn walk to city Ollantaytambo. Available free shuttle. Clean and spacious Tents, kids loved it. Beds can be more comfortable, were very acceptable though. Lacked coffe and tea in the tents. You have to ask for filtered water if you need more, a fountain would be better. Hot tub is not free, you have to pay around 30 USD per hour per person ( it is free in most other countries). Over all, i think it is the best you can find in Ollantaytambo.

This place is amazing. It’s very conveniently located and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The restaurant onsite is very good. The best part about this place is the hospitality of the staff. They go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. I will stay here again.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. After a long journey from the USA to Lima, then Cusco, and finally a three-hour drive in the dark, we arrived at the hotel exhausted. Once we showered and were ready to rest, I found a large hair on the bed that clearly wasn’t mine. When I called reception, they said they had no one available to change the sheets. I requested two pillowcases and a blanket so I could at least sleep on top of the covers. The staff member provided the items but mentioned she needed the blanket back in the morning as it was taken from another guest room. She also promised that the bedsheets would be changed in the morning. The next day, after a full day at Machu Picchu, we were supposed to be picked up at the train station at 10:00 PM. It was dark, late, and cold, and we were surrounded by street dogs fighting each other, with our kids scared and the driver nowhere to be found. The driver arrived 15 minutes late, leaving us waiting in the cold and dark. When we returned to the hotel, exhausted and ready to sleep, I noticed that the bedsheets hadn’t been changed as promised. The same stain from the previous night was still there. I called the front desk again, and this time a different staff member told me there was still no housekeeper available to change the sheets. Exhausted, I asked for fresh sheets and made the bed myself. The following morning, as we were leaving, we needed assistance with our luggage. After waiting in the car for 45 minutes, my husba

The food is outstanding, by chef Lenin and his staff: Luis, Rafael, Victor, Eliana, Dafne and Sara. The atmosphere is serene, and every detail carefully crafted. If you’re visiting Machu Picchu, stay at least three nights to truly experience its peace and beauty.

Very nice property for our family. The rooms were clean and the grounds/views were exceptional. Food was excellent as well as the service. Everyone one that worked there was extremely nice and willing to help. The only gripe is that the hot water was a bit erratic at times.

This property is stunning. It's located in the sacred valley surrounded by mountains. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the cabins are incredible with views that make your heart skip a beat. Every detail has been thought out, and I really appreciate that. The food is delicious. The staff is kind and helpful. My only complaint is that the water temperature in the shower needed to be more consistent. After a long day hiking, I would have loved to take a warm shower, but do NOT let this deter you from staying here. I highly recommend this property. This place is perfect!

Everything about Las Qolqas is AMAZING! Especially the incredible staff: Kate, Maryann and Xiomara at the front desk are friendly, kind, fun, super responsive, and helped us at every turn, going way above and beyond what you typically hope for at a property. We were happy to see Charly, Jac and Leonela at the bar/restaurant for our meals; they made each of our meals a fun occasion and provided excellent service. (And the food is spectacularly delicious with gorgeous presentation, using local produce, including herbs and flowers grown on the property). Laura is the spa therapist; she is a lovely person who made our spa time an outstanding experience - both calming and rejuvenating. The housekeeping and grounds staff do an incredible job; the tent/villas are gorgeous, immaculate, and the beds are super comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, and the setting, by a river and at the foot of the Andes, is breathtaking. The lodge is a short distance from Ollantaytambo and Las Qolqas provides easy and free shuttle service to the plaza and to the train station. They arranged a tour to a nearby weaving village, providing a box lunch and an incredible guide. I would not change a thing about Las Qolqas. We have traveled quite a bit; Las Qolqas is the overall best place we've stayed. Can't wait to go back!

This property was spectacular. We stayed one night on the way down from Mach Picchu. The moment we arrived we wished we had more time. The grounds were beautiful and the river running alongside made for a very peaceful setting. The staff was extremely friendly. The group tent was super family friendly with kids staying in the loft area and two private bedrooms downstairs.

Dream like setting for a hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort is surrounded by towering mountains on both sides with a river flowing through. The onsite dining and breakfast options were high quality and the service very good. The room we were in felt a little short on space. However, floor to to ceiling glass doors gave a very roomy feel with stunning views of nature. There is a hiking trail that goes to Pumamarca ruins just outside the hotel entrance for those that are feeling the urge to explore the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Sacred Valley.

The place is astonishing, in one of the most beautiful valleys,surrounded by mountains and green spaces. 30-40mn walk to city Ollantaytambo. Available free shuttle. Clean and spacious Tents, kids loved it. Beds can be more comfortable, were very acceptable though. Lacked coffe and tea in the tents. You have to ask for filtered water if you need more, a fountain would be better. Hot tub is not free, you have to pay around 30 USD per hour per person ( it is free in most other countries). Over all, i think it is the best you can find in Ollantaytambo.

Absolutely stunning facilities. Comfortable, clean rooms and staff always ready to help and make sure your stay is perfect. I especially liked the mountain bikes they have to borrow. The bikes are top quality and ready for the tough terrain around the hotel. I also need to recognize the massage therapist and her amazing work coupled with the hot tub and sauna. My only note would be to include more gluten free options in the restaurant but they offer great transportation into town where you can get something if you need.

Everything about Las Qolqas is AMAZING! Especially the incredible staff: Kate, Maryann and Xiomara at the front desk are friendly, kind, fun, super responsive, and helped us at every turn, going way above and beyond what you typically hope for at a property. We were happy to see Charly, Jac and Leonela at the bar/restaurant for our meals; they made each of our meals a fun occasion and provided excellent service. (And the food is spectacularly delicious with gorgeous presentation, using local produce, including herbs and flowers grown on the property). Laura is the spa therapist; she is a lovely person who made our spa time an outstanding experience - both calming and rejuvenating. The housekeeping and grounds staff do an incredible job; the tent/villas are gorgeous, immaculate, and the beds are super comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, and the setting, by a river and at the foot of the Andes, is breathtaking. The lodge is a short distance from Ollantaytambo and Las Qolqas provides easy and free shuttle service to the plaza and to the train station. They arranged a tour to a nearby weaving village, providing a box lunch and an incredible guide. I would not change a thing about Las Qolqas. We have traveled quite a bit; Las Qolqas is the overall best place we've stayed. Can't wait to go back!

The cabins were beautiful and I loved being able to have a fire at night in the wood burning stove. Food was delicious & I enjoyed my morning cappuccino while enjoying the views. Ollantaytambo was a quaint little town, I explored the ruins & the town. I felt very safe and relaxed, and enjoyed my walk from Ollantaytambo to the resort. I had the Inca Detox spa treatment, it was a lovely way to end my day. The spa was very cute. Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing visit.

What an amazing experience it was staying here. I truly felt at home. The “tents” are incredible, comfortable beds, endless hot water, fireplace, and fast internet. I loved opening up all the windows, the fresh air was great. The food was great, many different items to choose from and multiple different areas to eat (main dining area / bar top) I enjoyed not having to pay each time I ate, just having it put on my tab was way easier. The shuttle service was very convenient and on time. I was dropped off/picked up from the train station promptly for time ticket time and also I was picked up/dropped off in town whenever I wanted for no extra cost! They also arranged my pick up from the airport (for an extra cost) This shuttle service is great because you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere outside of the town but can also come and go to the town as you please. At the end of the day it was the staff that made my trip. Our stay was extremely disappointing. After a long journey from the USA to Lima, then Cusco, and finally a three-hour drive in the dark, we arrived at the hotel exhausted. Once we showered and were ready to rest, I found a large hair on the bed that clearly wasn’t mine. When I called reception, they said they had no one available to change the sheets. I requested two pillowcases and a blanket so I could at least sleep on top of the covers. The staff member provided the items but mentioned she needed the blanket back in the morning as it was taken from another guest room. She also promised that the bedsheets would be changed in the morning. The next day, after a full day at Machu Picchu, we were supposed to be picked up at the train station at 10:00 PM. It was dark, late, and cold, and we were surrounded by street dogs fighting each other, with our kids scared and the driver nowhere to be found. The driver arrived 15 minutes late, leaving us waiting in the cold and dark. When we returned to the hotel, exhausted and ready to sleep, I noticed that the bedsheets hadn’t been changed as promised. The same stain from the previous night was still there. I called the front desk again, and this time a different staff member told me there was still no housekeeper available to change the sheets. Exhausted, I asked for fresh sheets and made the bed myself. The following morning, as we were leaving, we needed assistance with our luggage. After waiting in the car for 45 minutes, my husba

The property is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Note that food options are limited given that its an eco lodge with foods prepared from their own garden. This was nice, but we struggled with feeding the kids, especially since the town is 10 minutes away by car and the property van to town stops running at 6pm. They also do not offer complimentary tea, whicj is available in every other hotel we stayed at in high altitude Peru.

Our family of three stayed at this resort for three nights after hiking the Inca trail. It is a fabulous resort with excellent service and beautiful grounds and separate cabins. My husband and I each enjoyed a massage and we ate in the restaurant every evening for their set dinner which was always delicious. They have an on site tour operator who worked with us to plan a great day trip of mountain biking and sight seeing. This is a fabulous resort and l worth the expense of you want to splurge and pamper yourself. Just make sure you take some time to enjoy the resort itself.

The setting is stunning and so peaceful. Tents are comfortable and the shuttle service into town is a great addition. Food here was also great, special shout out to Miguel WiFi was the only let down.

The property is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Note that food options are limited given that its an eco lodge with foods prepared from their own garden. This was nice, but we struggled with feeding the kids, especially since the town is 10 minutes away by car and the property van to town stops running at 6pm. They also do not offer complimentary tea, whicj is available in every other hotel we stayed at in high altitude Peru.

Absolutely stunning facilities. Comfortable, clean rooms and staff always ready to help and make sure your stay is perfect. I especially liked the mountain bikes they have to borrow. The bikes are top quality and ready for the tough terrain around the hotel. I also need to recognize the massage therapist and her amazing work coupled with the hot tub and sauna. My only note would be to include more gluten free options in the restaurant but they offer great transportation into town where you can get something if you need.

If you’re visiting Machu Picchu, stay at least three nights to truly experience its peace and beauty.

Quiet little piece of paradise, the views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabins were beautiful and I loved being able to have a fire at night in the wood burning stove. Food was delicious & I enjoyed my morning cappuccino while enjoying the views. Ollantaytambo was a quaint little town, I explored the ruins & the town. I felt very safe and relaxed, and enjoyed my walk from Ollantaytambo to the resort. I had the Inca Detox spa treatment, it was a lovely way to end my day. The spa was very cute. Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing visit.

What an amazing experience it was staying here. I truly felt at home. The “tents” are incredible, comfortable beds, endless hot water, fireplace, and fast internet. I loved opening up all the windows, the fresh air was great. The food was great, many different items to choose from and multiple different areas to eat (main dining area / bar top) I enjoyed not having to pay each time I ate, just having it put on my tab was way easier. The shuttle service was very convenient and on time. I was dropped off/picked up from the train station promptly for time ticket time and also I was picked up/dropped off in town whenever I wanted for no extra cost! They also arranged my pick up from the airport (for an extra cost) This shuttle service is great because you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere outside of the town but can also come and go to the town as you please. At the end of the day it was the staff that made my trip. Words cannot describe how amazing the people here are, thank you so much to everyone, thank you for your smiles and for helping me with my Spanish! I’ll never forget how great you all treated me.

We stayed here last month for 3 days. One of the best places I've ever stayed and my favorite place of all time in Peru. It was like heaven on earth. The views were amazing and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The gardens were breathtaking. Our lovely cabin/tent was next to the river so we slept so well with the sound of the water. We loved waking up to the sounds of hummingbirds and the views of the mountains tops. The breakfast was divine with great options and the coffee superb. The staff were so kind and helpful. One of the best parts of our stay was the spa experience and massages. Los Qolqas was an epic stay to say the least and we look forward to returning in the future.

We absolutely loved our first stay in Ollantaytambo and couldn't have chosen a better place for it. We spent two nights at this beautiful eco-resort, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail, peaceful atmosphere, warm hospitality, and delicious food made our stay truly memorable. The resort is tucked away from the main town, which gave it a quiet and relaxing feel. We especially appreciated the complimentary pickup and drop-off service, which made getting to and from Ollantaytambo very easy and convenient. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and aligned with the resort's sustainable approach. We left wishing we had booked a longer stay and will definitely return on our next trip to Peru.

We had a beautiful experience in this property. This place Is luxurious and has everything you need to be able to do your tours and travels. Nestled between tall mountains, the creek runs through the property, you can hear the river at night and watch the stars. They provide Tumi alpaca blankets so you can sit outside and enjoy the stars. Just beautiful, We stayed for 3 nights in Cabin 17. Comfortable and clean, the complementary breakfast is a la carte and delicious. The bread is made in house and all the vegetables and other foods are grown on-site. The chef is excellent and on-site menu was so complete we didn't have the need to eat out. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We needed to use their free shuttle to the train station, they were waiting for us next day at 6am with a boxed delicious breakfast of pesto sandwiches and home made carrot cake. We had an issue with the water heater and due to our early am schedules with all day tours we couldn't tell them but did mentioned it on the last day. All I can say is they made up for it and were very concerned about or comfort and experience. I can say that this is probably the best hotel and property in the entire area.
