Great location and spacious room. The air con was set at fixed temperature so it was hard to get the temperature right to my liking. But other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. I especially liked the free laundry facility. The dryer was one of the most efficient I’ve ever used in a hotel!

Slightly older hotel, a little further from the Chiba center. Close to the local art museum and science museums. A few good restaurant nearby, but best to walk 5-10 minutes closer to the station. The staff seems to work hard to maintain the property, despite it being from the 80s-90s. Room lighting is fairly dim.

Renovations were going on and fitness center was closed which was upsetting. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable and overall the room/bathroom were pretty dated. However the staff was pretty helpful and the size of the room for the price was pretty good.
