I stayed there for one night only. The property well maintained and spacious. The picture of the pool at the website is very confusing. We booked it because of the pool and discover it used by the penthouse only.

Its a beautiful hotel and the apartment was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We were a little disappointed with the construction noise all morning so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful balcony but of course we understand that the hotel can't control that - just something to consider if you are thinking of booking. We misunderstood and thought there was a pool at the hotel as we'd seen it in the photos. Also pictures of the pool and various activates like yoga and happy hour are heavily advertised all around the hotel but in fact this is all avaliable at their other hotel. We were not the only guests to be confused by this as we heard another guest asking where the pool and bar was. We also were not told that to have a hot shower you have to press a Boost button in the room. Quite important information to tell guests. Overall, great location by beach and airport. Friendly staff and beautifully designed apartments.

We're a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in a Sea View Family Suite at LIV Mackenzie Beach. It was exactly what we expected - clean, modern and nicely appointed. The hotel only just reopened in March 2023 after a major renovation. The wrap around balcony with direct beach views was a real plus. The air conditioning worked very well on hot days. Location was good - walkable to traditional restaurants plus more modern restaurants and beach bars along Mackenzie Beach. Also very close to Larnaca airport which is handy. The area is safe and the building is secure. Daily housekeeping was great. The housekeeper was very good about working around our variable daily schedule. If you're planning to get to Protaras and Ayia Napa, we suggest renting a car because they're a good 50-minute drive away. Would stay at LIV again. Recommend.

Dette var SVÆRT bra! Nytt, flott, romslig og perfekt vinklet terrasse med panorama sjøutsikt. Meget hyggelig personale og housekeeping hver dag som blant annet ryddet, fylte på med kaffekapsler og tok oppvask. Dette er absolutt en av aller beste stedene jeg har bodd.

We had a corner room with a sea view. The balcony was lovely. The location was superb, a walk along the prom to the town and close to the salt lake. The apartment was stylish and very clean. The only slight problem was a wait for hot water, but the staff were very helpful and explained what we should do.

The location is great- on the beach and boardwalk but at the quieter end. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating . I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved this boutique hotel ‼️ The location , the service, the restaurant OLIVE , the vibe , the suit was absolutely just 💯 perfect !!! Beds so comfortable. The only remark is to have more of selection of TV Chanels and in English. I will be coming back for sure 👍💯

Fantastic location. We had two Couples and rented a 2BR room. It had a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a wrap around balcony with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea! The staff is super friendly and free water, tea and coffee for the room. Restaurant's are very walkable with a lot within 1.5 miles. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, very accommodating , great food and the room and the hotel were very nice in a great location. The front desk requested a taxi really early in the morning and was very nice and attentive. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay! The hotel was very clean, located right on the beach, and relatively short walk to the old town plus multiple dining options around. Perfect spot for both relaxation and sightseeing!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with sea view. It was absolutely beautiful, right across from the beach, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants along the promenade to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Very close to Larnaca airport. Definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel, right across the road from the beach. We were a little Out of season but still had a great time. Sweet spa and yoga studio Brilliant late breakfast

I absolutely loved this boutique hotel ‼️ The location , the service, the restaurant OLIVE , the vibe , the suit was absolutely just 💯 perfect !!! Beds so comfortable. The only remark is to have more of selection of TV Chanels and in English. I will be coming back for sure 👍💯

The suits were beautiful. The location was nice and walkable to downtown. We ate at the cafe once and it was also a nice experience.

Great customer service, very accommodating , great food and the room and the hotel were very nice in a great location. The front desk requested a taxi really early in the morning and was very nice and attentive. Highly recommended.

Great hotel at a great location. Room was spacious, we enjoyed the sea view balcony, and the health restaurant adds a lot of value. We will be back!

Hotellet og dets personale var veldig imøtekommende og gjorde oppholdet smertefritt.Restauranten tilbyr god retter og forfriskende drikkevarer.Rommene var rene og ryddige. Kort vei til stranda og de låner ut badehåndklær+++. Det er verdt å merke at det er 20 min + gåtur til sentrum, men det finnes masse fine spiseplasser som man nyte på veien. Taxi lander det ca 10-15 euro en vei. Anbefaler lokasjon på det sterkeste.

Nice clean rooms. The staff was very helpful. Regarding the breakfast at the restaurant, I think they could be more organized.
