The property is a 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bath with a garden, very close to a supermarket. It was very easy to communicate with Christine and she was available for any questions. Kinross has a High Street with a number of shops and restaurants. The Loch is an attraction with boat rides out to the island where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned. We enjoyed the trip to the island and exploring the ruins of the castle. The property was very comfortable and provides a base for many day trips: Dunfermine, South Queensferry& St Andrews to name a few. Buses run regularly to Edinburgh and further north. Kinross is an excellent location as a base. Highly recommend this property.

Devondale Place was a great find. Needed to be near family for funeral & needed more than a motel could offer. The house was lovely & cosy. Kitchen was well stocked so we could cook a proper meal. Washing machine & dishwasher well used. Bedrooms comfortable &warm. Great showers &lovely deep bath. 2 minute walk to Supermarket.10 minute walk to Loch Leven where if you time it right you will catch amazing sunrises. I will definitely use this again. Very good stay.
