They had roaches that progressively got worse as i was there, they never did anything to try and fix it. The sink in our room was clogged and wouldn't drain the toilet was broken and the elevator was constantly broken. They shouldn't be in business

Had guaranteed reserved king size bed and they was out. Had queen with only 3 pillows and no blanket. Just a sheet. The shower head was brooken and no hot water. Breakfast had only cofee and water no joices.

The.carpet in our room was wet by the bed. It took a long time for the water in the room to get hot, and the toilet seat was partially broken. The breakfast area was not maintained food wise and minimal selection. Thr area was not clean either.

Check in was great...the elevator could definitely use some work. Its extremely slow, and the the carpet needs replaced in halls and rooms. Overall it was good for an overnight stay, just needs updated.

I wanted a wheelchair accessible room, didn’t get one because the elevator was out. the ice machine, and vending machines were out. they did not do breakfast like on the description, people constantly banging on doors and yelling at 1am, and we checked out a night early.

We had roaches in our room. Baby roaches and big roaches. There was an atrocious smell and the carpet was dingy. It turned our socks black. The bathtub had built up soap scum. The cabinet had thick dust on top. There was no screen in the window. There was a fight in the hallway in the middle of the night and nobody to break it up.

Dirty / filthy everywhere. Showed cleaning staff when checking out from a one night stay. TV and hair dryer did not work. Was told room was in a quiet area, but doors were slammed often until 1:50 a.m. AC worked but sputtered loudly every minute to two minutes.

This has got to be the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in . It was stains all on & in the beds . Refrigerator disgusting . Floors disgusting. I hate to leave such a horrible review but I feel that it’s right in this case so that people and families don’t ever have to go through what me and my 2 small daughters went through while we stayed here. The first room they gave me smelled like mildew, the curtains were filthy and the bed sheets were dirty. I asked for a better room and that was a little better. Shortly after being in my new room, I began to see small baby roaches. It was so bad that the pizza that was left on the counter, roaches got to it in the matter of 10 mins. I’ve never seen so many roaches in my life especially in a hotel room. They were coming from behind the tv and our bed headboard. They were mostly coming from the area where the refrigerator and microwave sat. My experience was so bad that me and my daughters decided to leave at 2am in the morning after seeing and killing roaches. I told the front desk guy who was working and he asked for proof and that they never received any complaints. I showed him a roach I killed in a white napkin and that I had videos as well. I checked out at 2am early Sunday morning and was left traumatized from my stay at Sleep Inn. I hope to get my full refund but I’m here to warn people to never stay here.

No shelf for anything the shower. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Phone didn’t work. Carpet felt both sticky and slippery. Cleaning solution they use I can still smell on my clothes and I only stayed for 2 nights less than 48 hours.

It was extremely noisy. The walls were extremely thin. People were running up and down and screaming in the hallways and we could hear everything until about 2 o’clock in the morning. The blankets on the bed were stained, and I’m not even sure they have been ever cleaned. The pillows on the bed were also extremely uncomfortable. Luckily, we were only staying overnight. However, I probably would’ve spent $20 more to stay someplace a little bit nicer If I had known.

We arrived very late, at around 12:30 am, & the front desk staff was asleep behind the wall. After multiple attempts we were able to wake him up. He checked us in & when I checked my credit card statement it showed 2 charges. When I addressed this with the staff upon checkout in the morning, I was reassured that they only charged me for my room the one charge & was given a receipt for that charge. The following day I saw the extra charge was still on there in addition to another charge of $100. When I called & talked to the staff about what was happening I was told the same thing repeatedly as if the staff either didn't fully understand what I was saying or just didn't believe me so I ended the conversation & had to address it with my credit card company. I understand mistakes happen but to address this with the hotel & be met with a lack of trying to resolve the issue that was entirely their fault is very disappointing.

Melanie at front desk told me to bring her dirty towels down before I could get clean towels. Then at checkout they charged us for dirty towels and pillowcases that were already stained when checked in. The worst experience I ever had with a room in my entire life. Totally disgusted

There were no towels. They overcharged me for having puppies which they should have put on the thing that you'd have to pay to have them they told me the dirty towels to bring them back down to them and then they would give me clean towels. No housekeeping for 3 days p

Had guaranteed reserved king size bed and they was out. Had queen with only 3 pillows and no blanket. Just a sheet. The shower head was brooken and no hot water. Breakfast had only cofee and water no joices.

The.carpet in our room was wet by the bed. It took a long time for the water in the room to get hot, and the toilet seat was partially broken. The breakfast area was not maintained food wise and minimal selection. Thr area was not clean either.

I wanted a wheelchair accessible room, didn’t get one because the elevator was out. the ice machine, and vending machines were out. they did not do breakfast like on the description, people constantly banging on doors and yelling at 1am, and we checked out a night early.

If I could give this place 0 stars i would… my husband checked in For a short business trip and this property was horrible! We know sleep inn Isn’t a 5 star but this was not clean nor safe. Crack heads everywhere. We should have known when the parking lot was empty after 4pm. No one wants to stay there. They refused to refund and of the money even through the third party site. That manager knows this place is not sanitary. But she obviously needed the money more than we did.

wouldn’t come back. When u walk in it’s hot and it smells like something I can’t describe. I checked in in the daytime, didn’t look too hard at the room but checked around. I was ok with it. Came back in the night time and saw something crawling. A roach…. Went down stairs to ask for a refund or room change. The man didn’t acknowledge it he just looked away and quickly changed the room. It smelled better than the first one, but you could still tell that they don’t actually clean or wipe down the rooms or anything. They probably don’t wash the covers. It just feels dirty. Shower definitely doesn’t get cleaned. And it looked like it had poop on the wall… idk what else it could’ve been in the picture. I had to wipe down everything and go buy Lysol To spray the bed and room down. Vending machine took my money. Mattress is dirty. Card kept not working when we left and came back.

We arrived a little after 4pm (check-in is 3pm) after being at a softball field all day. We were told a room was not ready yet and it would be an hour wait! After an hour, we asked for a refund as we were prepared to find another room. All of a sudden a room was ready. Well the room was not ready, floors were filthy, we had to call someone to fix the lights and TV did not work. We were too tired to worry with the TV at this point. We will definitely NOT be booking at this location in the future. Area is also extremely sketchy.
