Pool was not open. Pool was the only reason this hotel was booked. Trains passing by at all hours made it difficult to sleep. Flushing toilets and lostening to the uostairs rooms walk around all night did notnhelp either.

Breakfast consisted of cereal and pre packaged muffins. Nothing more. Everyone was nice however there are no amenities at all. Even the vending machine was cash only. For the price I do not recommend. We several moths flying around our room all night and the AC would not work at all. Our room was so hot. The AC was also so LOUD. Unless you are paying $60 a night it is not worth it.

The hotel wasn't that bad. There were only 2 things that really stick out and 1 was out of there control. The pool, my kids went swimming in it for about 2.2 seconds and came back inside, although it looked clean and clear it smelled like sewage. Im not sure if its hard water or what but it was pretty gross smell. And the other was a power outage for hours. We were told another hour it should be back on so we went for dinner, came back still no power so we found another hotel for the night. The staff were very good about it though and they did refund our 2 rooms for our last night. The continental breakfast is very good, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. For a small town williams has a lot to offer.

Check in was very good and we were given good advice on a number of things. Rooms were clean and tidy and the bed were comfortable. WiFi was good in the room. Breakfast was very good. Only slight problem was the grandchildren wouldn't go in the pool as they said it had algae in it, I believe it was the paint flaking off.

Didn’t feel like we received good value for the money we spent. Pool is outside and not heated. Breakfast was sparse without much choice. Room a/c was noisy and refrigerator and microwave sat on floor.

The guy at the front desk was having an issue with my key card so I had to wait for a while. He finally gives it to me and when I try to use it, it didn’t work. I had to go back down the stairs and get another key. There is no elevator. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair everywhere and the toilet was dirty. The air conditioner was loud and would wake me up when it would turn on. The breakfast sucked. Not much available.

The pool needed cleaning. The front desk you had to ring the bell and wait. We were greated with a smile when the person was friendly. It was odd that every time we went to the front desk we had to ring the bell. Not a great breakfast to offer so we head out early to get breakfast on the road.

Needed a place to stay for the night before heading to the Grand Canyon in the morning. While the front desk staff was friendly, the room left a lot to be desired. VERY small, quite possibly the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Barely had room to open our suit cases and move about. On top of that, the room was dirty. Found popcorn behind the chair, #2 stains in the toilet, hairs that weren’t ours throughout the room. Very out dated. After traveling for 8+ hours, we just got to sleep and left asap.

We booked for 2 queen beds and were told that our room was out of service due to a leak and that they would "upgrade us to a room with 2 Double(Full) beds with no charge to us" as if we were suppose to be charge to get a downgraded room with smaller beds. I was being reasonable and I told them eventually that we were OK with the room since we were really tired( I swear they take advantage of this since they know the hassle it is to find another place). We went inside our room and everything seemed normal until we got inside the bathroom. There was hair everywhere in the shower from the previous stay. Used bottles of body wash/shampoo that were spilled over. There was 1 body towel that was dirty and 2 face towels that looked clean but did not trust. We were disappointed beyond believe. Showers were a pass that night for us unfortunately. In the morning we went to their continental breakfast and it was beyond mediocre. They had milk and cereal and bread. That's it! Couldn't believe my eyes that they would call that breakfast. We had a slice of bread and were out of there. We are not the type of people to leave bad reviews but this past our threshold. We wouldn't want anybody else to go through this. They have plenty of areas for improvement. Hope the owner takes this review to heart and improves in the areas necessary to stay in business.

Room was not cleaned. Dirty bedding with used toothpick on sheet, food left in fridge, bloody snot on towel in bathroom, used bandaid on floor, hair all over bathroom, hole in the wall, couldn’t open the door all the way. Complained to office, was told I had to go through Expedia. Contacted Expedia and was told the managers response was “costumer didn’t cancel in time” which makes no sense. I’m frustrated that the motel wouldn’t communicate with me directly and Expedia easily excepted their response for no refund. I should not have paid for a dirty, used room.

Super dirty room, the cards were lacquered on the second day, the shower was dirty and smelly, and when we spoke to the manager he only said it was a 2-star hotel, it was the worst experience, I do not recommend it, please think before renting here,

At first you think it’s ok. However, they obviously don’t clean well. I found a USED CONDOM on my floor by my bed. The tables had glass marks on them. Bathroom floor wasn’t swept or mopped. Seriously though, a USED CONDOM though was missed! Disgusting!!!

We only stayed one night, and it was plenty. The room was outdated and not really clean (carpets stained and dirty, dust on bed frame, bathtub and sink all yellow from age, faucets and showehead had not been cleaned for a while). The continental breakfast was very small and not much choice. Also the pool was dirty and would not have gone for a swim. On a positive note the beds were confortable and staff was nice. Because of cleanliness I would not stay here again.

I wouldn’t describe the hotel as dirty, but it also wasn’t the cleanest. Our kids loved that they had free breakfast and it was conveniently located for our trip to the Grand Canyon. The only real negative was the noise from the upstairs guests. There are two floors to this hotel and it felt like the people upstairs were going to come through the floor at any moment by simply walking around.

I wouldn’t describe the hotel as dirty, but it also wasn’t the cleanest. Our kids loved that they had free breakfast and it was conveniently located for our trip to the Grand Canyon. The only real negative was the noise from the upstairs guests. There are two floors to this hotel and it felt like the people upstairs were going to come through the floor at any moment by simply walking around.

Booked this property to join family who were on vacation. Needless to say, none of my family will be staying at a BW again. This was clearly a dilapidated old motel they slapped half a coat of paint on and reopened. The pool was empty and resembled a health hazard. There were giant dead bugs in the bathroom. Wiring from lights in the bathroom directly above the shower were exposed. TVs don’t work, and when my dad asked them about it, they said they “just don’t work”. Beds were small and uncomfortable.

Not only was the front desk woman absolutely RUDE!!! She was so bothered she had to get up and bring my 3 children towels to shower for breakfast. Had the WORST attitude refilling the breakfast items for folks - just downright UNPLEASANT!!! Plus I paid for my room on Expedia and was still charged $100 for “incidentals” that DID NOT occur!!!! I want my money back!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

We stayed there 3 nights . Up early and NO BREAKFAST. Because you only serve from 7 am till 9 am. What a waste of my money there. Your cleaning lady which I never was able to meet did a good job every morning. That is all good I can say about our stay. Your front desk was lazy and very uninformed about the area. I ask the population of Williams Az and her response was “ I don’t know and I don’t care” Yes not friendly

When I got there to check in the receptionist was on the phone talking someone the phone about how to use an app. She didn't acknowledge me for 15 minutes and another 10 to actually check me in. The pool was disgusting (see pictures)The breakfast supposed to be open at 7 and people were waiting and when we left at 8 it still wasn't open. This hotel was worse than the worst motel 6 ever. Especially for the price

The check-in was impersonal and poor - had a McDonalds type screen with person from out of state to deal with ( even tho man at desk) and had to insert credit card and drivers license into machine. Printed out small receipt and room card. Card wouldn’t work and desk clerk had hard time reprogramming. Requested hard copy of bill, but said I’d have to get it from Expedia, they couldn’t provide another, No easy access to room, no luggage racks - desk person offered dirty laundry cart to get luggage to room ( although he did offer to assist) Room was very small, no closet or place to hang clothes. AC was very noisy, but worked well to cool room. On first floor, could hear people walking in room above us. Bathroom was small, tub was stained, but nice amenities. Room appeared to have been recently painted and mostly new furniture. Bed was clean and comfortable, linen looked brand new. Breakfast room very small, coffee machine was empty and pancake machine was empty. Desk guy refilled both, but stated “They don’t know how to work it” to co worker. All in all, bed was comfortable, location was good. But with all the other things, I’d pass it by.

The man who checked us in and out was utterly unprofessional and rude. He treated us like children and got genuinely angry at us, it was very rude. We were 3 minutes late to check out and he showed up at our door and pointed to his watch then proceeded to lecture about being late for check out as we were packing our bags. When we arrived, he was mad that we missed a phone call and were checking in at 12:30am (we were driving all day to get there) and was just overall not impressed from the jump. Will DEFINITELY not stay here again.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Could have had more fruit for the continental breakfast but the rest of the breakfast was good. It snowed six inches overnight and the staff allowed all of the guests to use their snow scrapers. Carpet could use some updating. Beds were comfortable and area was safe.

The fact it is out of town makes it nice and quiet. Great room and clean property. The only problem was a lack of seating for breakfast as there were limited places but breakfast itself was good. But certainly recommended.

We liked the fact we were close enough to downtown, but not in the middle of it all. The staff was very friendly and considerate. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I wish we had access to was local news. The Dish channels were merely for entertainment, and we would have liked to be more in touch with the outside world.

Breakfast consisted of cereal and pre packaged muffins. Nothing more. Everyone was nice however there are no amenities at all. Even the vending machine was cash only. For the price I do not recommend. We several moths flying around our room all night and the AC would not work at all. Our room was so hot. The AC was also so LOUD. Unless you are paying $60 a night it is not worth it.

Exactly what we expected from the hotel. Easy to find after returning from a day visit to the Grand Canyon. We missed breakfast as we had to get on the road before seven, so anyone that wants an early breakfast, you'll be out of luck. They open at seven and the area is locked until then.

Average stay, we only stayed long enough to sleep and grab breakfast. Breakfast was a little less than mediocre, but it was included so it worked. Dining area was much too small to accomodate the number of guests however.

Check in was pleasant. The man went out of his way to help me print my Grand Canyon pass. Much appreciation. Breakfast - pancakes, eggs, sausages, milk, cereal, toast, oatmeal, apple, juice, milk, coffee tea and yogurt. Room - clean, big flat TV, microwave and frig.

Avoid this place if possible! There is not an on-site person to assist with check-in, only a touch screen and an offshore rep. Multiple people had 2-night reservations and could not access their rooms due to a 'technical issue'. Room keys had stopped working altogether Even though new keys were issued by the offshore rep/onshore kiosk, the keys DID NOT WORK. It took us and our guests an HOUR to get back into our rooms after a long day of travel and sightseeing! At one point, guests were collecting all of the 'bad' keys and passing them around, trying all keys for each locked out room, on the off chance that one of them might work! There was a line-up of people with reservations, both existing and new, and very few could get into their rooms. Many were lying down in the hallways or resting in their cars during the wait. People without reservations were just walking away. The crazy thing is that while help is usually needed with hotel check in, there WAS an attendant onsite both mornings that we were there (when check-out is automatic--keys are dropped in a basket). Onsite reps are needed with check in, not check out! The onsite rep did get the juice machine and yogurt machine working again, which was good, but the breakfast was so meager an outside restaurant was needed. Along with the key nightmare, there was plenty of nighttime noise (fighting, yelling and cursing, crying kids) both nights. UGH. We couldn't wait to leave this place.
