When I arrived at 2:30 to check in (my reservation said I could check in at 3:00) I was told by the front desk employee that there was no way I could do that and even if I could check in they were going to charge me $30. Then she said check back later to see if your room might be ready then. I returned a little after 3:00 and a different employee said my room was ready. Great. I get to my room and the hallway outside my door had lots of stains on the carpet. I looked at the other doors nearby my room and saw that they too were stained. I guess it was part of the decor. The cabinets in the room had (at some point) been damaged and just never fixed properly and were leaning and then just screwed back to the wall. My room was a handicapped room (which I told them I didn't need). So when I look in the bathroom expecting to find a walk-in shower (due to it being a handicapped room) I found it was a bath tub/shower. When I stepped into the tub for a shower, it was like ice, plus the shampoo was empty. Never got a greeting from the front desk the several times I walked by. Do not recommend this hotel.

Clean and quiet...However, The continental breakfast was pathetic...hard boiled eggs, dry toast and a few muffins, Juice was out and had to re-filled, Luckily we had a kitchen to create our own food. The gentleman was pleasant, however the next morning. The female was too busy to acknowledge us when we approached the front desk. I guess her cellular phone was more important than any guest services. We are considering minutes/,... We had to say, excuse me to get her attention. Seemed bothered by our existence.

Let me first say that the front desk staff did the best they could with what they had. When I arrived at the facility and checked into my room, 201 to be exact, the pull out mattress was severely soiled and had food crumbs on it. I instantly notified the front desk and the young lady there accommodated me for the evening in another room (216) and offered a mattress cover. My original stay was for three nights. After the first night I canceled the remainder of my stay and requested a refund. Again, the front desk staff was extremely accommodating. This will not be my choice location in the future.
