We had an incredible time at Chelsi & Marc’s Coastal Scandinavian Retreat! The house is gorgeous—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces felt like our own private oasis.We did run into a small issue with the front door lock, but Chelsi and Marc were so responsive and helpful. They guided us through troubleshooting, offered backup options, and followed up to make sure everything was working smoothly. Their communication and support made us feel completely taken care of.The only thing we’d mention for future guests is that the kitchen could use a bit more storage space if you plan to stock up on groceries—but it wasn’t a big deal for us.We’d definitely come back again—not just for the beautiful home, but for the amazing hospitality!

We overly enjoyed our stay at Chelsi and Marc-Andre’s gorgeous home! The backyard was over the top anazing with palms that truly made it seem very private! The pool was nice and big with an ideal temp! The inside was super clean with stylish decor! We would definitely stay here again, and will forever cherish the memories we made here!

This beautiful home had everything we needed: a high chair, pack and play, pool floaties, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and gorgeous back yard pool and hot tub! We felt welcomed by the managers. It was like staying at a relative’s home. We especially enjoyed the outside grill and TV by the pool.

This beautiful home made our week one of the best of our lives! Enjoying vacation with our three adult children and their spouses, including our adorable grand-daughter in a gorgeous, welcoming, clean and perfect home was a dream. The pool table provided great evening entertainment. The hot tub and pool were a huge bonus. The special details provided did not go unnoticed-the little wooden stool in the main floor bathroom, the beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, wagon, kitchen spice drawer, step along the interior lip of the pool, fire pit, outdoor t.v., grill, outdoor table and chairs, cleaning products/soaps/shampoos/laundry pods, soft shelving in the closets, beach towels etc.! WOW. I could go on and on with all the special touches. And CLEAN! Every nook and cranny. The backyard landscape is gorgeous. It created such a wonderful aura of beauty and privacy. It was hard to leave. Best of all, the hosts went above and beyond in making sure all was well, right down to mailing home my beloved forgotten swimsuit. They found it, packaged it up, insured it and didn't seek reimbursement. Their kindness and generosity was overwhelming to me. Thank you Chelsi and Marc-Andre

This place was amazing. The best stocked so far in my opinion. We usually travel with kids but this was an adult only trip. Great location close to everything in cocoa beach. Grocery store about 2 minutes away.Close to mini golf, escape rooms, Ron jon surf shop, shops, etc. No beach front but relatively short walk, would still drive if you have kids because you need to cross a busy street. Pool, hot tub, grill, all really well taken care off. Grill was the cleanest ive ever seen of any property. Nice pool table which can convert to table tennis easily. This entertainment area is in the garage which has its own AC. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and kids sand toys provided in a storage in the backyard. Coolers for the beach provided. Overall beautifully remodeled, great landscaping in the backyard with nice table to have some meals al fresco. Only weird vibe is all the “no more vrbo/air b and b” signs in the houses front yards in the neighborhood. Im guessing theyve had some noisy guests or something so try to be a good guest so they can keep renting this awesome place.

This was our second year in Cocoa Beach, and this home exceeded all expectations. It was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, thoughtfully organized, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The layout was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for both relaxing and gathering together.The backyard was an absolute gem, with an awesome pool, a hot tub, and a lovely grassy area that was perfect for the kids to play. Every detail of the home felt carefully considered, creating a truly welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.We had four adults and four kids in our group, and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made unforgettable memories and are already looking forward to coming back!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this home. The home was immaculately clean and the exterior patio and pool pristine. My questions were answered by the owners timely and the recommendations of restaurants and attractions were greatly appreciated. There were 6 of us in our group and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy quiet time. The pool table was a hit with the guys and not have to worry about beach gear was a plus. We look forward to retruning again next year.

We spent a week here over New Year, 5 adults, 3 children. Very nicely furnished house, impeccably clean, with many well thought-out details, for example an acoustic signal sounds when a child opens the garden door. Great heated pool. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. We give it our highest recommandation.

We did a family trip to Cocoa Beach and this was the perfect spot to stay. The home was beautiful and hosts were so responsive and helpful. The outdoor space was amazing to hang out with the covered patio if it rained and the pool was great too. It was a short walk to the beach and the ice cream shop was a hit too. We would definitely come back again!

We had to change our family vacation location. We were booked at a house in Fort Myers Beach. After the hurricane we had to change and picked Cocoa Beach. The house gorgeous and clean. The outdoor area was my favorite heated pool and a hot tub. The beach was close enough to walk to. I would highly recommend this place and would rent again.

This home is exactly as the pictures show. The home is immaculate, the backyard is truly your own private resort. The owners are very easy to contact if you need them. ( we didn’t have any reason to the place is perfect). You can walk to the beach & the ice cream shop in minutes. They have thought of everything you could possibly need. Just show up.

From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed the space was—it felt both luxurious and welcoming.The property was absolutely spotless and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. This property is amazing! We are sure that you will not find another with this high level. Everything is absolutely clean, the house is furnished with love. The backyard is a dream and the pool is beautiful with absolutely clear water. Our landlords were always available and answered quickly. Thanks to this accommodation, our holiday became a dream. Beautiful place. Very comfortable and quiet. Everything was so nice, and the property is very well-maintained. The backyard is amazing. We found it difficult to want to do anything other than just lounge around and unwind. Wonderful place to visit if you’re looking to get away. Hosts are very responsive. 10 out of 10!

My family and I decided to spend Christmas in florida this year. My wife was a litte concerned that it may not seem like Christmas without a tree and a few decorations. Not to worry as soon as we opened the door to this beautiful home we noticed a wonderful decorated Christmas tree in the corner and we knew right away we made the right decision. The house was decorated beautifully throughout. Everything you need to start your vaction is there .The beds were amazingly comfortable and the house eaily slept all 7 of us. There is pool/ping pong table and bags to play. There are also some chairs and beach stuff that you can use while there. The Back yard is exactly as described. It is the perfect setting for a family get together, with heated pool, hot tub, covered patio and nice gas grill you could really just stay there and have a great vacation! But if you decide to venture out, everything you need is within minutes. Beach is an easy walk or bike ride, there are grocery stores within a couple minutes driving (publix,Winn Dixie) and there are quite a few restaurants right there as well. The host Marc and Chelsi respond quickly with any questions or concerns you may have. Overall I would give this Resort 10 stars and can't wait to return. Thanks again

The house was decorated beautifully throughout. Everything you need to start your vaction is there .The beds were amazingly comfortable and the house eaily slept all 7 of us. There is pool/ping pong table and bags to play. There are also some chairs and beach stuff that you can use while there. The Back yard is exactly as described. It is the perfect setting for a family get together, with heated pool, hot tub, covered patio and nice gas grill you could really just stay there and have a great vacation! But if you decide to venture out, everything you need is within minutes. Beach is an easy walk or bike ride, there are grocery stores within a couple minutes driving (publix,Winn Dixie) and there are quite a few restaurants right there as well. The host Marc and Chelsi respond quickly with any questions or concerns you may have. Overall I would give this Resort 10 stars and can't wait to return. Thanks again

They guided us through troubleshooting, offered backup options, and followed up to make sure everything was working smoothly. The house is perfect for a large family. The decor and layout of this house were carefully thought out. The outdoor courtyard is incredible and allowed us to enjoy our days outdoors with all the amenities. The cleanliness of the entire house and yard is impeccable; we felt like arriving in a New home. This was our second year in Cocoa Beach, and this home exceeded all expectations. It was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, thoughtfully organized, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were two families with three kids 5 and under. There was plenty of space for two families with kids, good bed space and dining options between the two tables that seat 6 each. The property was in superb condition. Amenities were awesome and useful - the beach cart is necessary! Hosts were great. The pool and hot tub were well worth it. Would stay again!

Beautiful place. Very comfortable and quiet. Everything was so nice, and the property is very well-maintained. The backyard is amazing. We found it difficult to want to do anything other than just lounge around and unwind. Wonderful place to visit if you’re looking to get away. Hosts are very responsive. 10 out of 10!

Home was beautiful! Host communication was excellent. We had a mechanical issue with our truck on a Sunday and the host jumped in and tried to help us find a repair location! Neighbors came out to see if they could help as well! All the little extras amenities were wonderful! Overall big and small everything was excellent!

We loved the house so much, our family didn’t want to leave. The backyard is even better in person so that was a nice surprise. Location was amazing since we usually go to Lori Wilson park anyway, and it’s a short walk especially when their lot fills up. Owner overnighted a pizza cutter for us too. First class!

Thanks to Chelsi and Marc for a truly lovely stay in their fabulous house. Nothing was too much trouble and they even delivered cushions for the sun loungers when we mentioned there weren’t any - that’s what I call first class service!!

This property is exceptionally clean and well appointed. Our hosts had thought of everything! Games for the children, even a transfer board for our handicapped family member. This facility is truly wheelchair assessable. When a baby possum decided to swim in the swimming pool, our host quickly came and retrieved the possum and cleaned the pool and we were swimming again later that day.

We did a family trip to Cocoa Beach and this was the perfect spot to stay. The home was beautiful and hosts were so responsive and helpful. The outdoor space was amazing to hang out with the covered patio if it rained and the pool was great too. It was a short walk to the beach and the ice cream shop was a hit too. We would definitely come back again!

Our vacation to Cocoa Beach was perfect. The house was beyond our expectations- every detail was thought of. The backyard was an oasis where most of our time was spent- Pool, hot tub, cards at outdoor table. It was a short walk to the beach, ice cream at the end of the road, shopping and restaurants close by. Thanks to Marc and Chelsi for hosting our family!

We had to change our family vacation location. We were booked at a house in Fort Myers Beach. After the hurricane we had to change and picked Cocoa Beach. The house gorgeous and clean. The outdoor area was my favorite heated pool and a hot tub. The beach was close enough to walk to. I would highly recommend this place and would rent again.

The home is spotless and stocked with everything that you need from beach towels to toys for the pool. Beautiful area with an ice cream shop at the end of the road. Pool was very nice along with the hot tub. Beach is at the end of the road, make sure you take the bikes and the chairs. You will not find a better place to stay in Cocoa Beach, look forward to coming back!

This place was amazing. The best stocked so far in my opinion. We usually travel with kids but this was an adult only trip. Great location close to everything in cocoa beach. Grocery store about 2 minutes away.Close to mini golf, escape rooms, Ron jon surf shop, shops, etc. No beach front but relatively short walk, would still drive if you have kids because you need to cross a busy street. Pool, hot tub, grill, all really well taken care off. Grill was the cleanest ive ever seen of any property. Nice pool table which can convert to table tennis easily. This entertainment area is in the garage which has its own AC. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and kids sand toys provided in a storage in the backyard. Coolers for the beach provided. Overall beautifully remodeled, great landscaping in the backyard with nice table to have some meals al fresco. Only weird vibe is all the “no more vrbo/air b and b” signs in the houses front yards in the neighborhood. Im guessing theyve had some noisy guests or something so try to be a good guest so they can keep renting this awesome place.

Very nicely furnished house, impeccably clean, with many well thought-out details, for example an acoustic signal sounds when a child opens the garden door. Great heated pool. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. We give it our highest recommandation.

We did a family trip to Cocoa Beach and this was the perfect spot to stay. The home was beautiful and hosts were so responsive and helpful. The outdoor space was amazing to hang out with the covered patio if it rained and the pool was great too. It was a short walk to the beach and the ice cream shop was a hit too. We would definitely come back again!

Check in was seamless. The home was very clean and I tend towards being a little fussy about that. There were two washer/dryers which was great for keeping up with beach towels and laundry for six (one being an 11 month old who produced more laundry than the adults). There were some Tide Pods provided but we brought some detergent with us. It was great having a complete kitchen as we prepared all our meals there and the outdoor table and grilling area were well used. We were able to watch the Artemis Space Launch on the outdoor TV and simultaneously see it from the patio. It was a highlight. The bedrooms and accommodations were aesthetically pleasing and comfortable; especially the two master suites. The baby also had everything she needed for the pool (baby float, umbrella) and pack and play and high chair.We really enjoyed using the pool and sun loungers. The beach is walking distance away but with a baby the pool was more do-able. I have no negatives to leave here only maybe a suggestion to leave more kitchen towels (not paper) and maybe some swiffer wet pads and windex to be able to clean up in the kitchen better. But as I said, I’m a little OCD about that sort of thing. Perhaps I should try harder to relax about that

My family and I travel to Florida every year and stay in different areas (Cape Coral, Orlando, Melbourne, Boca) and this house was by far the best! Clean, comfortable, beautiful. The pool was perfect and the jacuzzi was an added bonus for late at night. Wood was supplied for the fire pit area so one night we roasted marshmallows. The beach was also nearby which was great. Absolutely recommend this place - 5 stars!

Highly recommend! This home provided more amenities than any other home my family has rented. Beautifully decorated and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Centrally located. Owners were very responsive to one concern that we had.

Home was beautiful! Host communication was excellent. We had a mechanical issue with our truck on a Sunday and the host jumped in and tried to help us find a repair location! Neighbors came out to see if they could help as well! All the little extras amenities were wonderful! Overall big and small everything was excellent!
