Wyndham should remover any involvement with this hotel. The place was under construction, filthy, holes in walls he will, refrigerator didn’t work, had NONE of the amenities mentioned on the site. The staff was rude! I want a refund!!!

The place didn’t have a closet, a hanger, a blow dryer, an iron nor an ironing board. The toilet paper holder was broken and the baseboards were dirty nasty. The bathroom door had the bottom wood completely chipped and there was a terrible smell of mold

Good: Comfortable and clean bed. The fridge and coffee maker worked, as did the tv. It did smell clean in there. The front desk was VERY friendly and kind. Bad: Our room phone did not even though it was plugged in. We did have to plug in two of the lamps when we got in there. There were cobwebs in the corners and stink bugs in the room. The towels and washcloths had stains on them. There was a “local stray cat” outside that someone had thrown food all over the concrete floor to eat. I love animals but I don’t enjoy walking all over food to get into my hotel room. The floors were not swept. There was someone blaring bass music until 11 pm outside our music the first night.

Terrible. The first thing that hits you is the damp musty odor of the room. The room appeared to be used for storage with old chairs and lamps cluttering the corner. There were boxes of smoke alarms and a ladder being stored on the room. The toilet was loosely bolted to the bathroom floor. I checked in at 1130 and would be out by 7. If i wasnt so tired i would have demanded a refund and found another room.

This place is just a place to stay. It’s not something I would recommend to anyone. There’s a lot of unnecessary furniture, an ironing board with no iron, a phone with the line cut and the water in the bathtub was red. Had to let it run for a minute. But the beds were comfortable and we did sleep good.

The bed was very comfortable. The water was hot. The entire space was mildewy, with flaking paint in each area. Strong smell of urine I was unable to get rid of despite using Lysol freely. Wearing a mask indoors was the only way to tolerate staying at this property. Breakfast included is advertised but is NOT available. Threw off my entire budget. Will NOT be staying again nor recommending this property.

The gentleman at the desk was not only unfriendly but just plane rude. The room was not clean and the door frame was broken from where it appears the door had been kicked in. Bath tub was filthy as well.

A dump. We were in a room next to rooms occupied by people who live there. They were loud until 5:30 in the morning. The room was in terrible condition although just clean enough. This place is not for tourists just passing through.

Checked in after midnight. Person at register twice pointed me in the wrong direction of where the room was. Party outside was very loud. Room was clean. Remote had one battery. Won’t go back. I can’t believe this was a Wndham property.

When I arrived to stay at the hotel last night to checking in and I was informed by the front desk that there was a $100 deposit, after already paying for the online reservation! I am asking for a full refund on the hotel stay that I didn’t receive in the Frist place! For the price, the place is great. We arrived at 4am and the older man working there was not too nice to us and took awhile for us to check in. We did show up at a very late time so I’ll cut him some slack. I also tried calling the place multiple times and was never able to get through. Lastly, it says small breakfast, but they’re only his coffee, but not really a problem.

The hotel was very misrepresented on the website. I booked a king size smoking room and it said you get free breakfast included. First off we had to drive around for about 15 minutes to find it because it was not marked good. The man at the front desk was extremely rude. He argued with me about the room. He told me I booked a non smoking room and I told him I booked a smoking room. We went back and forth about that and I finally had to show him my confirmation email that showed I booked a smoking room. He then said well we don't have any smoking rooms. Then we asked him what time breakfast started and he said we don't have breakfast here. We finally get to the room and no one had turned the air conditioner on so it was extremely hot in the room and it smelled horrible. There were also a bunch of roaches that we saw when we got up to use the bathroom. If we hadn't been so tired from traveling all day we would have left and found something else. I would not recommend anyone stay there. We travel quite frequently and this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed at.
The hotel was very misrepresented on the website. I booked a king size smoking room and it said you get free breakfast included. First off we had to drive around for about 15 minutes to find it because it was not marked good. The man at the front desk was extremely rude. He argued with me about the room. He told me I booked a non smoking room and I told him I booked a smoking room. We went back and forth about that and I finally had to show him my confirmation email that showed I booked a smoking room. He then said well we don't have any smoking rooms. Then we asked him what time breakfast started and he said we don't have breakfast here. We finally get to the room and no one had turned the air conditioner on so it was extremely hot in the room and it smelled horrible. There were also a bunch of roaches that we saw when we got up to use the bathroom. If we hadn't been so tired from traveling all day we would have left and found something else. I would not recommend anyone stay there. We travel quite frequently and this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed at.

The person that checked me in was on the phone he whole time, barely acknowledged me. When got into the room tv didn’t work and the room had dirty towels and blood on the walls. I felt it was unsafe for my son and I and immediately checked out and booked another hotel.

A dump. We were in a room next to rooms occupied by people who live there. They were loud until 5:30 in the morning. The room was in terrible condition although just clean enough. This place is not for tourists just passing through.

We really like Sleep Inn We originally had a reservation at Days Inn, but did not stay there because it was pretty nasty with scary looking people hanging around.AND the overwhelming smell of Marijuana was inpleasant

Good: Comfortable and clean bed. The fridge and coffee maker worked, as did the tv. It did smell clean in there. The front desk was VERY friendly and kind. Bad: Our room phone did not even though it was plugged in. We did have to plug in two of the lamps when we got in there. There were cobwebs in the corners and stink bugs in the room. The towels and washcloths had stains on them. There was a “local stray cat” outside that someone had thrown food all over the concrete floor to eat. I love animals but I don’t enjoy walking all over food to get into my hotel room. The floors were not swept. There was someone blaring bass music until 11 pm outside our music the first night.

Checked in after midnight. Person at register twice pointed me in the wrong direction of where the room was. Party outside was very loud. Room was clean. Remote had one battery. Won’t go back. I can’t believe this was a Wndham property.

The bed was very comfortable. The water was hot. The entire space was mildewy, with flaking paint in each area. Strong smell of urine I was unable to get rid of despite using Lysol freely. Wearing a mask indoors was the only way to tolerate staying at this property. Breakfast included is advertised but is NOT available. Threw off my entire budget. Will NOT be staying again nor recommending this property.

Dirty, had buy cleaning products, they just finish painty and the sceat made me have a head ache and sick feeling from scent and no ventilation. I bought air freshener , lysol spray and wipes and inscense. No fre breakfast or microwave in the room. There was no closet to hang my clothes. The bathroom door was the wrong size and did not close. Bathroom dirty with urine spots on the comode. The white towels were hard, ruff, and dengy taupe color. The funiture were ddusty and paint sprays and the desk legs was broke. I would like a refund.

For the price, the place is great. We arrived at 4am and the older man working there was not too nice to us and took awhile for us to check in. We did show up at a very late time so I’ll cut him some slack. I also tried calling the place multiple times and was never able to get through. Lastly, it says small breakfast, but they’re only his coffee, but not really a problem.

Security is at an all-time low at this location. The peephole looks good from the outside of the door. However, there is only one entrance lock, no secondary lock, room is located outside without safety of being enclosed in main building, room has an offending odor. I immediately canceled reservation after only being in room for 3 minutes - clerk understood my complaints, but did not offer substitute solution. A disappointing example of Wyndham hotels. Joseline was the only saving grace as she was able to proceed with my refund. Upon arrival there were several spectators outside. And the bed in the room had dirty sheets and bathroom light didn’t work. Changed rooms and walked into a dirtier room where the bed was unmade and tv was on. Seemed like it was someone else’s room. Sick. Asked for a refund but no manager was on site. Sad enough I will never come back to this location again. You get what you pay for.
