Was a good place. Shares entry with Super 8 and a truckstop so traffic was a bit busy in the morning. Overall I'd stay there again.

Great stop over night and pet friendly. They are doing some remodeling but it is as clean as a hotel under construction can be. The staff was amazing!

Parking was adequate. Tv channels are very limited. Microwave was dirty and missing the glass turntable. Carpet has burn holes. Continental Breakfast was pitiful. Had to cross the road and eat at McDonald's. No restaurants or stores within 10 miles. I was.required to leave a day early and giving them two days notice, they refused to credit the day.

It is a decent hotel, parking is very tight, breakfast is subpar, there was scrabled aggs but no ketchup anywhere. The air was on 65 degrees when i got there, ot was freezing cold. The stagg is bery friendly and noce.

The room wasn't as nice I had expected, given the reviews I had seen. To be fair, this was a pet friendly room. However, it smelled like urine. I did actually like the fenced in former pool area. It gave a place for the dog to run around for a minute off leash.

Jesus fix it... the front desk clerk was VERY friendly. I arrived at 3:05 & he had to check to see of my room (114) was clean yet. Housekeeping told him it was.. well, it was NOT. Bathroom floor was covered in mud/dirt. The shower had pubes and other hairs in it.. & Lord only knows what else. The toilet seat (and under the seat) was covered in urine!!! The phone had mildew all over it. The bed was super comfy but the bed frame was broke. The hot tub also had hairs in it & brownish/black stuff around it. So i did not use that. Will NOT be back.. (i gloved up & cleaned it myself)

Don’t do it!! Back parking lot and hall are unsafe. The room had black mold - ceiling, floor and bathroom. Trim at floor level was peeled off and filthy. Towels had black marks on them. Smell was terrible. Awful and icky all the way around.

The man at the check in was friendly, but when we got to the room, it was awful. It smelled terrible, the chairs, dresser and most surfaces had chew marks. The sheets were filthy. In addition the mattress was so bad you rolled to the center of the bed had no stability whatsoever. We turned the air conditioner on to circulate the stale air and it smelled like mold.

My room was not very clean and multiple spots of mold, black mold at that, on the ceiling and in bathroom. There was shower scum and mold clogging the toiletries provided in the shower and even when j managed to get some out, it had mold in it so I did not put it on my skin. The glass door that took you outside the building made an awful and loud sound and I heard it all night and early morning waking me from sleep.

The front staff was very friendly. The location was convenient for an pit stop on the way to our destination. I appreciated the comfy beds. The room did feel a bit in state of disrepair. The ceiling was flaking, the paint job was shoddy, and the shower continually dripped. The common spaces seemed well maintained, though. Breakfast was above average.

We enjoyed our overnight stay, comfortable beds, quiet, room clean, nice staff. Yes it might be a little outdated and has some cosmetic blemishes but our room was very comfy and clean. Breakfast as advertised, no eggs, meat etc., but muffins, toast, bagels and waffles. Very large TV with satellite. We wished we were staying for more than one night.

Easy access to local stores and restaurants. Room heater knob was loose. Water in shower and sink was luke warm. We noted it to the staff and they said they would notify maintenance. This is our third stay here and each time there has been water temp issues in the bathroom.

I was very disappointed that there was no Internet service so that we could watch Netflix and prime video. We called the front desk and we're told that they did not furnish Internet service. The second disappointment was that the toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down and then sometimes you had to flush twice just get the paper to go down. The best thing about the experience was the hospitality by the front desk. She was very attentive and accommodating, and was very pleasant with check in and any other questions that we had

It was ok to stay in but, not the quality expected for the Quality Inn. Staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was great. The Quality Inn needs to do a face lift and refresh the build because, it shows the wear and tear of the years it has been there.

Hair dryer did not blow warm air only cold. The shower looked old, hot water took a very long time to activate. the toilet bowel didn’t work properly, had to hold handle down and it seemed like it wanted to over flow. We stayed one night, would not recommend longer then that.

Our room was fine except when I made our reservation in December I requested a King Size bed. When I went into our room it had 2 beds. I was told it was 2 Queens and they didn't have any King available. It sounded like that what we were getting and that was it. The Queen bed did not seem like a Queen - more like a full. Also the room was very close to the lobby and we heard a lot of chatter and other noises.

Property is right off the interstate so made it very convenient for us as we were just looking to find a comfortable room for the night, and it served our needs just fine. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

At check in when we arrived, the front desk woman was out front smoking marijuana but came in once we were entering the lobby. The lobby reeked of marijuana smoke another customer even complained to us it was so bad. Also, I had reserved a King bed room but was given a room with two queen beds. Positives, the bed was comfortable, water pressure was great, hot water was on demand as soon as I turned it on for a shower and the location was good ( near a convenience store and a McDonalds). The morning front desk gentleman was very attentive about breakfast and helpful with questions I had

The hotel was conveniently located and a great price. It is a little run down but they were working on it. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was ok but there’s a McDonalds next door. It was quiet even though it’s next to the interstate and a truck stop. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed. No record of my reservation when I arrived. T.V. did not work in room. On site breakfast did not have any eggs or waffle mix. Unprofessional appearance. Manager sitting on curb outside. Sign at check in desk that manager was sitting down outside.. Property did not seem to be in top condition. Maintenance issues.

I would like to comment on the so called contenential breakfast. It was very poor. The creamer for coffee was watered down coffee was weak, no yogurt or fresh fruit, bread was dried out and no danish. Very poor.

The Quality Inn has very nice bed’s with pillows that are like soft clouds! Slept like a baby! They also serve breakfast and the breakfast area has EVERYTHING in it , from waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, bagels w/cream cheese, fruit, coffee,tea! It all looks amazing , Great place to stay

This was a very solid room for the price. Fancy, no—but all the basics were covered, the bagels were fresh in the morning and I slept well. Thanks so much!

It is a decent hotel, parking is very tight, breakfast is subpar, there was scrabled aggs but no ketchup anywhere. The air was on 65 degrees when i got there, ot was freezing cold. The stagg is bery friendly and noce.

The room wasn't very clean. The carpet was in bad shape. The whole facility seemed worn and dingy. Breakfast area is tiny and crowded, but they made the most of the limited space. The Race track was very noisy.

Not very clean. Worn carpet, sink drained slowly, toilet didnt flush very well. Lights in bathroom and hallway went out and the woman at the front desk had to reset the breaker. Bed and pillow were uncomfortable.

The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The room was large and serviceable, but there were stains in the carpet, the bed covering, and one of the large towels. The room was mostly clean, though, and had no ill smell…just well-used and a bit out-dated. The treadmill in the fitness center was in disrepair and there were multiple boxes of AC units being stored in there. The hospitality made this a 4/5, otherwise it was a 3/5.
