Buonissima colazione, comodissimo avere il mare accanto, la piscina purtroppo non ci siamo andati perché era sempre troppo fredda in quei giorni

Trånga rum med små dubbelsängar drar ner betyget. Poolen va dessutom stängd.

There is not bar or restaurant even to take coffe. No swimming pool. The gym is very small room. Also to much student maybe half of the hotel is student accomodation. Half of the hotel is still in building prosses.

The hotel is well located close to beach. Great gym, swimming pool and breakfast.

It was very near the beach but not enough loungers by the pool

Está bien limpio tanto la piscina como las habitaciones

Ho apprezzato la dimensione del monolocale (abbastanza ampia sia la camera che il bagno), la gentilezza del personale (ho avuto un problema con degli asciugamani che hanno prontamente sostituito e sono stati cortesi facendomi lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out per tutta la giornata). La posizione è fantastica, a cinque minuti a piedi da una spiaggia molto bella e con varie linee del bus a poca distanza (4/5 minuti a piedi) che ti portano ovunque, sia nel centro della città, sia in altre spiagge. Anche la vicinanza del supermercato è stata favorevole. C’è al primo piano una piscina con dei lettini (consiglio di sfruttarla al mattino perché al pomeriggio risulta completamente in ombra). Gli aspetti che si possono migliorare sono: -Non c’è il phon -Nel monolocale c’è un solo piatto, una forchetta, un coltello, una pentola, uno scolapasta, un cucchiaio. Capisco che è per una persona sola, ma se uno deve cucinare non è molto pratico. Manca un asciuga piatti, non c’è un cavatappi o qualsiasi altro utensile possa servire per cucinare ecc -La terrazza panoramica che viene consigliata è una terrazza senza nulla, non c’è un tavolino, non c’è nulla. È un peccato perché con il tramonto che si vede dall’alto fare un aperitivo e due chiacchiere con gli amici sarebbe perfetto A parte questo, che sono aspetti che si possono soprassedere, consiglio fortemente questa struttura.

Fui con mi madre ya que nos pareció que calidad precio estaba bien cogiéndolo con un par de días de antelación y teniendo en cuenta que casi a pie de playa no había prácticamente nada en malvarrosa. La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente y bastante cómoda con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, el baño en la zona del WC me pareció muy estrecho sobre todo para una persona gordita no sé cómo podría sentarse ahí, al igual que la cama que para mí gusto es pequeña también aunque tengo que decir que dormimos cómodas. Nuestra ventana daba a la iglesia con un parque, hubo un día que había un poco de jaleo pero pudimos dormir bien. El desayuno para los 3 días que estuvimos nos pareció bien. Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato y la cercanía a la playa, hay guarda equipaje y desde la iglesia hay una parada de bus que te lleva ida y vuelta a la ciudad de las ciencias así que la ubicación en general me pareció excelente. La piscina no la tocamos prácticamente y las vistas desde la azotea espectaculares. La experiencia en general fue genial y repito calidad precio suficiente. Volveré

The location to the beach and restaurants are excellent. The room is on the smaller side but sufficient and clean.

The property is conveniently located close to the beach. Valencia attractions are a short bus ride away. It has a minimalist decor and very small room and bathroom, but clean and functional.

Struttura vicinissima alla spiaggia della malvarossa, 9 piani circa 900 camere, sembra stile dormitorio. All' ingresso personale molto gentile, che fornisce indicazioni precise, e disponibile. Camera molto piccola con letto ad una piazza e mezza seppure prenotato una matrimoniale, finestra dotata di sola tenda oscurante, e purtroppo alle 6 del mattino è già giorno pieno. Stanza minimal. Bagno molto molto piccolo non dotato di bidè. Corridoi che portano alle stanze piacevoli perché dotati di luci colorate. Abbastanza silenziose le camere, tanti giovani presenti. In complesso, direi adeguato al prezzo pagato. Nota molto positiva la pulizia! Eccezionale.

Nette en eenvoudige kamers voor een weekje Valencia. Op loopafstand strand. En 30 minuten fietsend naar het centrum, de oude binnenstad.

Hartstikke leuk hotel. Prima kamer, ontbijt en voorzieningen. We hadden dure fietsen gehuurd en deze mochten ‘s nachts mee naar de kamer. Service van het personeel was ook perfect. Iedere dag een schone kamer. Er zaten veel studenten en dat gaf een erg leuke sfeer. Het hotel ligt een stukje buiten het centrum (lekker rustig) maar omdat we fietsen hadden was dit geen enkel probleem. Het strand ligt op loopafstand en in de buurt zitten veel leuke restaurants, winkeltjes en supermarktjes.

Humid in the hallways and the air conditioning in the room was only ok. WiFi was great! Free breakfast was the same food everyday.

Personnel sympathique, mais très bruyant la nuit, très mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres, on entend tout.

5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Busverbindungen sind auch sehr gut und sehr sehr günstig z.B in die Altstadt oder zum Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind klein, ich war im siebten Stock, die Fenster konnte man nur ein kleines bisschen öffnen, nichts um sich dort länger aufzuhalten aber nur für Übernachtung ausreichend

The bed was very squeaky, the tv is mounted in a corner where you can’t watch from the bed and does not swivel, the ac was broken and it got sooo hot (they did reset it once I asked), ac was also locked so I couldn’t make any changes, no phone in room so have to walk down to reception for every question, pretty bare bones room. Dont think I would stay again….

Die Zimmer sind für das Geld viel zu klein. Wir waren zu zweit und konnten nicht aneinander vorbeigehen, ohne dass einer aufs Bett oder ins Bad ausweichen musste. Auf die Frage hin, ob es ein Zimmer mit Balkon gibt, wurden wir ausgelacht. Auf die Frage, ob es möglich wäre auf ein größeres Zimmer zu upgraden, wurde gesagt, wir wären bereits in einem großen Zimmer. Auf dem Brandschutzplan, auf dem alle Zimmer verzeichnet sind, sah man aber deutlich, dass das nicht stimmte. (Kleiner kann ein Zimmer auch hoffentlich nicht sein?) Der Pool steht ab ca 11 Uhr bis zum Sonnenuntergang im Schatten. Die Fahrräder, die man sich für 13 Euro am Tag ausleihen kann, waren größtenteils kaputt. Bei einer Nachfrage an der Rezeption, fing die junge Frau dort mitten im Satz aufgrund mangelnder Englischkenntnisse damit an, genervt auf spanisch mit ihrer Kollegin zu sprechen und mich zu ignorieren. Die Kollegin half mir mit besserem Englisch freundlich weiter, die junge Frau mit Brille sprach auch am nächsten Tag kein Wort mehr mit mir als ich auschecken wollte, was dann ein Kollege übernehmen musste. Abgesehen davon war das Personal aber sehr freundlich und darum bemüht zu helfen. Die Lage ist wirklich schön, man braucht nur fünf Minuten zum Strand und der Bus fährt direkt um die Ecke. Die Gegend ist super schön und einer der Hoteliers hat sich große Mühe gegeben und uns auf einer Karte alle möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants oder Strände eingezeichnet.

The bed was tiny and was very sagging. A/C was inadequate for two adult women to feel comfortable sleeping. My husband would have been miserable with the lack of cooling at night. Front desk people were great but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Worst night of sleep in my life. Very stuffy rooms. You can hear everything in the halls. You are better off staying near the center of town, and taking a cab to the beach. It’s not worth staying here for its proximity to the beach alone.

Buena opción de hospedaje para alguien que busque una ubicación cerca e la Universidad Politécnica. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, y los desayunos muy limitados, pero el personal es muy amable y resuelve tu dudas con una excelente actitud.

The staff was very very rude to us the first day. The receptionist hung up on us when we did not know how to get to the hotel. And barely knew any English

God service vi fik lov til at beholde vores værelse lidt længere, så vi kunne komme i bad efter løbet.

Fine overall. Very close to the beach, nice pool, staff are friendly. The free breakfast (we paid in advance) will get your day started but will not wow you. *But realize this is more like a college dorm. Literally. We did not realize this when we booked. It all worked out fine, but it was a bit of shock at first. But again, we adjusted and no complaints. Last, it's about a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride to the main areas of the city.
