Too long to get drinks at the roof top rrstaurant

We had a great stay here and the facilities are great!! Great staff members and a big thank you to all the receptionists for making our stay great.. the security guards always made us feel safe at the front and helped us get into the hotel lifts safely. I love staying in Qatar it is so safe for women!!

Me and my friend assumed we were staying at a five star hotel and were disappointed on our arrival. We have stayed in plenty of luxury hotels which were 5* and felt we were mislead. Pros: Staff are amazing from reception, security to cleaning and maintenance. They just cant enough. Room - room size is generous for 2 people. We appreciated the extra space. Cons: Rooms - Are very outdated especially bathroom where we had many issues from sink being blocked, shower faults and loose toilet seat. We also had issues with safe when we arrived and phone in room. Noisey - Take ear plugs as you will hear noise coming from 14th floor and also elevator constantly pinging. Breakfast- way below average and not worth paying extra for. Options were repeated daily, and were limited. Staff were constantly asked to top up food including cups which they later replace with plastic coffee cups. They dont serve friuits like many hotels do, it appears rationed by being cut up and placed on a average plate for guests to take, same with yogurt. Only had 1 coffee machine and one toaster which was breaking daily while we were there. Gym - limited time to access which was a disappointment, even with times stated on wall, staff seem to change times to suit them. Most hotel gyms are 24 hours. Water machine is not replenished unless you go look for someone to change. Roof top - was looking forward to this and was closed throughout our stay! Overall, i wish they were honest with their star ratings

Express check-in made the arrival process smooth and hassle-free all the credit goes to the reception team. The swimming pool was a highlight, meticulously maintained and inviting. Throughout the hotel, cleanliness was paramount, a testament to the dedication of the housekeeping staff. The fitness center was well-equipped and maintained, perfect for keeping up with my workout routine. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Room service was prompt and offered a diverse selection of options, ensuring a satisfying dining experience. A standout feature was the provision of a coffee machine in the room, perfect for awakening from a restful slumber. The hotel's generosity in providing an extra coffee capsule upon request was a thoughtful touch, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. Hotel continues to exceed expectations with its commitment to enhancing guest comfort through innovative engineering and thoughtful renovations. Overall, my stay at Saraya Corniche Hotel was superb.

Everything is beautiful But the view is not beautiful at all There is also inconvenience from the night clubs, as it contains three clubs, which is quite a lot, and they all contain disco clubs.

The hotel is average, definitely not 5 star. Staff were very nice and the room was clean, but the furniture was kinda old and one cabinet door was falling off. The view of the corniche was absolutely amazing from the room. Unfortunately, the room didn’t have blackout curtains, which made the lights from the billboard across the street shine into the room, and that was quite annoying. Also, with a club and bar in the hotel, the elevators can get pretty busy. Lastly with the constructions around the area, you have to take a longer route to walk to the corniche.

We booked 8 days based on 5 star, pictures and reveiw, was disapointed to find our room was worn and had various small small damages in walls, joints and a broken mirror in wardrobe. After i wrote a small complaint back to Hotels.com website, the Hotel manager met me outside, as i was leaving for a day trip..to offer us an upgrade to a JuniorSuite on 9th floor. This gesture was very nice of him to arrange without fuss. Overall very clean hotel,rooms cleaned daily, the guys left aircon on all time. still small items of plaster could be fixed and a few electric switches tightened. The 2 big security staff for the hotel are first class. They stopped party goers getting in our elevator (14th floor has a bar disco open to outsiders), the rightside elevator you need room key to go up. Great guysth, and the parking attendant also was very efficient, we drop car offeach day, got ticket and left him to it. The main restaurant is large and clean, huge selection on menu but not sure all dishes actually available. The china restaurant is open to all from outside and was full smokers but food was good. Dont use the toilet there though as its actually outside and disgusting. There is a Small as in TINY kiosk shop at steps to main door open 24hr apart from prayers. Prices a bit higher than souk but handy. Overall a very nice stay.walking distance to Souk Wadi, camel souk etc. Remember uk style electric sockets. With a bit of paint and maintenance this could return to its 5 star glory days.

The variety of amenities provided was impressive, extra tea bags, coffee bags, and sugar. We felt well spoiled. Overall, our experience in the room was fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Didn't expect much but ended up loving it. Staff were kind, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was way better than I thought. Location made it easy to get around

Breakfast was simple but enjoyable. Clean rooms, clean halls, and everything well maintained. Facilities were effective, and the price made the stay worthwhile.

The building from the outside looks nice but the rooms have worn down. They were overbooked so i did not get what i paid for. The room was dated, carpets with stains, old scuffed furniture What pissed me off was the kettle was filthy, someone had made their noodles in that kettle and it was cleaned at all, it had left over noodles and it was all oily. I would refrain staying here.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lecker. Die Lage ist auch super. Die Zimmer sind jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und da wir von Donnerstag bis Samstag da waren, haben wir beide Nächte den Nachtclub im obersten Stockwerk aushalten müssen. Er war auch im 9. Stock deutlich zu hören. Der Teppich hat etwas unangenehm gerochen.

Three room changed in one night for different reasons the sad thing is even the third room doesn't have hot water.

This hotel brands itself as a 5* hotel however travellers should not expect this. While there were some positives there were also many ways this hotel disappointed me. Firstly, despite paying for a premium room they placed me in an orindary room, and after I raised this I was then moved to a different room. Additionaly, the hotel does not supply properly hot water in the bathrooms, this means showering in the cold. Also part of the shower appears broken, the handheld shower head did not work. My safety deposit box was also broken, I raised this with recepetion but it was never fixed. The breakfast did not have fresh coffee, instead guests actually needed to make their own using instant powder, and they even gave us paper cups when they ran out of proper ones. The juice was not fresh juice. Beyond this, there are a couple of night clubs/bars on site, and noise during the night could be heard in my room, and means that common areas of the hotel are filled with people who attend these type of venues. However, the location and view from the room was very good. Very close to museums and souq waqif. The quality of the bedding was good and the room was spacious. Housekeeping were very good. Staff were mostly very friendly and professional. Overall, this hotel is alright and about acceptable for the price point. However, it's simply not a 5* hotel (I've stayed in a few), but rather a reasonable 3-4* hotel.

Saraya Corniche Hotel offers exceptional service from start to finish. The concierge, front desk, housekeeping, room service, and dining staff are all attentive and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The buffet is delicious, and overall, it’s excellent value for money. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasant stay.

very rude staff, the security guys were there from Nigeria big with disrespect and treating every one badly , I want my man back , we could not sleep all night and we had chick out at 0500am because of the small, noise , shouting and banging on doors ,don't go there you will regret

The hotel staff was very kind throughout my stay! Room service was also available which was convenient for me. The front desk agent gave me a free upgrade upon my check in! As a solo female traveler I felt very safe throughout my stay! The hotel is also close to various places like museums and markets. If I ever return to Doha I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The hotel is 4 stars although they claim it's 5stars. The service was excellent, comfort, room good house keeping excellent, location great. However, the restaurant is too congested, food very limited and service was too slow.

Average hotel, definitely not a 5 Star standard. Limited options for Breakfast and breakfast service is slow with regards to replenishing items. Shower didn't work properly. Phone was faulty. Stain marks on carpet.

This hotel is unique from location to food. My best part is the restaurant with variesties of delicious menu. The club and lounge makes my stay here very satisfying
