The fact that this hotel is over $200 a night is robbery! There were many other places to stay that are actually clean for under $100 a night. After staying in contact all day, the desk claimed my room was cancelled and when I finally checked in it was over $400 for 2 nights. Hotels.com should have known better, I will not be using them anymore either! When first getting to the room, bugs were the first thing we saw on the nightstand. Had to get keys redone twice because they repeatedly stopped working and the room, the towels and everything in the hotel was filthy. Prior to the stay, hotels.com sent me an email asking if I wanted to pay for extras like pets, etc. I paid $30 for a late check out of 1:00. At 11:00 the maid service banged on the door and said they do not even have or do late check outs so we had to rush out. The peope in adjoining rooms yelled and cussed all night long, the people above sounded like they were running back and forth all night. I do not ever suggest staying in this hell hole. I feel like I have been totally taken advantage of and stolen from after what i paid for this. I can not believe hotels.com sells this as a "discount deal" I would not pay $5.00 to stay in this place.

when we got there it smelled like DOPE inside and outside it was horrible the smell in the room was so bad it made me nauseous all through the night never again this hotel was over 200 and shouldn't be that price it was horrible

The room was gross a big booger was stuck on the wall and when my child flushed the toilet the handle broke off and I plugged in my phone charger and behind the nightstand was black and fuzzy. Never again.
