Holiday Inn Club Vacations - Tahoe Ridge Resort

The two bedroom apartment is great. We love the activities in the lounge. Restaurant was good. We tried 5 hot tub and 3 saunas, all were broken.

Busy new years season. The hot tub at the clubhouse was broken again, There was often lack of personal for the pool area The steam room wasn’t clean and had a awful smell Other than that we had a great time this is our 3rd time staying here

Great apartments to stay at. The key issue was that the amenities weren't available like mini golf. Second, the amenities that were available were in different buildings. Its super difficult to go uphill on the road to swimming pool in the other building in the cold.

Great little getaway spot for us. More for relaxing and family time instead of doing lots of things. We enjoyed the spa and sauna. The little bistro on property is convenient for a quick bite to eat, but we had full kitchen facilities in our Villa, so we enjoyed meals made there for the majority of it. Movie night in the main lodge is great for kids. Getting to downtown was decently quick and the shuttle services offered were an added bonus. We love the spectacular views in the wintertime.

Love the pools and hiking trails. Craft activities for the kids, mini golf, movie nights, weight room, Sad that I paid over$1000 more booking. Through Expedia than my daughter-in law paid for the same room.

Lots of things around the property were not working…chairlift, sauna, spa etc…

Liked the location/proximity to Stagecoach lift. Hot tub in our building were not working, which was quite disappointing. Pretty old buildings, but IHG in process of updating. Probably won’t stay here again, as was pretty pricey, albeit was NYE pricing.

Beautiful scenic views all around the property. Great amenities like Gym, Tennis courts, Pickleball courts, Mini golf, Hot tub, convenience store. Absolutely loved our stay! I wish we had stayed longer.

A nice place to take a ski vacation, good hotel facilities. Have stayed the hotel for 4 years.

Second year staying at Ridge resort for a quick ski trip. Excellent location, right next to a ski lift. One downside: the resort is old, and some infrastructure elements don't work (e.g. sauna in our building), and some others just badly need replacement (carpeting, elevators, etc.)

When we were checked in we are not allowed to pick up our keys or our parking pass until we spoke with someone else. It turned out this was a backdoor attempt to Sell us A membership in their travel club In a fairly sleazy way After we let them know we were not interested there was still a brief talk Before we were given our keys and our parking pass There was also a call the following morning from someone Offering free lodging at another facility obviously this was an additional height. The room itself was very nice However 1 of the chairs wobbled and the kitchen was very poorly equipped There was no spatula 1 small frying pan The admissions department And The people you are forced to talk to I felt More deceitful and inappropriate and let them know so The support staff That were quick to rectify some of the issues or excellent and I felt were more than helpful in all they did.

It was not clean and i could barely get the window open for fresh air. Only one garbage can, no fan in the bathroom, and no bag in the ice bucket.

Very clean, spacious and luxurious 1bedroom has everything! Full kitchen, laundry, bathtub in master bedroom, balcony, sofa bed, and parking garage. We liked everything except a screen door that was hard to open. In order to enter the room, there were 2 doors. Very good security. Communication was on texts which was very easy on checking out. We would love to stay again.

The room was not clean especially for being a villa

Rooms are a bit outdated, bath tub/shower combo are extremely high and slippery which make them difficult to get out of even for a physically fit 30 year old. The rooms were hot with a window about 10inx5in and no A/C or venting which made for a very humid stay. Check out time is also earlier than most other hotels at 10a. Only one elevator was working for a whole building, and there was lots of trash built up in the hallways. At 300$/night, I expected a little more. All staff were generally nice and accommodating.

Rug was so dirty in the whole villa. Couches were also very dirty and stained.

Good and clean rooms. Staff was very responsive too. Overall great stay

Staff at check in was extremely helpful and informative. She went over all amenities available to us, including a shuttle to and from Stateline/Bally's. They were just as friendly and informative where we picked up our key/wristbands. Happy to arrive to an extremely clean room and very spacious. It's a bit out of the way but that's indicated in the description (12 minutes from Stateline). Problems: • Extremely hot and stuffy on arrival, no a/c. We opened all windows and was still too hot to sleep upstairs. • It's an older building, even though I was told it was the newest. Carpet is old, furniture is dated. • Bathroom showers very LOW pressure • Sofa bed was not made up (no sheets, no blankets on it) • Attempted to call Guest Services on room phone, on two separate occasions, it was always busy and we never got through. There's a longer list of extensions downstairs but there isn't a phone. Not sure why that longer list isn't available in the rooms. • Walked upstairs to the rooftop hot tub but it was extremely dirty. All in all, it was an ok stay. We chose spaciousness over proximity to Stateline. I would choose proximity next time.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, highly recommend for a large family. Very roomy, clean and the kitchen was perfect for easy meals when we didn’t feel like going out. We will be back!!

Don't be fooled by the pictures of the views. Depending on where you end up, you will have great views to horrible/no views. We had a room that opened to street with no privacy at all. Everything else is average to good.

Great but no AC was tough!

The room was amazing once we got in one that didn’t have a parking lot view. The fireplace did not work. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Nice washer and drier. Both bedrooms had bathrooms and an entry to the huge balcony. Bedrooms were nicely separated. It’s nice to be in Tahoe without all the tourists. The rooms and balcony were very private.

Room was a great size for mom, grandparents, and two small (7 and 3) kids. Nice and quiet as well.

I stayed in the Tower building on the 10th floor (room 1502). The villa was huge, and the view of the valley was spectacular. I would love to stay in the Tower building again!!!

Spacious 1 bedroom (1King bed (Tahoe) type room). We had a very comfortable stay. Great view, cozy fireplace, easy checkin/checkout. Great shuttle service to Heavenly. Overall we had a very good experience.

The front desk staff was amazing

This property was advertised as in/out ski property with lift taking you right from the property. When we visited (weekend of 2/8/25), that lift was broken and property said that shuttle will take ppl to and from ski area. That experience was awful as they only had 1 small shuttle running and it was a challenge to get from Heavinly resort back to the hotel (we had to wait almost an hour on Sunday to get onto the shuttle as it was literally a fight who can get a space faster). It was really bad…. I wrote to front desk of the property (Will, front desk supervisor) to ask for them to take out the resort fee or do something for us and they said that they could do nothing and shuttle is complimentary (which it would normally be complimentary except that they had their equipment broken - very different situation). I wouldn’t recommend a property like this especially if they don’t provide service and don’t try to ensure customers are satisfied and get what they pay for.

After a long drive waited an hour in line just to check in, front desk was understaffed. Then our neighbors in the adjoining room were loud and partied all night until 5am. We called security twice.

First never told there was no air conditioning, no maid service. No ice, bed was lopsided when lying in it. We had toilet issues and nobody answered the guest services phone, Wait more than two hours to address the problems. Guy came to fix the toilet and didn't clean up after. I felt like I got scammed by this property. Want to list these complaints to a manager and nobody would answer the phone to this day.

The road was a little long and far from the city.not really maintained well but they had a bus.the check in line was a little long and than they tried to sell a time share before you got your key

Ms. Lisa & her front desk team were awesome!! They gave us reccomendations on things to do & places to eat. She made us feel right at home. The maintenance guys were also great!! Mr. Elmer hooked us up with some portable AC's & a few bags of ice. He was professional & just like the front desk made us feel right at home. Our stay was great despite a few hiccups with local power outages etc...

Right on the mountain! Most convenient for skiing and chilling!

It was definitely cheaper than staying downtown. We were there for the Darius Rucker concert. We liked the breakfast included and the gym facility. We did not like no A/C, the pillows or the bed. The drive isn't bad to go to the casinos (you have to be prepared to pay $25-30 for parking), but I don't recommend it if you plan to drink as the road is very windy, dark and precarious. The shuttle service is helpful, but if you're out late, you are paying to get back between $30-50. The facility is spread out, so be prepared to walk around a little bit. Plenty of covered parking. This place would be ideal for winter time as it seems very cozy. There are activities for a nice family vacation. Staff were very helpful and polite. This is a time share, so be prepared for it to be offered, but they weren't pushy, which was pleasant. They understand you are there to relax.

Perfect hotel for skiing at Heavenly. Our building was walking distance to Stagecoach and had lovely views of the property.

Good location. Easy 2-minute drive to parking area for Heavenly. Lots of room for storage.

Great top of the Peaks location! Nice place to have a hotel, top of Kingsbury grade! We stayed here in the summer. But In the winter skier's couldn't do better than this location for NV side, maybe getting a little long in the tooth/showing it's age.It's ideal for Stagecoach or Boulder lodges. I've sent many winter's around this area and witnessed their outstanding and timely shuttle service (one of the best I've seen). They also have a little 2-4 seat trolley (kinda gondola looking/like) on rails. Never used it, looks cool, but also quite slow. Front staff was Great! Efficient, but also always friendly and willing to smile and laugh while helping! Can't give a review on the food at their own premise restaurant. Although we tried eating there, and although there were only 2 other groups of 2. We waited 5-10 minutes to receive some water. Then waited &waited& waited for the one guy to acknowledge or help us. It seemed that we became invisible! I really can't explain it other than the place was on its last leg. Or it was magical invisi water that made us completely disappear and invisible to him! Then in a last ditch effort to help my hunger wife get some food I popped out the words "can we order"! And in response to me asking, he said he'll get to it! Then he proceeded over to the bar area and stood at the bar waiting for some drinks for about 5+ minutes just talking and waiting. We ended up eventually just getting up and walking out. We never went back to tried again.

We loved the location and the condo.

A bit far from town!! Of note, the resort doesn’t have AC. A ceiling fan is not enough for hot summer months.

Nice location

The property was very well maintained, clean, and easy to get around as long as you don't mind the hilly environment. It's only a 5-10 minute drive into town.

There is no restaurants to speak of on the property. They are open at limited times. Coffee isn't available until almost 8 am. The store is nice but small and has limited hours during the week. The grounds are very nice and the rooms are really nice. GQ

Away from the crowds. Great spot up on the mountain. Great views, Great staff. good gym to work out n. Had lunch there and both salads were good size and fresh.

Pro: great location, huge rooms and full kitchen, great view. Cons: have to use a shuttle to/from ski lift(skier express doesn’t work), no good restaurants around, some rooms can be cold, no pets, sauna needs to be turned on an hour before you want to use it. Overall hotel is a little tired :)

Lied about amenities, no ac room over 85 degrees dirty inside, no breakfast told at check in, long long check in…. Very inconvenient hours and terrible building set up to get to the one restaurant with way too many guests…. Horrible experience and will never go back.

Our room was small. We were told our room would have a full kitchen but we only got a microwave and small fridge. Tried to get another room due to my husband has dietary issues and they were unable to accommodate us. Also, check in took a long time given there was only one person at the front desk. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we no view and the room adjacent to us had loud kids. Overall, I would rate the hotel a 3 star. Facilities do have tennis and pickleball courts, and lots to do if you have kids. Restaurant was good!
