What I didn’t like: air conditioning, if it’s hot, it’s better to choose another hotel, it hardly cools the room, maybe they save money and don’t turn it on at full capacity. They don't provide towels for the pool. Loss of room key , loss of key with card For the loss of a key, a fine in my opinion is an anachronism, in self-respecting hotels they make plastic cards that open the door and if people lose, they cancel them without a fine.
