Regal Oaks/3 Miles to Disney/Waterslides/Old Town

Loved it all! Amazing pool and tiki bar and restaurant. Very clean, fun watching the deer out our back door and 2 minute walk to the heated pool. Old Town was a bonus to walk to for entertainment.

Was not happy that we could never get in the gate with the code we were given .. always had to stop and got hassled by the gate guard bc our code was wrong. Probably will not be back.

It was an exceptional stay and will surely comeback again.

This was a clean condo with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms for our group of 7 adults. It was close to Disney and restaurants. All around great.

Tried hard to work things out w/ Alex (property mgr) msging him along the way. Little was done to solve problems. So many choices in Orlando - choose somewhere else!! MAJOR ISSUES: -AC stopped working last day we were there. Msged Alex, told someone would look at it the next day (checkout day). Temp in house was 83 degrees & no ceiling fans in bedrooms, except master. -Dishwasher detergent door didn’t open. This means dishes upon arrival weren’t properly cleaned (previous pod was there, fully in tact). Had to run dishwasher w/ detergent door open to ensure pod was used. -Washing machine doesn’t properly fill w/ water. The load was wet, but stinky, when cycle ended (park/workout clothes). The laundry pod was stuck to my son’s expensive running shorts because there wasn’t enough water to dissolve the pod. We had to take home wet clothes & rewash at home. -Ant infestation. Found niece watching them on kitchen floor 2nd day. We found a vacuum to use but still felt we had to put all food in fridge to avoid ants. -Outlet (only one) in master bath didn’t function. Repair request sent but nothing was done & it didn’t work for the remainder of the stay. -Parties, loud music and screaming outside past 2 a.m. ANNOYING ISSUES: -Dirty (1/4 inch dust on kitchen light, master comforter filled with pet hair, etc) -NONE of the TVs functioned & wasn’t fixed upon request -Kitchen not stocked to actually cook (no cutting board, colander, etc) -Many furnishings in disrepair
