Lovely hotel. Great setting, great free parking. Excellent breakfast. We had a hot water shortage but I presume it has been fixed. They forgot to do our room freshening after the second night of three. The staff was very friendly. This is our favorite hotel in the area.

The hotel was ok. One of the beds in the room was broke, the toilet seat was broken and the garbage disposal had a spoon stuck in it that flew out when we turned it on. The hotel was also without hot water/water for several hours during the day.

I loved everything about this place! Everyone we encountered was amazing! The pool was never crowded! The one day we woke up early and had it to ourselves! The outside play area and the trails were even cool! We will be back!!!!

This is a beautifully designed hotel, which has incorporated an existing ironworks factory. The indoor pool is actually heated! (Not always the case). The interior of the hotel is nicely decorated, and the outside area provides various types of recreation for families, including a walkway along the river. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was very nice! Quiet and tucked away in the suburbs of Philadelphia. The room was pretty decent with the exception of the dust on the furniture and the walls. The one grievance I have with the property is they did not disclose that they do NOT offer housekeeping daily and my linens were not refreshed nor was my bed made. Other than that, I would recommend.

Everything was perfect except the bathroom wasn’t that clean. Someone else’s hair were on the bathroom walls and on the floor in the shower area. Also, one of the towels had brown stains on them. Overall, I’d stay here again because the food, customer service and the pool were all amazing.

Initially extremely pleased, rooms spacious and well laid out. Staff very friendly but requests of staff weren't initially unfulfilled. Called prior to check in and asked for begging for food our couch to be in room due to late arrival, they said ok but wasn't done. Saw housekeeping on my way out for 5 hours and requested room cleaned during that time, they agreed but upon returning room wasn't even done and housekeeping gone for the day so couldn't be addressed.

The exterior is amazing to view. Lots of shaded outdoor seating and outdoor activities to enjoy. I loved the old industrial look surrounding the modern. There also a really cool walking bridge. Very family friendly and great for a business trip. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. BUT, here is something to note… the fan in the bathroom for all the rooms does NOT shut off. All you can do is close the bathroom door, it then becomes a hum and you can sleep through it. Overall, a great stay and the group I was traveling with wants to return next year.

We had another great stay at Residence Inn Bala Cynwyd! The location was great for everything we were in town for. We love that it’s right on the river and you can walk across the bridge to restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We appreciate that the fan runs in the room so you never hear others. We will always chose this hotel when we are in town!

My experience at this hotel was great! My wife and I visited from NYC for the Eagles parade with our puppy but was nervous about the checkout times because it was during the parade. Neel and Dominique were very nice and accommodating and made our experience a great one where we didn't have to worry for our fur baby. Whenever we visit Philly again, we know where we'll be coming back to. FLY EAGLES FLY and thanks for making our parade experience a great one!

Initially, it seemed to be a strange, out of place building. But once you really see it, it is amazing. Loved the location! So quiet for healing after surgery and just a walk across the bridge to Manayunk, which is fun and funky!

We had another great stay at Residence Inn Bala Cynwyd! The location was great for everything we were in town for. We love that it’s right on the river and you can walk across the bridge to restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We appreciate that the fan runs in the room so you never hear others. We will always chose this hotel when we are in town!

Loved the overall experience but there’s always room for improvement. The breakfast was mediocre, just about like most other hotels. I don’t know why but hotels have the most uncomfortable sitting furniture in the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay here and plan to return! The room was spacious and clean, a convenient location and my kids loved the pool. It was such a bonus that the water temperature was nice and warm! The breakfast was great, and we loved coming back in the afternoon to complimentary cookies out!

Lovely hotel. Great setting, great free parking. Excellent breakfast. We had a hot water shortage but I presume it has been fixed. They forgot to do our room freshening after the second night of three. The staff was very friendly. This is our favorite hotel in the area.

Lovely hotel. Great amenities and dinner restaurant. New and fresh throughout. Functional, clean and large room. Staff could be more professional. Market needs healthy options such as fruit and yoghurt since there is no supermarket close by.

This stay was Awesome. We came in for a Family Funeral but left smiling. The staff (especially Dominque) was attentive, knowledgeable, empathetic and a breath of fresh air. The breakfast was tasty. I will say the containers used to keep the coffee and hot water needs to be replaced, (was not that hot). The bed was a little too soft for my taste. The room was amazing, the amenities were useful. I loved the visual atmosphere and to not actually hear the trains while I was resting. The courtyard was Beautiful. Will definitely stay again, We promise. The convenience of Free Parking and Free Continental Breakfast makes it worth the price. From the Cucumber ice water offered at the front Lobby or the celebratory glass of champagne, we felt WELCOMED and VALUED! Great Job!

Our stay here was beautiful! Beautiful scenery with the rustic mixed with modern build and design. My room was also wonderful, spacious, with many amenities and everything worked just fine. The breakfast could have a bit more variety but it was free and the pool makes up for it. Restaurants, walkable paths, free parking, complimentary wine for the birthday visit(although they forgot it at first after I called) but nonetheless we received it and all was well

Loved the customer service provided and honestly one of the best Marriotts my boyfriend and I stayed at from check in to breakfast (many options which was phenomenal) to dinner at The Lark and The Landing to check out. Couldn’t ask for more on this Philly trip for my bf’s 30th :)
