Il soggiorno è stato super e la zona molto strategica. Il personale gentile e molto disponibile. Collegato benissimo a tutte le linee della metro. Io e il mio ragazzo prima di rientrare in hotel ci rilassavamo sempre a Liberty Park ammirando le luci dei grattacieli. Un plus. Assolutamente consigliato

Tutto quello che cercavo era una struttura che fosse nella lower Manhattan e che fosse pulita e accogliente e il Cloud One è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Pulito e silenzioso, posto dove tornerò sicuramente

L'albergo è vicino all'Oculus dove ci sono diverse line di metropolitana, le camere con vista sul wtc sono ampie, pulite e comode, anche la colazione in albergo è ottima, puoi lasciare free nello storage i bagagli l'ultimo giorno e rilassarti al ristorante dove ci sono molti salottini, è vicina a Eataly, si va a piedi a Tribeca e Soho (15 minuti) e si può visitare downtown sempre senza mezzi, la linea E è comoda per il JFK e altre line portano a Times sq, MoMA o Central Park in 15/20 minuti

Perfect location for where we needed to be. Wonderful staff & extremely clean. Love that there is no incidental charge at check in. They also have free baggage check both before & after your stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is my new favorite downtown NYC hotel, and I’ve stayed at a lot of them. The location is excellent. I had to hit up tons of spots in the city and the access to trains that go to the west side, east side and the heart of midtown is unbeatable. The hotel and rooms are boutique but not so bougie you feel uncomfortable, especially considering how good the prices are. The staff are excellent too, and made me feel welcome upon arrival. My only critique is that the hotel lobby can get cramped and crowded fast. It’s a bit small but there’s nothing they can do about that. My other nitpicks is that the rooms have what I call “short sink syndrome,” where the nozzle of the sink only extends far enough to clear the back of the basin, and washing your hands puts them right up against the back, resulting in water overflowing onto the sink surface (see picture for faucet in action). I recently encountered this in London at another hotel and for the first time in my life it made me consider faucet design. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, but it does make me wonder how anyone designs (and chooses) faucets like this. That aside the beds are super comfortable, the internet speed is good (and simple) and I am looking forward to my next opportunity to stay here. It might be FiDi’s best kept secret.
