Location is amazing but the property needs a good clean inside and out and is in desperate need of some TLC Amazing potential but really needs the owners to do even nominal maintenance. Every tap in the joint drips, there is water damage throughout the kitchen and bathroom. No AC but great airflow if they’d invest in a few more pieces of dowel to keep the windows ajar.
Location is amazing but the property needs a good clean inside and out and is in desperate need of some TLC Amazing potential but really needs the owners to do even nominal maintenance. This Villa is on the corner of the two main roads between Blueys and Boomerang Beaches. It's convenient but there is some road noise. It had all the basics. The BBQ is old style outside brick with a plate, but is not level. The Villa complex had a pool to share, which the kids loved. Be careful as the tiles around the pool did cut their feet. Also those wanting mobile reception, this Villa had limited signal and the WiFi didn't work despite attempts from many different devices. The beds were comfortable and decor was nice. All up, it has the key basics.
