Water was off for several hours. Air conditioner didn't work properly even after assistance, shower curtain rods were coming out of the walls and water went all over the floor while showering, TV was confusing and channels were not displayed with the network. Staff member was dismissive of my complaints and said they knew about the issues. So why rent the room for premium cost while knowing it had problems?

Good hotel that allowed bikes in room, but there is no elevator. We got a first floor room, but we got there right at check in time. Excellent check in & cleanliness. Good shower.Quiet.

1. Deck clerk was less than courteous and very hard to understand. Wouldn’t except my military ID as a form of conformation. 2. We are senior citizens with disabilities making the stairs a huge challenge. “No elevators” No help was offered by staff in assisting with luggage. 3. The room was rated as a 10 on website. Although it was clean and acceptable, or rating was closer to a 7.5. I will close by saying, the room was clean, and comfortable.

My stay was not pleasant at all I had asked for a handicap room with a handicap bathroom. I got a room with 2 double beds. The curtains did not close all the way , the light from the street came in and the need to be replace . There was mold around the shower and toilet paper cleaner . The smell of the places was over baring as if they were trying to cover up another smell. Staff was not very friendly.

When i got to my room after checking in, i found old water bottles on table and night stand. Old key cards were on counter by door. Open bar of soap in shower. Receipt left on table from oct 20. Mind you my stay was oct 24. They couldnt get me a different room as the hotel was fully booked.

Hotel was not clean in the bathrooms especially the shower area. Carpet was extremely old and seemed to have a smell. In fact the whole place had a funky smell. Curtains were not adequate to block the bright parking lot lights. Vending machine took our money also.

Thankful that this year's holiday stay was much quieter than last year. Nice room, very convenient to my needs in Cedartown. The only thing was the extreme (I mean extreme) smell of bleach .......... it was too strong to the point where my eyes were watery and it took two days to get that smell out of my system. WHY do they think they have to use 'that much' bleach. This would have been an extremally positive review if it wasn't for that - just made the stay uncomfortable.

It’s nothing more than a motel 6 quality. Underneath the bed had not been cleaned for years. There was a lot of crap and dust under it. The key card folder had been resided many times, maybe 100. Breakfast was cheap crap. Never again

The room was hot when we arrived but cooled down fine. I didnt eat breakfast. The room was ok but dated. The tub didn't drain well and it felt unstable. There was rust/stain in the tub as well. Our tv did not have a working remote. It was replaced but still did not work so we didnt use the tv.

Fan in bathroom makes an awful noise when on. The ac unit makes a constant irritating noise the whole time it is on as well, we had to sleep with the tv on to drown it out.

The room was nice, the entrance door had a wide gap that you could see out or ppl passing. The bathroom was ok, dusty but in decent shape, the curtains were stained really bad- dirty…. But overall it was clean and smelled nice… I recommend

The room was small but nice and clean. The only problems were with the noise. The walls and ceiling seemed very thin and you could hear people moving around. The AC was noisy but did cool well. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Grateful to be able to leave a review from Ms Christie and Melissa. And there was also a young lady that was very helpful I believe she was from India? The three young ladies were amazing my room was clean, anything that I needed such as towels etc. They made sure that we had it great customer service once we returned back to our rooms each time from church at night / morning they did not hesitate to ask if we need anything to call the front. We were greeted with smiles the entire time Cedartown was great thanks ladies thank you quality inn

I had to check in after midnight and the clerk was attentive, helpful and quick. I was sleeping in a very comfortable bed within minutes!!

I had to check in after midnight and the clerk was attentive, helpful and quick. I was sleeping in a very comfortable bed within minutes!!

The room was small but nice and clean. The only problems were with the noise. The walls and ceiling seemed very thin and you could hear people moving around. The AC was noisy but did cool well. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

It’s nothing more than a motel 6 quality. Underneath the bed had not been cleaned for years. There was a lot of crap and dust under it. The key card folder had been resided many times, maybe 100. Breakfast was cheap crap. Never again

Small place with around 20 rooms but with wonderful service from front office. Breakfast is not continental & Hot. Rooms are clean & good. Your concerns was addressed immediately.

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at this hotel while biking on the Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga Trail. They’ve gone through some upgrades since our last stay. We had been riding for 4 1/2 hours in the nonstop pouring rain. I wiped out on a hairpin curve on the trail a mile and a half from the hotel. I arrived to check in dripping blood and muddy water on the floor, visibly shaken. The lovely young lady behind the counter immediately rushed to give me a towel and assured me that it was no problem that I was making a mess of her floor. She even provided me with Band-Aids for my injuries. Hot coffee was available in the lobby. There was no issue with us bringing our bikes into the room for the night. Rooms were spotless and ours even had a huge Jacuzzi tub! That was a wonderful surprise! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is biking on the trail.

The room and location was far better than we expected. We did have some issues with the toilet running, and we did notice the floors were a bit dirty after letting our daughter crawl around. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend it in the area.

I was in town for one night, attending a niece's graduation. I didn't need lots of extras (pool, exercise room, etc.), just a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay. This fit the bill perfectly!
