The Century House Latham - North Albany, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Excelente servicio! Todos dispuestos a ayudar y hacerte sentir como en casa. Habitaciones cómodas y muy bien equipadas. Desayuno increíble y la Sra que lo atiende es maravillosa. La bienvenida nos la dio Alfonso que fue súper amable y nos explicó todo, la zona, el hotel y dispuesto a todo. El hotel tiene muchos detalles (galletas en la tarde, siempre café o agua saborizada a libre disposición) que son un plus! Sin duda volveremos!!! Fue una experiencia maravillosa.

The present Century House is a very dated hotel, I think they are replacing it with a new one doen the street, however what they lack in decor they surpass in hospitality. Everyone from the reception desk to the breakfast room to the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here overnight for our son's graduation from RPI. I refused to be price gagged by the ridiculous prices, and required multiple day stay, at the hotels in Troy. This place is an easy 10 min. drive to the college. The breakfast was ok but we didn't have time to eat out because we had to leave by 6:45a.m.

Had two rooms, one for son’s family. Hotel was great. Friendly and a great breakfast. Trail behind hotel for walking. Toddler books in library. Gym. Just a wonderful place to stay. To me, better than Hilton.

Great find. Great hotel, room was large, breakfast was fantastic (real eggs). Everyone was helpful and friendly. Even had book for toddlers in their library. Went out of their way to make our multi day, multi room, family stay wonderful. This is a gem and will make it the hotel I go to when visiting family in Albany. Loved the cookies at three and the warm clothes were a great treat. So many wonderful ways to make a trip great!
