Amazing views from the terrace make anything else that wasn't perfect about this apartment just fade away.... Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, our own hot tub. Great location. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed for 3 nights. Check-in was straightforward. Reception staff (Ana) was very helpful. Apartment clean, modern and very comfortable. View was amazing, jacuzzi was excellent. Would recommend a stay here.

Det er lidt svært første gang man skal finde lejlighederne. De ligger på 3. sal i et shoppingcenter, og der er en hektisk trafik udenfor. Vi fandt dog en foreløbig p-plads og sendte en stafet ud for at lede efter indgangen. Faktisk skal man med en elevator ret forude, når man er kommet ind gennem centrets hovedindgang. I receptionen modtages man særdeles venligt og parkering arrangeres for EUR 12 pr. døgn i gård bag center. Lejligheden var stor og veludstyret. 2 badeværelser! Køkken med ok udstyr. Separat garderobe. I flg. receptionen gå-afstand til den historiske by. Der er dog 2,4 km! Men der kører en bybus direkte dertil fra stoppested lige ved centret. Billet kan købes i bussen. Gode spisesteder omkring centret. Og ok morgenmad kan købes i centrets cafe.

Nice apartment for two people. There was beautiful view in sea and harbour as pictures show. Staff was also very friendly. Position was great and it was easy to explore whole city. There was also safe parkigspace behind this building. Little bit noisy cause of traffic. I could book this apartment twice over.

Paid for hot tub room. Still cold water first night which we understand has to heat with new water but it was cold on our 4th night and couldn’t use. Front desk blamed me and said it is in perfect working order. NOT! Rude to blame guest! We never touched anything but bubbles button! Scalding hot water that u can get hit but nothing warm and no cold water. Other than getting burned in shower and no hot tub for 2 if 4 days, good view from room but not a lot going on around hotel. Short uber to Old Town.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment is above a shopping centre, cafe and restaurant. Very convenient. Looks out on to harbour. Old town is 10min taxi trip. On all bus routes. Facilities for cooking but didnt need them. Towels replenished daily. Hot tub was a nice add on. Highly recommended.

Great location to stay! We had an apartment with Jacuzzi, which was amazing in the evenings with great view over the bay. We were lucky with the weather and could have breakfasts and drinks on our own terrace. The apartment has all things needed, small kitchen including stove and fridge. The downstairs restaurant is great for a coffee and food, with a nice view. Old town is 30 minutes walking distance, there are also buses going. The staff is super friendly, we arrived early, and they made sure the room was finalized first and we were able to check in after 10 minutes. They also took the time to explain all about the neighborhood and how to get to the best sights in Dubrovnik. Thank you so much! :)

An absolute gem between Lapad and Dubrovnik Old Town. Easily accessible by many buses and your feet if you don’t end up with as many blisters as I did. The apartments were perfect- bigger one for me and husband, with hot tub and balcony. Only drawback is the sun doesn’t always shine but that was fine for this ex-lizard. Bed was comfortable, fridge was huge, shower was perfect and the TV showed BBC news and the football in German so we were fine. Gorman and Ana were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother. Would totally stay here again if or when I return:)

Was a beautiful view but the apartment really needed repairs. AC dripping water onto centre of floor just inside door, very hazardous. Toilet did not work well, both shower and bathroom sink leaked water on to counter and floor. No hand or shower soap, devices were empty. Staff were very attentive but ownership needs to make repairs.

The staff was great and the location was a 35-45 min walk to Old Dubrovnik. Unfortunately, there is nothing “deluxe” about this property. Wifi kept dropping, the curtains were soiled, the shower and toilet sinks kept clogging that you had to turn off the water to allow it to drain. Toilet paper and a couple of towels and nothing extra. No coffee for the morning or soap for the shower or soap at kitchen sink. Exterior window were beyond dirty

Lovely apartment right on the water with beautiful view. We loved sitting on the porch/ deck watching the boats and people go by. The shower was a problem, dis not operate properly and leaked through to the bathroom floor. Everything else was spacious clean and great .

The property is located right on the water. View of the harbour from our room was excellent. The staff at the reception desk were awesome, so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and well kept. The only issue was the exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite noisy and the lid on the toilet seat needs to be replaced. Not big issues and certainly did not diminish our experience.

Fantastic few days at the Adriatic. The view from the apartment is the show stopper, uninterrupted across the harbour with its busy tour boats and of course the cruise ships. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk too. We did the walking trail around the headland ( approx 7km) recommended by reception, which was brilliant. The staff were amazing, pleasant friendly and very helpful. Sorted airport transfers for us which were excellent. The apartment was perfectly clean with everything in order and housekeeping came every day. Maybe a couple of upgrades required (bedroom lamps/curtains) but it did not spoil. Great bakery close by with beautiful pastries for breakfast, also shops and the supermarket all within easy reach. You can walk to the Old Town in about 20 mins or an Uber was €9. Buses ran frequently but we didn’t use them. We had a fantastic stay and holiday in Dubrovnik, highly recommend the Adriatic apartments. The Croatian people are friendly and genuinely seem happy for visitors to be there and most importantly we felt safe.

Please has such a nice view , balcony is a bonus in the city although divider between balconies makes terrible noise when is windy . The room we had, was mark for 4 people one bedroom sofa bed . The bedroom was nice but the sofa bed - sorry but not for sleeping. Springs were broken and it was hard to lie down straight. My teenage girls (light weighted 45kg) were sleeping almost in the seating position. That was not for the luxury accommodation. Place to expensive for provide. Location is good- walking distance to different beaches and local transit -which will take you to the old city - so car is not needed. Staff was friendly.

This studio apartment is situated in an excellent location, offering a beautiful view of the harbour. It is located just 2 km from the Old Town and is well connected by public transportation. Two main beaches are within close proximity. Additionally, a restaurant and a supermarket are conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. However, please note that the Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow during our stay and unfortunately unusable, so we had to rely on mobile data throughout.

Place was very nice but beds were rhe worst I have slept in!! Room 2, the mattress literally must be a box spring instead of a mattress.!! We stayed 4 nights and had springs digging into our whole body!! Couldn’t sleep properly. I think the floor would have been better!! We had busy days and we wanted a comfy bed to sleep in and rest but unfortunately this was not possible.😞 the view is amazing and the girl at the desk was friendly but that is about it!! Not worth the money spent!!

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and they both spoke English extremely well (as did most of the Croatians we interacted with). There was an excellent restaurant downstairs, and easy access to a bus station and grocery store. It was also a nice distance (roughly 2 km) from the Old Town, so it was quiet, and it was also easy to walk to the main touristy part of the city.

Paid for hot tub room. Still cold water first night which we understand has to heat with new water but it was cold on our 4th night and couldn’t use. Front desk blamed me and said it is in perfect working order. NOT! Rude to blame guest! We never touched anything but bubbles button! Scalding hot water that u can get hit but nothing warm and no cold water. Other than getting burned in shower and no hot tub for 2 if 4 days, good view from room but not a lot going on around hotel. Great location to stay! We had an apartment with Jacuzzi, which was amazing in the evenings with great view over the bay. We were lucky with the weather and could have breakfasts and drinks on our own terrace. The apartment has all things needed, small kitchen including stove and fridge. The downstairs restaurant is great for a coffee and food, with a nice view. Old town is 30 minutes walking distance, there are also buses going. The staff is super friendly, we arrived early, and they made sure the room was finalized first and we were able to check in after 10 minutes. They also took the time to explain all about the neighborhood and how to get to the best sights in Dubrovnik. Thank you so much! :)

Utrolig fin leilighet. Med fin utsikt over havna. God plass på terrassen. Så kan virkelig anbefale dette for voksne par eller reisende. Er ihvertfall 20 til 30 minutter gå tur til nærmeste badeplass. Fantastic few days at the Adriatic. The view from the apartment is the show stopper, uninterrupted across the harbour with its busy tour boats and of course the cruise ships. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk too. We did the walking trail around the headland ( approx 7km) recommended by reception, which was brilliant. The staff were amazing, pleasant friendly and very helpful. Sorted airport transfers for us which were excellent. The apartment was perfectly clean with everything in order and housekeeping came every day. Maybe a couple of upgrades required (bedroom lamps/curtains) but it did not spoil. Great bakery close by with beautiful pastries for breakfast, also shops and the supermarket all within easy reach. You can walk to the Old Town in about 20 mins or an Uber was €9. Buses ran frequently but we didn’t use them. We had a fantastic stay and holiday in Dubrovnik, highly recommend the Adriatic apartments. The Croatian people are friendly and genuinely seem happy for visitors to be there and most importantly we felt safe.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect because it allows you to walk to the new area and take 5 minutes bus or taxi to the old city. We had everything around us. Accueil irréprochable par l’équipe Adriatic Team et jusqu’à 21h non stop ! Logement très bien placé et géré, très propre et avec l’accès direct aux facilités (restauration, bar, port, bus pour la vieille ville…). On accède facilement et rapidement aussi bien à la ville, au port qu’à la plage. Je recommande vivement pour passer une semaine tout confort !

Det er lidt svært første gang man skal finde lejlighederne. De ligger på 3. sal i et shoppingcenter, og der er en hektisk trafik udenfor. Vi fandt dog en foreløbig p-plads og sendte en stafet ud for at lede efter indgangen. Faktisk skal man med en elevator ret forude, når man er kommet ind gennem centrets hovedindgang. I receptionen modtages man særdeles venligt og parkering arrangeres for EUR 12 pr. døgn i gård bag center. Lejligheden var stor og veludstyret. 2 badeværelser! Køkken med ok udstyr. Separat garderobe. I flg. receptionen gå-afstand til den historiske by. Der er dog 2,4 km! Men der kører en bybus direkte dertil fra stoppested lige ved centret. Billet kan købes i bussen. Gode spisesteder omkring centret. Og ok morgenmad kan købes i centrets cafe.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment is above a shopping centre, cafe and restaurant. Very convenient. Looks out on to harbour. Old town is 10min taxi trip. On all bus routes. This place was so convenient, clean, and best of all-at sea level! The apartment was clean and comfortable with a perfect kitchenette for morning tea and making sammies for the beach. Buses to all the hotspots stopped almost right out the door. It’s close to the port, so ferries to the Islands and the shuttle to the airport are just a quick walk away. It’s above a shopping complex so many stores for great bargains and some great restaurants and bakeries and multiple grocery stores for conveniences. Only thing missing was a view it was still absolutely worth a trip!
This place was so convenient, clean, and best of all-at sea level! The apartment was clean and comfortable with a perfect kitchenette for morning tea and making sammies for the beach. Buses to all the hotspots stopped almost right out the door. It’s close to the port, so ferries to the Islands and the shuttle to the airport are just a quick walk away. It’s above a shopping complex so many stores for great bargains and some great restaurants and bakeries and multiple grocery stores for conveniences. Only thing missing was a view it was still absolutely worth a trip!

Exceptional. Apartment with hot-tub on the balcony. View over the harbour was ever changing and entertaining. Staff, without exception were helpful, friendly and efficient. Located above a small shopping centre and meters away from supermarkets. Taxi in to old town was easy enough.
