The curtains didn’t even shut all of the way letting light from the parking lot in. There was no bathroom in the lobby to use. We were concerned to leave our things outside of our bad for fear of something crawling into them. We should have been paid to stay here. Looking for refund.

The room was filthy. Rust all over the mini fridge and lamps. A years worth of dust on the headboard. Door jam in the bathroom looked as if a animal nawed at the door. Ceiling tile missing in bathroom. We had to buy cleaning items to make the room tolerable. Multiple rooms filled with pipeliner works up all night drinking yelling and playing music loudly. Outside property littered with beer bottles empty beer boxes on the walk way. It was absolutely disgusting and I wish I could have saught a refund and went elsewhere but we stayed the first night and figured that such request would be refused. We will never choose any motel 6 or affiliate ever again.

I knew the price was too low, but I tried it any way. The room smelled awful, like unwashed cigarettes that had been closed up for months. The sheets were see through and scratchy and too small for the bed. The guy working at the counter was nice though. But, man, that smell. The area wasn’t the best, but it didn’t feel unsafe. Maybe with a deep cleaning abd better linens this place could be passable.

I knew the price was too low, but I tried it any way. The room smelled awful, like unwashed cigarettes that had been closed up for months. The sheets were see through and scratchy and too small for the bed. The guy working at the counter was nice though. But, man, that smell. The area wasn’t the best, but it didn’t feel unsafe. Maybe with a deep cleaning abd better linens this place could be passable.

This place is an absolute hell hole!!! Disgusting room from top to bottom! We decided to stay in Pittsburgh last min after the football game and this was the only place that had a room so we had no choice! Upon arrival it was kinda sketchy but we had already booked and paid pull in have to call a number to even check in get into the room it reeks of musty old mold odor bathroom was disgusting hair and god only knows what else in the tub and on the floor you can tell it hadn’t been dusted in months nor swept !! I ended up driving 4 hours back home no way was we staying here

Total dump. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but this place was worse than some slumlords apartments. Stains on the walls. Carpets look like they haven’t been vacuumed in years. The toilet was barely bolted down and leaked out onto the bathroom floor every time it flushed (when it actually worked to flush). The sink was clogged. Patches and holes all over. The room smelled like dog and cigarettes. Unfortunately, due to an event in the area there were no other options available for the weekend and we were stuck. When I brought the condition up to the front desk, he just said “okay, okay, we will get to that”

The bathtub was dirty and the inside of the shower curtain was dirty. 5hen there were only 2 bare thread towels. Motel 6 has been our go to dor over 20 years. The past few visits were terrible. Unfortunately, we wont be using Motel 6 anymore.

My friend and I were in Pittsburgh to see a concert. We needed a motel just to sleep after the concert for a few hours before driving home. This motel did the job! Its a no frills motel. However, it was clean, pretty cheap, the beds were comfortable, and the room had the necessities you need (mini fridge, microwave, ice bucket and cups, toiletries). Overall, great for a quick stop to rest your head.

The place is dismal. Someone obviously kicked the bathroom door open, the tub is barely roughed in. The bathroom is the weirdest shape, almost like an afterthought. Theres weird stains on the headboard (thank God I travel with cleaning supplies) and the sheets are threadbare. I slept on top of the blankets with my own blanket and pillows because i had zero trust in the condition of the bed but i was very tired and the room was already paid for. Havent stayed here since 2008, will never stay here again. I love Motel6, I try and stay with the chain when I travel but i am definitely scratching this one off my list.

There was a heater on the wall right beside the bathroom door that makes getting in the bathroom tight, I kept bumping my shoulder on the unit using the bedroom, the drawers in the main cabinet by the fridge and microwave had two drawers that wouldn't stay closed, the drawer by the bed was broken. If you are tempted to stay here, BYOLB -- bring your own lightbulbs. One lamp couldn't be turned on. The other lamps and ceiling fixture had such dim bulbs that I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the microwave buttons or distinguish between earring colors. Just so dark in there! Good thing I hadn't hope to read as that would be impossible. It is also along a busy street right off the PA Turnpike, and roaring trucks going by disrupted my sleep several times. Also a slight funky odor. Overall: Spent another $20 bucks for another hotel nearby.

We have stayed in this location when it was known as the "Washington Inn" and it was not that good at that time. Throwing paint at something and putting down new rugs does not make a new building. It could have done with some good old fashioned scrubbing. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedspreads. I had to unplug the lamp to turn it off because the switches were broken. Trying to watch TV and it cut out ever 3 to 5 minutes. To get to the toilet you had to nearly stand in the shower to close the door because the walls have been pushed back so far to accommodate two queen beds that there is no room in the bathroom. There appeared to be blood spray on the wall next to the sink. The ceiling looked like flys had been swatted and killed all over, over and over again. The room had been painted, but no one had the ability to move the chest of drawers to paint that wall so that its orange color was not visible against the gray everywhere else.

The sheets were see through and scratchy and too small for the bed. The guy working at the counter was nice though. But, man, that smell. The area wasn’t the best, but it didn’t feel unsafe. Maybe with a deep cleaning abd better linens this place could be passable.

If you are tempted to stay here, BYOLB -- bring your own lightbulbs. One lamp couldn't be turned on. The other lamps and ceiling fixture had such dim bulbs that I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the microwave buttons or distinguish between earring colors. Just so dark in there! Good thing I hadn't hope to read as that would be impossible. It is also along a busy street right off the PA Turnpike, and roaring trucks going by disrupted my sleep several times. Also a slight funky odor. Overall: Spent another $20 bucks for another hotel nearby.

You get what you pay for. Its an older building, but it appears the staff are doing their best with what they have to work with. Plenty of nearby dining options and convenience stores.

Rooms were terrible but they weren't clean either. Could use a coat of paint and some furniture that isn't all ripped up. No coffee pot in rooms. Our room only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. I had to go and ask for more. Staff went and tried to get more. There was only 1 set that was clean in the laundry room. No Ice machine anywhere. It is close to restaurants. Whole place just needs to be updated.

I *used* to stay here 4x a year. It’s always been convenient, affordable, right off the highway, and not luxurious but totally acceptable to stay for a quick night off the road. But I was just there and the room they gave me was absolutely disgusting. The main problem was it STUNK! of urine. I’m assuming they allowed a dog to stay in there and it peed ALL over the rug. The smell was completely overwhelming. When I asked for a new room, the guy said the only one they had available was a more expensive one, which I couldn’t really afford, and it was far away in their other building (I had my own dog with me and a ton of stuff and just was too tired to try to move it that far plus as I said, it was more expensive). So instead, they just handed me some carpet deodorizing spray! It was so gross but I couldn’t afford to leave and stay somewhere else when I had already paid. Once I got to my final destination, I opened my suitcase and all my clothes also stunk of urine. I had to wash everythingimmediately. It was room 163 by the way. If they try to give you that room, do not stay there! It’s disappointing because I’ve been a good customer of theirs for many many years. To be fair, I think if I had gotten there when the owner was behind the desk, this would’ve ended up very differently. But I’m pretty sure the guy that was checking me in was just an employee and didn’t have the power to help much. The owner has always seemed nice.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned, the beds were not made, fresh towels were not peovided. The bathroom door latch did not work. The only thing they got right was replacing the malfunctioning TV the first night of the stay. Completely unacceptable experience and will NEVER stay at another motel 6 property
