New/modern, clean (should be a given), quiet, close to a couple of restaurants, has a pool, and even an automatic pancake maker! I would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Room and hotel were nice and clean, looking new. Staff was polite but not warm. Pool was closed due to some licensing issue, which was a let down. If I was this place’s manager, I would cover the pool but let the guests sit by it under umbrellas and would offer them lemonade for their trouble. Another thing I would do immediately as a manager of this organization was to raise the air conditioner in the common areas from ARCTIC temperature to something more pleasant and sensible. It was near 90° outside and in the halls it couldn’t be more than 65°. What a waste. And the hot water in the bathroom would reach almost boiling temperature - could be dangerous.

I needed an option close to a family member that I was visiting and this worked out perfectly. The rooms and facility is nice, they have a pool, and a firepit. Staff was friendly, and there was nothing to complain about!

The hotel room I stayed in had so much dust and dirt it was ridiculous I have pics to prove the amount of dirt and dust my son and I encountered while staying. The hotel refused to refund my money and only offered me a $50 refund! My son ended up sick in the emergency room with his asthma

The room was very clean. They did forget to clean our room after our 1st night, although we did leave out late. We also reminded the front desk. Hotel was about 35 minutes away from Rehoboth Beach. I loved it because we could have fun and then get away from itv all afterwards. I'd definitely stay again! One of the front desk ladies could be a lil more personable, but she wasn't disrespectful. She definitely didn't come off as friendly.

50$ deposit for smoking clean up, you should be notified or at least made aware of another fee. Instead, when you get here, its a hard time in the world with inflation prices. Definitely unnecessary, and later in the evening no room service and my sheets had dry blood on them

Property was great except for the water pressure in our room -- especially the bathroom sink. The water coming out of the sink was barely more than a steady drip, no matter what temperature or how far back the lever was pushed. The pressure in the shower was slightly better, but still unsatisfactory. Other than that, the property was clean and convenient.

So the room and the condition of the property is great and overall I was very impressed. The first night was great but the second night there were really noisy guests and the location itself is right near Royal Farms. If you're sensitive to noise, I would definitely ask for a room on the side opposite from the gas station. Overall, I felt this property was a real value, though.

At first i was surprised that there were no closets, however there were places to hang your clothes. there are no dressers, so you live out of your suitcases. but there were sufficient flat surfaces to place your suitcases on. in retrospect i realize it is a utilitarian space that is comfortable, if given an opportunity i would stay there again. It had a nice sitting area and an efficient desk.

Nice Hotel. First, the staff were excellent, Very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel and our room was super clean. Very small, it is a micro hotel. Basically a bed and a washroom. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was super quiet as well. Would definitely recommend !

At check-in, the clerk was extremely frosty. She did not offer me any choice in room. Merely assigned me to room 215. She did not tell me about any of the hotel amenities such as breakfast ice machine, placement, or vending machines. She just took my card gave me keys And told me what room I was in. She was very unfriendly.

The staff on property were fantastic. Exterior doors lock at 10pm for safety. Key card is needed to gain access to Lobby or Rooms. It felt very safe. Room was very clean. Bed was so comfortable!!

I stayed here for the weekend. This property is so well kept. The staff is wonderful also. I made my reservation for the wrong day in error and they were so nice to accommodate me. I had an issue with my door lock and they assisted with getting ot corrected quickly. The managers and front desk staff were engaging and were never just standing around. I saw the morning desk clerk cleaning away and making sure the appearance of the front was acceptable. I will be back!!

I’m sure the hotel is nice but beware of the 7 day cancel policy. Most other hotels are 1-2 day, I had to pay for a room I didn’t use and wasn’t allowed to reschedule the date either. I won’t be looking to book this hotel again bc of that reason

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby, fitness center, and room were all spotless. Breakfast was good also with fresh oranges and fresh pancakes. The coffee was much better than hotel coffee. I definitely plan to stay here again on my next trip through.

It was close to my family and other areas i visited. I did not like fact that I arrived 40 minutes early and was told room was ready but there was a &50 early check in fee. I just wait in lobby until they allowed me to check in.

Spacious room, very clean, quiet, quiet air conditioner with comfortable temperature. Decent refrigerator, easy-to-work tv/remote. The breakfast area was quite large and nicely laid out with good amount of spacing between tables. Typical average breakfast offerings.

The hotel was clean and quiet. A Royal Farms store is right next door which made it convenient to pick up quick meals and snacks.

I liked the location of this hotel -- near lots of restaurants, etc., but not right on the main highway; easy to get to. Spacious room, very clean, quiet, quiet air conditioner with comfortable temperature. Decent refrigerator, easy-to-work tv/remote. The breakfast area was quite large and nicely laid out with good amount of spacing between tables. Typical average breakfast offerings.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient for our needs. The only improvement I would make is to the breakfast offerings. Perhaps offering yogurt and granola bars and sausage daily.

Came here for Memorial Day weekend. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the safeness of the hotel and area. TVs should be a bit more modern. Should have the ability to connect to the TV to watch a movie. Outdated. Also, breakfast was good, but should have a bit more of variety. Overall, awesome place to stay at.

Convenient location off the highway. Easy check in and friendly staff. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We did hear some people walking around upstairs and we backed to a royal farms so we could hear trucks coming and going but wasn’t loud enough to disrupt our sleep. Not many options for breakfast but they had the basics. The pancake machine was pretty cool. Would recommend and would stay again.

We needed an affordable place to stay overnight, got there late and left early. It was perfect. Small but it had a great large tv, comfortable bed and it was in a low key section of Delaware. Would definitely book the same for our return from NC next year. Awesome discount liquor store across the parking lot. lol

Fot the price, the Microhotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good and the pool was refreshing. The location is quiet and convenient for going to other towns.

This is a nice motel, room was spacious and clean, though housekeepers had not refreshed coffee in the room. Very bright lights from Royal Farms next door was an annoyance. Breakfast selection was mediocre. Check-in was easy with friendly clerk. Electric vehicle charging station was a plus,

We had an amazing time. Hotel was great, except we complained about the AC not working and after we came back from running around he said he fixed it. By then it was after 11p and it still wasn't very cool in our room. Yes we probably should've said something before we checked out but 1) we didnt wanna be that kinda guest and 2) it was late and we would have to change rooms but we should've said something for the amount of money we spent. Other than that, great stay!

They need to work on the breakfast. What they had was ok, but they were very slow to refill things, as they were emptied. Otherwise, it was a great stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
