This is a very nice inn and our room was very comfortable. The staff is family and that was felt by us, very welcoming. The food that was served was also very good.

I really liked this charming Hotel. Hard to put my finger on why exactly but I felt welcomed by the staff, dinner of fish and chips was good and breakfast ample and tasty. Bed was comfortable, shower hot, easy car parking. Good value for the price in a charming town setting. I would return.

The hotel is cute and small… feels like you’ve found a homey place to stay for the night where you meet the innkeepers. They give you your room and feed you your meals (optional but totally worth it)! Very cozy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely, clean and warm. We had dinner which was excellent. Our breakfast the next morning really set us up for the day. I really liked that all the food came piping hot. Would recommend this hotel, the hosts were very nice and welcoming

The Glen Hotel was absolutely perfect. The entire property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and fun to talk to, and was very helpful on the phone the day of arrival. Considered staying a second, unplanned, night but the property was completely booked. Highly recommend! Hope to return again one day.

Eventhough hotel sent a message about their employee vacancy, no bar and restaurant didn't open at Sunday and Monday nights. It looks like a ghost hotel. This info noticed only in Hotels.com message and not to my email to reconsider this reservation. All the facilities are very much old and inconvenient including not serving the new towel everyday. Due to all those reason, they serve free Tuesday continental breakfast, but it is hard to believe that will compensate the money for my booking. I can't believe why this hotel got higher review point.

Our room was lovely Very spacious and decorated tona high stanard . Great bathroom as well . Unfortunately we were travelling in poor service areas so when we arrived we hadnt received the code for the door ( it was Sunday and no Staff on site ). Luckily another guest let us in

We had booked into the Glen to break our journey from Harris to Edinburgh and unfortunately delayed by both ferry and 40 mile diversion. The level of communication from the hotel was excellent and they were very accommodating in regard to our much later arrival. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent

Very cute hotel with a lovely pub inside. Ate there twice and loved it. Bed was not the most comfortable, but the room was nice and quiet. Overall have a wonderful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely, clean and warm. We had dinner which was excellent. Our breakfast the next morning really set us up for the day. I really liked that all the food came piping hot. Would recommend this hotel, the hosts were very nice and welcoming

Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche Personal, durch das man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat. Ein großer Vorteil ist das hauseigene Restaurant, das man am Abend nutzen kann – das Essen dort war einfach hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und hat mich absolut begeistert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Stayed at The Glen Hotel for a night... We should have stayed longer. Great bed, room, location. Food was top notch and breakfast kept us going as we continued our journey north. We'll be back I'm sure.

SUPER friendly and helpful owners and staff!! We would love to stay here again and make more use of the dinning option. We had dinner and breakfast once each, and they were fantastic! I'd highly recommend the venison stew as it and the sauce it comes in are "Ten out of Ten"! Really nice full breakfast including options to make it a "full Scottish" if you wish.
