We have stayed in this hotel probably a dozen times the past few years. We have never had an issue until this stay. While it was not the worst of scenarios, it was still inconvenient. We checked in quickly, reported to the room and immediately smelled food - we realized that there were left overs open in the fridge and had been in there for a while. We initially was just going to throw it in the trash in the hallway, but my wife checked out the restroom and the tub had obviously not been touched by the cleaning staff. I contacted the front desk and they quickly gave me another room. It was much better than the previous one.

Booked King room for three nights with breakfast (extra fee at this locauiction) and paid upon arrival. However, the front desk did not give us the required tickets nor tell us they were even needed. Nothing was said by the waitstaff when given a cash tip after the first breakfast meal. The following morning we were confronted by the waitstaff as if we had walked out on the previous days check. A quick review by the front desk revealed that we had indeed PAID upon check in. Not even a simple apology was offered to help mitigate the insult, offense and embarrassment caused by their oversight.

Our stay was ok. Started out rough though because at check in we were charging an additional $100 that we were not told about when booking through Hotels.com. Staff at breakfast don't seem very happy with their job and we're kind of grumpy. Our room was decent. The hot tub jets didn't work. We stayed in the executive suite. Bathroom could use some TLC. Bottom outside corners of the shower seemed a little rusted. Lastly I couldn't sleep more than 5 hours on the bed with my back hurting like crazy.
