We stayed at Canale Hotel for 14 days. It was truly a 5 star experience without the modest person inconvenience feelings in staying at big 5 star hotels :-) Starting from the welcoming at the check-in, having a room upgade to better views and courtesy bottle of prosecco. So from the beginning Martine and her entire staff made sure every day was a good one. The room was modern, clean and well equipped. But what really makes the hotel stand out, is the staff. The front desk, doormen, breakfast and housekeeping were all so super nice and friendly. It was like discussion amongs old friends. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There were enough choises and very soon Angela picked up our choices and personalized to our preferences. For our 20th Anniversary and birthdays we had tasty surprice cakes. We have travelled a lot and this was truly perhaps our best hotel experience so far. If and when ever coming back to Kefalonia, no need to seek any other place to stay. Warm thanks to entire staff!

We were not able to stay at the Canale because they had not yet opened. We were transferred to a different hotel which was much less expensive. To date I have not been refunded the extra amount that I paid to stay at the Canale.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff who looked after us were truly amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The room and all common areas were spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were abundant, varied and fresh. So much choice! The staff completely made our holiday, they were so friendly, informative and wanted us to have a great stay. Hotel rooms are modern, well equipped, very stylish and extremely comfortable. Thank you Petros, Martine, Maria, Adonis, Gerry and the whole Canale team for an excellent stay. Very much recommend this well positioned, luxury hotel.
