To many addicts around property. Rooms need to be purified and smells very old. Spider webs need to be cleaned up on staircase and door post. Bathrooms should be sanitized after every room is checked out.

When I went in my room floor had not been vacuumed. The house keepers did not change the sheets I found hair in the bed and on the pillow. I told the housekeeper but she did not speak English and didn’t understand English. The head supervisor of house keeping did not speak English she argued with me about the bed not having hair. She refused to change the bedding so I was forced to call front desk to get another room. I heard cussing and arguing in the room beside me all night. And there were roaches in my room.

Cockroaches everywhere, the breaker kept tripping so couldn't use the microwave so wasted $20 in food. Won't be staying again.

This was a roach motel. I want a refund ASAP... I was in one room 2 roaches then pulled back shower curtain... There was another roach...then roach going up the wall.. so I got transferred to another room... Roach walking across the floor .. nasty discussing.. I couldn't sleep.. I was out of there at 7:30 the next morning.. I want a refund!!

The bed sagged in the middle. The sheets were scratchy. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. The don't offer shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The soap is the size of a pringle. Some plugs don't work and some get hot.

The room was very dingy, with cockroach trails on the walls. The lights worked but were askew, and there were stains and holes in the walls and furniture. Very thin walls, you can hear everything outside and in the rooms around you. Definitely not a 2.5 star hotel - is there a 1 star rating?

The rooms are quite good for the price and the washrooms were also good. There is a microwave with a fridge which I did not expect given the price. There is also a good tv. The only downside was the WiFi. It is good when you can get a decent connection but I found myself struggling to do that. I was not able to get a connection 7 times out of 10.

This room was subpar at best. It was clean but the facet in the tub leaked the whole time. There was only a trickle of water that came out of the sink. The bed was soft but the pillows were flat. The outside of the rooms were not very clean. The restrooms in the lobby was both out of order. And the cable went out after an hour with no signal.

Listen, it was a clean bed and a room with running water to sleep in for the night, and in those regards it performed it’s function. However, the room they gave me had a long strip of duct tape covering a large area of cracked glass that looked like someone had struck the glass. Or a gunshot. It was also a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. And one side of the desk had completely detached from the desk so that the drawers were completely askew and partially on the floor. I went to sleep praying that no one had the idea to break the already broken glass to get into my room to see what valuables they might find. I ended up okay, but I learned my lesson that you get what you pay for when you rent a room at the least expensive hotel in town. A nerve-racking stay at best.

Not too bad, the only complaint I had was that the door didn't seal all the way even when locked. You could see the outside light coming in, especially at night. Rm 459. When you drive up to the hotel all you can smell is the flavor factory which smells like fresh baked cookies and coffee. If you're not planning on veggin in the room with just a place to sleep, it's a very good deal. Online it was 55$ but I only paid 44$ total for the room which was a pleasant surprise! The heater about roasted me out of the room, so yes m, the room had a good, working heater!

The desk service was personalized and pleasant and the rooms were clean and great temperature for settling in. There were no extra towels for shower mat usage. The attendant indicated that we should leave used towels outside and we would get them back after they were washed so I guess guest had been stealing towels. 0verall, the stay was pleasant.

This place seems like a refuge for addicts and/or a shelter. The conditions on the outside were so unsafe and overall rundown I dared not go into the actual room. There was absolutely no way I was gonna stay there and feel like my car was gonna still be there or our lives would not be in danger. You can say Oh she may be exaggerating but I promise you I am not. Book here if you dare I promise the affordable cost is not something you should be willing to compromise. DO NOT PASS GO, DO NOT ENTER PERIOD.

Upon arrival to the property, we were concerned that we had booked a dangerous place because of the activity going on outside the back rooms to the left. However, we found out that is the section where people live. We were put in a room to the right of the office and it was very clean, the bed very comfortable and very quiet.

I did not stay. On arrival I was shocked at how run down the place was, the location appeared to be in the "hood". Did not appear safe. I did not check in - I got a room somewhere else

This is an extremely low cost place to stay. So it’s to be expected it won’t be new and have tons of amenities. It was fine for me, traveling alone, and trying to save money. I was surprised that the surrounding area has almost no restaurants. There is a Food Lion close by. I’d stay again, but only if by myself.

Not a place I would bring my wife and family. I was a 7th Special Forces Group medic so I was OK. The bed was excellent, I was able to sleep despite all the noises, coming and goings all night, etc. I won't be back.

Well the whole place needs close down get a new makeover. Nasty dirty roach and so much more bad people there the owe don't care they just want money They Got Low B grade how the Hell they keep there business opening makes No sense

Everything was great. Good breakfast, pool, the beach is right outside. Even good coffee in the lobby. Laundry room right in the hotel was very convenient for us, coming from a sleep away camp. The only complaint would be the Wi-Fi. Next time I'll have to explore mobile Internet options. Yes, we are definitely coming here again, kids loved it, said it's better than the usual Airbnb places we rented 😀
