Great location. Hair dryer is not good to use, very heavy but it take years to dry my hair. You cannot cook any meat or fish in the kitchenette.

Fabulous fully equipped kitchen!! Very Clean and modern! Walkable to main areas like the Seoul tower and the cable car. Subway station 1 block from the Urbanstay meyongdong to go to the airport and railroad station. 1 block in opposite direction for the subway to go to the Gyeongbok Palace and Bukchon Village!! Awesome location. Near many restaurants and walkable to main areas. We had the Panama view room worth the extra money! Thank you Urbanstay meyongdong location for providing an excellent accommodation in Seoul. Best regards Lovette Davis

I love the unit very much. Near to the Chungmuro (Line 4) Station Exit 7, about 5 mins walk. The entrance of the building is at the side. (Namsan Central View Suite). Several Convenience stores are nearby, if you want some soju at night. Room is very clean and comfy. Please take note that they will only clean the room after every 3 nights, so please take care of your own hygiene. You can sort out the trash and take it to Level 1 to throw away.

This is a tough review. Size and layout of the room were perfect, location of property was perfect, price was reasonable, and the dedicated luggage room was a very very handy. However, the room was not well cleaned (leading us to doubt the cleanliness of everything), the sink did not drain, and communication was terrible. We submitted an issue through their app regarding the sink and heard no response back. At 11pm local time we heard noise from the automated locks, they changed the code. If we were not in the room we would have been locked out. We also received an automated checkin email as we did on our arrival but it contained a different room. We assumed, correctly, that they wanted us to change at 11 o’clock at night…. Despite there being no communication to this end.

I hope people find this useful. Normally i stay in 9tree2 hotel MD, so i picked this condo as i thot its almost the same area. Check in - no front desk, you will receive an email and enter the pw all the way to your room, it was a fair experience. Space - it’s cozy, not very spacious, i would say it’s pretty small for 2 ppl, but i was travelling alone, so it’s fine. Cleanliness - looks ok, but no one comes to clean it during the stay. If required, need to contact the host, they will provide a free cleaning after 3 nights, but i couldn’t figure how to do the request, so no cleaning at all. Also, need to throw the rubbish on your own. Bathroom - the toilet cannot flush properly, need to pour water every time after using. The water pressure is also low, the flow of the shower is very slower… Kitchen - microwave, fridge, strove all good. can heat things up or cook if want to. Location: it’s hard to say, it’s in the middle of the station, gotta walk 8-15 mins to each station, not 4 mins as suggested on the website. To MD - around 13 mins walking, but the street is so silent, the area is not crowded, a bit scary if you are a girl travelling alone. I stayed 4 nights and paid 6k(hkd) or up, during NYE time, i would say i did expected a higher quality of stay. I also checked that, the normal price of this condo is 600(hkd) per night, open your eyes! Won’t stay in condo again. Can’t compare with hotels.

Quiet, clean, contactless, washing machine, close to subway stations and restaurants. The room is small but the space available is big enough for a full luggage set. Plenty if cabinets to store your clothes. Couldn't have booked a better place!

I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!

Overall it was pretty good but it was public holiday weekend so all restaurants around here were closed Cleaning was not done properly so I found someone’s socks in the washing machine and wall was cracked in the corner Other than that it was great and well structured comfy one room studio room

捷運站出口步行5分鐘，飯店斜對面有24小時超商，明洞步行可到，也可以搭乘一站捷運，是一間性價比很高的飯店，但因為是公寓式酒店，必須要預約才會打掃房間，因為只住3晚，覺得影響不大。

i booked it last minute so didnt have time for extensive research. but that turned out to be no problem. the facility is impeccably maintained, the room design is light and airy, the location is fantastic near 2 subway stations. despite having no face to face contact with any staff, their online chat was super helpful and easy to use. i definetly recommend it

Location is excellent. Access to subway lines 2,3 and 4. The mattress makes loud noise when moving the body due to “water proof” material covering the bed. Requested remedy. Had a difficult time reaching the help line. Finally when I reached them by email, they refused to change the mattress cover. Pot and pan in the kitchen are very cheap stuff. Can’t even fry an egg without excessive sticking. Bathroom is ok. Lots of storage space. Big fridge. Stove top is finicky. The overall facility is more plain than the photos.

Muy bien comunicada con todo el centro de la ciudad, habitación nueva y en perfecto estado. Aunque la colocación de la cama debería de estar mejor pero seguramente por el espacio y un lugar donde apoyar las maletas

* fridge was really noisey * late check in ( 4pm ) check out at ( 11am ) * stayed in room on the 5th floor, felt like train was driving under my mattress ( subway nearby ) *waterproof mattress made sleeping uncomfortable overall, had maybe 4 hours of sleep Very disappointing

This is a tough review. Size and layout of the room were perfect, location of property was perfect, price was reasonable, and the dedicated luggage room was a very very handy. However, the room was not well cleaned (leading us to doubt the cleanliness of everything), the sink did not drain, and communication was terrible. We submitted an issue through their app regarding the sink and heard no response back. At 11pm local time we heard noise from the automated locks, they changed the code. If we were not in the room we would have been locked out. We also received an automated checkin email as we did on our arrival but it contained a different room. We assumed, correctly, that they wanted us to change at 11 o’clock at night…. Despite there being no communication to this end.

I hope people find this useful. Normally i stay in 9tree2 hotel MD, so i picked this condo as i thot its almost the same area. Check in - no front desk, you will receive an email and enter the pw all the way to your room, it was a fair experience. Space - it’s cozy, not very spacious, i would say it’s pretty small for 2 ppl, but i was travelling alone, so it’s fine. Cleanliness - looks ok, but no one comes to clean it during the stay. If required, need to contact the host, they will provide a free cleaning after 3 nights, but i couldn’t figure how to do the request, so no cleaning at all. Also, need to throw the rubbish on your own. Bathroom - the toilet cannot flush properly, need to pour water every time after using. The water pressure is also low, the flow of the shower is very slower… Kitchen - microwave, fridge, strove all good. can heat things up or cook if want to. Location: it’s hard to say, it’s in the middle of the station, gotta walk 8-15 mins to each station, not 4 mins as suggested on the website. i booked it last minute so didnt have time for extensive research. but that turned out to be no problem. the facility is impeccably maintained, the room design is light and airy, the location is fantastic near 2 subway stations. despite having no face to face contact with any staff, their online chat was super helpful and easy to use. i definetly recommend it

Quiet, clean, contactless, washing machine, close to subway stations and restaurants. The room is small but the space available is big enough for a full luggage set. Plenty if cabinets to store your clothes. Couldn't have booked a better place!

I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!

Location is excellent. Access to subway lines 2,3 and 4. The mattress makes loud noise when moving the body due to “water proof” material covering the bed. Requested remedy. Had a difficult time reaching the help line. Finally when I reached them by email, they refused to change the mattress cover. Pot and pan in the kitchen are very cheap stuff. Fabulous fully equipped kitchen!! Very Clean and modern! Walkable to main areas like the Seoul tower and the cable car. Subway station 1 block from the Urbanstay meyongdong to go to the airport and railroad station. 1 block in opposite direction for the subway to go to the Gyeongbok Palace and Bukchon Village!! Awesome location. Near many restaurants and walkable to main areas. We had the Panama view room worth the extra money! Thank you Urbanstay meyongdong location for providing an excellent accommodation in Seoul. Best regards Lovette Davis

Overall it was pretty good but it was public holiday weekend so all restaurants around here were closed Cleaning was not done properly so I found someone’s socks in the washing machine and wall was cracked in the corner Other than that it was great and well structured comfy one room studio room

I love the unit very much. Near to the Chungmuro (Line 4) Station Exit 7, about 5 mins walk. The entrance of the building is at the side. (Namsan Central View Suite). Several Convenience stores are nearby, if you want some soju at night. Room is very clean and comfy. Please take note that they will only clean the room after every 3 nights, so please take care of your own hygiene. You can sort out the trash and take it to Level 1 to throw away.

Urbanstay Myeongdong ilk sefer Seul seyahati için rahatlıkla tercih edilebilecek bir seçenek. Otelin yeri son derece merkezi, odada ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Çalışansız bir otel olmasına rağmen email yoluyla iletişim kurmak kolaydı yetkili kişilerle. Temizlik konusunda daha iyi olabilirdi ama görece olarak odamızı temiz bulduk. Stüdyo daire tarzında olduğu için uzun süreli konaklamalar için de tercih edilebilir.
Urbanstay Myeongdong ilk sefer Seul seyahati için rahatlıkla tercih edilebilecek bir seçenek. Otelin yeri son derece merkezi, odada ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Super clean room within walking distance to Myeongdong markets and also had a convenient store at the bottom of the hotel! Check in process was lengthy considering its fully self check in process. Bins and towel situation was rather confusing as well. We would stay here again !
