Prima locatie in hartje centrum. Parkeren is inclusief in mooie ruime garage. Check in was vriendelijk. Kamers zijn studios. Die wij hadden was bijzondere indeling en was aan de krappe kant. Vooral het bed was bijzonder. Te kleine, veel te warm dekbed. Daarnaast zijn de kamers sowieso veel te warm. Wij hadden 2 ramen open en nog was het warm. Airco kan niet lager dan 20 graden.

We loved the property the service and our room. Everything about this hotel is great. The location is amazing, near Old Town and upscale shopping Avenue. The wonderful bar offers piano concert every afternoon. Around the corner the same property offers an amazing tapas and mixology bar/restaurant.

Wir sind in wirklich vielen Hotels, sowohl geschäftlich als auch privat unterwegs. Dieses Haus ist wirklich etwas besonderes! Das Personal super freundlich und kompetent, die Zimmer wunderschön eingerichtet und das alles in diesem historischen Gebäude. Ich liebe es und war hier sicher nicht zum letzten Mal!

Wir sind in wirklich vielen Hotels, sowohl geschäftlich als auch privat unterwegs. Dieses Haus ist wirklich etwas besonderes! Excellent property with only one issue. Upon arrival there were several stairs and since travelling for sometime we had heavy luggage. There is an elevator from the street level just for this purpose but the concierge failed to mention it as he watched us drag our luggage up the steps. Upon checkout I requested to use the elevator but they were unable to locate the key in a timely manner. They did help with the luggage this time which was appreciated.

Please do not book this hotel via Expedia. They will not put you in the actual hotel, which is upstairs they most likely put you in the basement beside the gym . Very disappointed and sad that they tweeted us just because we blocked with Expedia.

Apartment type 5 star hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, location was perfect and the staff was excellent! I was able to check-in early and they even help me with sushi reservations. I will stay there again!

The first room had rubbish from a sanitary pad left in the bathroom, the towels were dirty and the bed sheets had hair on them. We were given a new room, but it took sometime… Also no signage exists for where for how to get into the hotel other than using stairs, he had to carry a baby buggy with baby and two very large suitcases up the stairs, we were made to feel a little silly by the door man and the hotel receptionist didn’t seem very bothered either by this issue. It was not a warm welcome.

Super tolles Hotel, nur der Checkin war grauenvoll. Es hat 90 Min. gedauert, bis geklärt werden konnte, dass wir über Expedia im Vorfeld bezahlt hatten. Zeit die uns echt gefehlt hat !!!!

Meine Tochter ihre beste Freundin und ich waren in Düsseldorf um das Wochenende auf die Anime ind Manga Messe Dokomi zu gehen. Wir waren bereits voriges Jahr in dem The Wellem Hotel. Es hat sich viel verändert seitdem. Der Check In war eher kühl auch war inser zimmer noch nicht fertig was nicht schlimm war. Der Reptionist wollte das ich gleich die Rechnung begleiche und dachte ich zahle per Karte und hat auch noch 100 € Desposit draufgelegt. Ich habe gesagt das ich die Übernachtung bar zahle und warum sich das Disposit von 50€ auf 100€ erhöht hat konnte er mir nicht erklären. Beim Aus checken hat die Rückgabe des disposit auf meine Karte funktioniert sodas es mir in bar zurückgegeben wurde auch hab ich keine Rechnung über meine Zahlung erhalten. Zum Glück war das Frühstück schon inkludiert denn 46€ für erw. Und 17€ für kinder fürs Frühstück ist total überteuert für das was geboten wird es war eine sehr kleine Auswahl auch musste man Kaffee bestellen es war kein Automat vorhanden. Wie werden uns beim nächsten mal ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Complete waste of money. I ordered breakfast to my room at 6:30am. I go downstairs and my room card is on the desk I said where is my breakfast and I am told the breakfast staff didn’t come in today. Then I go down to the breakfast room which starts at 7am I am now potentially running late for my meetings but decided to eat as my room service never came. 7:20 there is still no bread, I ask I am told it’s in the oven. When the bread finally comes I cut it open and it’s frozen in the middle. I get up to tell staff and the are at the bar stuffing their faces with food. The worst hotel experience I have had. Save your money, better service sleeping at a b&b for 40 euros.

El.check in no.fue bueno. Al.check out me quisieron cobrar la habitación cuando ya estaba prepagada. Y fue la misma persona que me atendio en check in y out. No estaba calificada para el puesto.

The first room had rubbish from a sanitary pad left in the bathroom, the towels were dirty and the bed sheets had hair on them. We were given a new room, but it took sometime… Also no signage exists for where for how to get into the hotel other than using stairs, he had to carry a baby buggy with baby and two very large suitcases up the stairs, we were made to feel a little silly by the door man and the hotel receptionist didn’t seem very bothered either by this issue. It was not a warm welcome.

Prima locatie in hartje centrum. Parkeren is inclusief in mooie ruime garage. Check in was vriendelijk. Kamers zijn studios. Die wij hadden was bijzondere indeling en was aan de krappe kant. Vooral het bed was bijzonder. Te kleine, veel te warm dekbed. Daarnaast zijn de kamers sowieso veel te warm. Wij hadden 2 ramen open en nog was het warm. Airco kan niet lager dan 20 graden.

Took my family of four with 4 young kids to this hotel and loved it. The location is in the heart of the city but the hotel offers a great place to get away from the busy streets. If you are looking to stay in the Altstadt this is the place to be.

Zentral in der Düsseldorfer Altstadt, sehr nahe zur Rheinpromenade gelegen. Tolles Frühstück und im Hotel aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Meine Tochter ihre beste Freundin und ich waren in Düsseldorf um das Wochenende auf die Anime ind Manga Messe Dokomi zu gehen. Wir waren bereits voriges Jahr in dem The Wellem Hotel. Es hat sich viel verändert seitdem. Der Check In war eher kühl auch war inser zimmer noch nicht fertig was nicht schlimm war. Der Reptionist wollte das ich gleich die Rechnung begleiche und dachte ich zahle per Karte und hat auch noch 100 € Desposit draufgelegt. Ich habe gesagt das ich die Übernachtung bar zahle und warum sich das Disposit von 50€ auf 100€ erhöht hat konnte er mir nicht erklären. Beim Aus checken hat die Rückgabe des disposit auf meine Karte funktioniert sodas es mir in bar zurückgegeben wurde auch hab ich keine Rechnung über meine Zahlung erhalten. Zum Glück war das Frühstück schon inkludiert denn 46€ für erw. Und 17€ für kinder fürs Frühstück ist total überteuert für das was geboten wird es war eine sehr kleine Auswahl auch musste man Kaffee bestellen es war kein Automat vorhanden. Wie werden uns beim nächsten mal ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Concierge at check in was great as were the cleaning staff Great location with easy access to bars and restaurants However - the gym is small and dingy with no aircon and limited equipment - odd for a hotel this size - reception staff were rude and disinterested at every encounter - no room service available Definitely not worth the money

WOW! We felt like we were staying in a Museum. The building itself was overwhelmingly beautiful. The rooms were well appointed. A piano player plays nightly in the salon and he is wonderful and such a great way to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. The concierge arranged bicycle rental for us which was a fun way to ride around dusseldorf and get a little farther out of the aldstadt. The location was perfect for walking to aldstadt and riverfront and the konigstrasse. We would definitely stay there again. Super quiet at night. Slept like a baby! Staff was on top of things from check in and housekeeping and the concierge. Keep up the great work.
