The room was satisfactory and clean. However the amenities and staff was not supportive of our needs. Upon our travels I was pregnant and others in the party was elderly, then another fell sick. And when we asked for hot water, they were not helpful, suggesting we buy it down the street! I have never travelled to a hotel where we could not request for a kettle or hot water upon request

We went down to the front desk at least 10 times to try to have someone fix our safe. It was never fixed . No air conditioning, and no help with transportation. The staff made it very apparent they just don't care about guests. We asked to be switched to a different room and they said no. I have never stayed in a hotel with so little regard for a guest security or comfort

静かで治安もよく、ベネチアへもトラムで1本です。部屋に冷蔵庫、シャンプー、ボディーソープはありますが、スリッパと歯ブラシ、コンディショナー、パジャマはありません。部屋での食事は禁止と書かれていました。近くに美味しいピザ屋があり、ベネチア本島のピザよりも安くておいしかったです！なんとなく部屋の清潔さがきになるかな？というレベルです。日本のビジネスホテルより少し低いレベルかなと言う程度。また来たい！！という思いもないですが、絶対リピートしないというほどの思いもないです。

El hotel tiene los enchufes muy viejos, estan conscientes de este problema y cuando quieres enchufar otra vosa que no sea un cargador de movil, debes de pedir un enchufe en la recepcion dejando el deposito de 5 euros o tu documento....si no puedes ni ofrecer electricidad a tus huespedes, es tu problema... por que debo de depositar nada? Y tambien necesito enchufar mas cosas....el servicio por la noche muy poco amable, copian a mano todo de tus documentos, muy despacio todo....

A great stay for the price. Easy to catch the bus to Venice. We would’ve liked to order take-out after getting in late but you’re not allowed to eat food in your room. Overall we would stay again when visiting Venice.

Pretty decent for the price, but I would have appreciated real blankets with duvet covers and not just quilts with bedsheets. My colleague had some open electric wires from broker hair dryer recepticle. Generally the room was clean and not too worn out. There was a gated parking at the back of the hotel and it didn't cost extra.

The room is so outdated, the showerhead and toilet seat were broken, I could not even wash my hair. The room smelled weird and the windows did not fully open. I could not sleep because of the outside noise. I could not wait to leave this place. I needed to just spend a night there before catching the fligth. I would not want to stay there any longer. Just terrible.

The hotel location was approx3 miles from airport which was nice. The AC in room was loud and did not work properly! The bed was uncomfortable. The cost was very affordable and getting to Venice with the bus was very easy (approx 20 minutes bus ride)

Li as avaliações e vim com expectativa alta para esse hotel, mas me decepcionei. A estrutura é ok, quarto espaçoso e limpo. a cama de casal são duas camas unidas. Mas o que fiquei decepcionado é a falta de cortesia com os hóspedes começando pelo check-out às 10:30 da manhã( quem tá de férias que acorde cedo pra sair), é oferecido um”last check-out”por 25 dólares, mas ele só dá pra direito a ficar até 12:30( sendo que esse é o horário normal da maioria dos hotéis)Perguntei se guardavam mala, e o recepcionista disse que pode deixar jogada no chão da recepção onde qualquer pessoa tem acesso e depois vim buscar. Falta zelo e cortesia. Internet horrível. o Café é pago a parte por 7 euros, é só croissant, pão e ovo cozido, nada de fruta e sucos naturais, a distância até a Parte turística de Veneza é de uma hora e achei pouquíssimas opções de comércio nas proximidades. A vantagem é que quase em frente tem uma parada de ônibus.

Hotel a 3 stelle, camera pulita ma non troppo, personale non qualificato, alcuni non sanno neanche parlare in italiano, e sopratutto molto scortesi, ho avuto un problema con la mia prenotazione ma l'albergo non ha fatto nulla per risolverlo...assolutamente lo sconsiglio..mai piu'.

Hotel a 3 stelle, camera pulita ma non troppo, personale non qualificato, alcuni non sanno neanche parlare in italiano, e sopratutto molto scortesi, ho avuto un problema con la mia prenotazione ma l'albergo non ha fatto nulla per risolverlo...assolutamente lo sconsiglio..mai piu'.

Needed a place to stay overnight before heading out to the Dolomites. Hotel Altieri was a good choice. The room was a little outdated, but clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful, even helped find another guest to split the fare to the airport (was raining and we didn't want to walk to the bus stop even though it was very close.) The breakfast that was included was very good and fullfilling.

Needed a place to stay overnight before heading out to the Dolomites. Hotel Altieri was a good choice. The room was a little outdated, but clean. Franchement, meilleur rapport qualité prix pour Venise ! Le bus 19 (1,50€) est devant l’hôtel pour aller à Venise et aussi le 45 (18€) pour aller et retour aéroport est à la proximité. Le personnel est tellement agréable, les chambres propres et un hôtel silencieux en général. Le petit déjeuner pas cher et bien servi.

It’s not in the main city of Venice but if you would like to stay away from the crowd this is a good place. A lot of local restaurants to eat around and you are away from the tourists trap. Would recommend the hotel.

It’s not in the main city of Venice but if you would like to stay away from the crowd this is a good place. A lot of local restaurants to eat around and you are away from the tourists trap. Would recommend the hotel.

Loved the place. It is 5 miles away from transport station, but very easy to get there with bus #19. After a day in the really busy area of the grand canal of Venice, it was nice to get to this quiet and impeccable space.

Needed a place to stay overnight before heading out to the Dolomites. Hotel Altieri was a good choice. The room was a little outdated, but clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful, even helped find another guest to split the fare to the airport (was raining and we didn't want to walk to the bus stop even though it was very close.) The breakfast that was included was very good and fullfilling.

Bathroom room, seul long had open Yellowstone whole, shower old with satins on the met als. We asked twice for an extra pillow they didn’t bring it. Staff not very friendly. Franchement, meilleur rapport qualité prix pour Venise ! Le bus 19 (1,50€) est devant l’hôtel pour aller à Venise et aussi le 45 (18€) pour aller et retour aéroport est à la proximité. Le personnel est tellement agréable, les chambres propres et un hôtel silencieux en général. Le petit déjeuner pas cher et bien servi.

静かで治安もよく、ベネチアへもトラムで1本です。部屋に冷蔵庫、シャンプー、ボディーソープはありますが、スリッパと歯ブラシ、コンディショナー、パジャマはありません。部屋での食事は禁止と書かれていました。近くに美味しいピザ屋があり、ベネチア本島のピザよりも安くておいしかったです！なんとなく部屋の清潔さがきになるかな？というレベルです。日本のビジネスホテルより少し低いレベルかなと言う程度。また来たい！！という思いもないですが、絶対リピートしないというほどの思いもないです。

Li as avaliações e vim com expectativa alta para esse hotel, mas me decepcionei. A estrutura é ok, quarto espaçoso e limpo. a cama de casal são duas camas unidas. Mas o que fiquei decepcionado é a falta de cortesia com os hóspedes começando pelo check-out às 10:30 da manhã( quem tá de férias que acorde cedo pra sair), é oferecido um”last check-out”por 25 dólares, mas ele só dá pra direito a ficar até 12:30( sendo que esse é o horário normal da maioria dos hotéis)Perguntei se guardavam mala, e o recepcionista disse que pode deixar jogada no chão da recepção onde qualquer pessoa tem acesso e depois vim buscar. Falta zelo e cortesia. Internet horrível. o Café é pago a parte por 7 euros, é só croissant, pão e ovo cozido, nada de fruta e sucos naturais, a distância até a Parte turística de Veneza é de uma hora e achei pouquíssimas opções de comércio nas proximidades. A vantagem é que quase em frente tem uma parada de ônibus.

2 senior ladies. Stayed 3 nights. Room unclean on arrival; no house-keeping staff after 2:00pm; B’fast costs 7€pp- nothing hot, no fruit; no hot water available for tea after 10am(we had our own bags); 3€ charge for 1 fresh hand towel; safe didn’t work-staff was consulted; no screen on ground floor window- could not leave window open; no grab bar in shower or bathroom at all; only 5 hangers in closet that were seriously too flimsy to hold a sweater. Two positives: comfortable beds; lots of hot water for shower with good pressure. Would not stay here again.

I specifically booked the hotel because of its close proximity to the airport since i have a very early flight. I asked the receptionist if the airport is open 24 hrs and what taxi we can get, he doesnt know.. he also dont know how many minutes the hotel is from the airport.. overall, not very helpful at all because lack of knowledge on these things. Another receptionist was on duty when we were checking out, we went down to the front and nobody was there even if i rang the bell. The guy took a while to go to the reception area. They claim to have receptionist help 24/7 but not true. The door just automatically opens outside so it was scary to be there when its very early and dark and nobody to assist you if someone comes in.. Also their claim for luggage storage was not true. They just let you leave your bags in front by the door wherein anybody can just come in. No secured luggage storage so beware.. and sometimes the receptionist leaves their post so the front can be unattended...

Las 2 personas de recepción fueron muy atentas. El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español. De todos modos funcionó el inglés. El lugar está muy bien para lo poco que estuvimos. Sólo el baño debería ser revisado, poca fuerza en el inodoro. Paradas de bus y tranvia a pocos metros. En general todo bien.
