This hotel is right in the center of Saratoga Springs and was in easy walking distance of all the bars, restaurants, and shops on Broadway and in the areas around. The rooms are pretty basic with just a bedroom and a bathroom, but ours was very clean and quiet for our entire stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Saratoga!

This is a property right in town. We have stayed here several times, but I think this will be our last visit. Although the staff seems welcoming when you first arrive, we found that arriving early in the day and letting them know that we were in town, didn’t not facilitate getting into the room before check-in time at 4 o’clock. We checked back several times and they informed us that no rooms were ready finally at 3:15 we checked again even though we had asked them to please call or text us when the room was ready they let us know that. Yep indeed the room was ready. This is as I said a nice facility and is right in town. Unfortunately, the parking lot is not really large enough when the end is full and two nights we had to park in a parking garage a bit of a walk from the hotel. Having said all of this hotel is clean and well maintained of course it is right in town and you can walk to everything.

The hotel does not have sufficient parking for travelers. You are told to parking in a parking garage behind the building that is posted as 3 hour parking. I was told that I would “probably not have a problem” by staff members. This was not reassuring, and I remained concerned about this throughout my stay. I told staff that the toilet was not working properly. The issue was not addressed during my stay. Additionally, housekeeping never came in even though I was out all day and left the sign out for housekeeping. There is no elevator so I would not recommend bringing much luggage if you stay here. The stairs are hard to navigate with suitcases. It is very inconvenient to stay here if you are on the 2nd floor. The bed was comfortable and I slept okay. I would not choose this motel again when I travel to Saratoga.

Everything was fine. My only concern is that they have 2 handicap spots and both had cars without tags and I saw a desk clerk leave and she got into one of these cars. Also, the maid parked next to the handicap spot where she should not have parked because it was van accessible (not so much with the maid parked on the lines). I saw her arrive. I was told to use the garage for extra handicap parking. How about the employees use the garage and not spots that should be reserved for guests. They can do better.
