Check in easy. Very nice young man at the desk. Offered suggestions for dinner. Room was cozy and comfortable. Love the treat at The Deep End.

I don’t usually spend time to review hotels but our stay was so poor It needed a review. 1. When I checked in we were 45 mins early for check in. room wasn’t ready yet. I asked if we could wait in the common area. the man at the check in desk told me that they reserve that space for hotel guests who have checked in. Unbelievably unwelcoming since I was trying to check in and only 45 min early for check in! 2. The room was dusty in the corners and filthy under the bed(bottles and trash) 3. The window in room (which we couldn’t see out of because the glass was so poor and dirty) had a lock on it, but unfortunately, lock didn’t work. the window was unable to be safely secured. we were on the ground floor, which made us feel incredibly unsafe. 4. There was a strange giant square thing on the wall in the bathroom, which was plugged in w/a cord dangling. We thought it was a heater, but it did not appear to work, even after we had turned it on for a few mins. There were patch marks where it looks like it had been installed previously/then reinstalled. fairly odd that this didn’t have directions or an explanation as to what it was. 5. The mini split in the room for AC had an extremely bright indicator light on it so that when the AC was turned on the light was so bright it glowed in the room enough for one to read in the middle of the night. we had to turn it off to try to sleep. 6. there was a neon sign outside our room which glowed thru an interior window and kept us up all night!

This hotel is right in the center of Saratoga Springs and was in easy walking distance of all the bars, restaurants, and shops on Broadway and in the areas around. The rooms are pretty basic with just a bedroom and a bathroom, but ours was very clean and quiet for our entire stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Saratoga!

This is a property right in town. We have stayed here several times, but I think this will be our last visit. Although the staff seems welcoming when you first arrive, we found that arriving early in the day and letting them know that we were in town, didn’t not facilitate getting into the room before check-in time at 4 o’clock. We checked back several times and they informed us that no rooms were ready finally at 3:15 we checked again even though we had asked them to please call or text us when the room was ready they let us know that. Yep indeed the room was ready. This is as I said a nice facility and is right in town. Unfortunately, the parking lot is not really large enough when the end is full and two nights we had to park in a parking garage a bit of a walk from the hotel. Having said all of this hotel is clean and well maintained of course it is right in town and you can walk to everything.

The hotel does not have sufficient parking for travelers. You are told to parking in a parking garage behind the building that is posted as 3 hour parking. I was told that I would “probably not have a problem” by staff members. This was not reassuring, and I remained concerned about this throughout my stay. I told staff that the toilet was not working properly. The issue was not addressed during my stay. Additionally, housekeeping never came in even though I was out all day and left the sign out for housekeeping. There is no elevator so I would not recommend bringing much luggage if you stay here. The stairs are hard to navigate with suitcases. It is very inconvenient to stay here if you are on the 2nd floor. The bed was comfortable and I slept okay. I would not choose this motel again when I travel to Saratoga.
