Clean, fun atmosphere and great location! Convenient parking and large lobby with a bar!!

It was a modern, hip hotel. Very nice. They allowed me to check into my room early, which was great! Was not really given details on bar hours, or breakfast details so we played it by ear. Other than the bar, a nice place to stay Cut132 located inside the hotel was an excellent place to eat or just have a cocktail. The bar in the hotel, the bartender was absolutely rude and had no customer service skills. Bar hours, as we found out was 5-10. I was sitting at the bar at 4:55 and the bartender never said a word to me. Just looked at me as I sat there. She did mumble something under her breath but we just left to go somewhere else. When we came back to the hotel one night we sat at the bar to have a drink and bartender said rudely, we are closed. That was our last visit to that bar. It shouldn’t be advertised, it isn’t really anything big.

Only stayed here because they have a bar and we wouldnt have to find a ride if we went out for drinks, however the bar was closed the entire day, feel like i should have gotten some kind of discount. The cost to stay at this place is not worth it at all.

We loved our stay. We enjoyed all the things in walking distance. The hotel was beautiful and my husband enjoyed the pool table. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel. The staff was kind and efficient. The location was near great food and shopping. Parking was easy. Pool was small and there wasn’t a hot tub but that would be the only downside..,

What an awesome, fun looking hotel. The bar was well stocked and it is very modern. Super clean inside and out. Free parking in the parking garage. Great location. My only recommendations for the property is that the lobby seemed hard to find. The entrance is behind the building. You can get to it easily from the front as well, but it wasnt marked. It looked like the entrance to a private bar. Nope that was the hotel bar and the check in is next to it in the corner. Other than that, the place is great!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of area dining and shopping . Lounge lobby has many activities pool table , board games and nice bar area . Fire pit and seating in outside area. Nice steakhouse on site . Handicapped room was roomy well maintained had a beautiful view . Was a Excellent Stay

This hotel was nice! Will return - Conveniently located and walkable. The onsite restaurant was very good (and pricey). Our room was quiet and clean. We didn’t have much interaction with staff aside from trying to figure out where the hotel parking was. Pool was clean and not at all crowded - they didn’t have towels when we went but I think it’s because they hadn’t replaced them because there was a cabinet for them.

Conveniently located at the Shops at Easton. Plenty of free parking. Lots of restaurants and shopping options. Hotel staff were friendly and professional.

Funky loft space hotel in the middle of an affluent upscale shopping center district. This store is directly across the street from Macy's and a short walk from all sorts of great restaurants and shopping. The hotel restaurant is an upscale steakhouse which delivers as expected. The bar downstairs is reasonable.

I didn’t have a problem with anything other than the cleanliness of the room.

We were first sent to a dirty room (literally beds unmade), then told a room wasn’t ready, then came back after dinner to a room that was 80 degrees before finally getting a room. The desk worker never apologized or said sorry in any way. She did come to check to make sure our final room worked but still didn’t actually apologize. There were stains on the lobby carpet and it was clear the hallways to the rooms were not vacuumed. While the location was good, I would choose another hotel in the location going forward.

We felt safe and comfortable, but the cleanliness was an issue. Our towels were dirty and we had to request clean ones, but it was a challenge to reach staff. Additionally, only half of the outlets in our room seemed to work, despite having turned on the master switch.

The staff was very kind and helpful but the room was not clean. The floor had not been swept or mopped. The shower had not been cleaned. It was nice because it was newer and modern but it was not clean.

Each staff member we encountered was very welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in was dirty and smelly - the floors were sticky and the room smelled like body odor masked with grapefruit body spray… unsure but it was gross. When we returned to the room after dinner, we had about 5 flies that we killed. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from but we left early the next day so it wasn’t worth moving over. I’ve stayed here before without major issue so I think it might have just been this room. The front lobby was dirty but also busy so I’m sure it was just hard to keep up with. The staff was very friendly and it appeared as if someone was always cleaning so I’d imagine it was just a busy weekend.

The stay was outstanding. The room was immaculate. The only problem I saw is there were some stains on the sheets. They probably should have thrown those away or clean it better but my overall stay and experience was great.

Room was spotless , loved the decor. Super easy check in. My only issue is it was a little loud, I think the door could use some sound proofing.

Hairs all over the shower and bathroom floor. Bed was never changed from the previous stay. charged twice because I paid in full through hotels.com. I was told that it was up to me to fix this problem by the staff - they were very far removed... even though they knew I paid in full, they charged me anyway. Only helpful person was a younger lady working early afternoon on July 2nd - I didnt get her name but she was amazing. Every other staff member was terrible and did not seem like they even wanted to to be there... let alone, help me. I travel very often and have never had to changed my rooms. The fact that the room I was in was so dirty, but you couldn't tell until you really examined it, was a certain guarantee that i will NEVER stay there again. It's not only gross, but given this high virus threat we live in, it is also dangerous to not properly clean/inspect rooms after a stay. Sad I wasted my money and points. That hotel was recommended to me, but it needs to be quarantined and deep cleaned. I also recommend proper customer service training... and new housekeeping!

Lobby bathroom was dirty, soap dispenser not working, trash everywhere, and completely out of toilet paper. Walls in hallways were scratched and banged up from cleaning carts, could easily be avoided if workers were more mindful. Trash cans outside the property were overflowing. Not the greatest first impression. Would be a great place with a little more attention to detail. Staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Had to switch hotels due to the intense noise from the bar across the street late at night. It sounded like Mardi Gras outside our window.

Room was super loud and we didn’t sleep at all the first night, staff was kind and moved us to another room. The hotel is cute, but do not stay in a room facing pinball mechanics, they blare music til after midnight and the window wall is like paper. If you can get a room facing the parking garage it’s quiet and a nice place to stay

Very centrally located. Stayed one night and was very comfortable and happy. Area seems super safe. Only thing was that the walk in shower (with a clear door!) was not separated from the rest of the room with a door (just a wall) so it’s something to consider! I was traveling with my daughter and we just took turns in the bathroom.

Check in was 3:00, we got there after 3:00 and waited 25 minutes for our room. The bathroom door is weird, slides but you can see in and out from a huge gap.

The beds are super soft, no firmness whatsoever. Need a middle ground mattress to cover everyone's preferences. also the water pressure in the shower was horrific. I have long hair and it took me forever to get the shampoo and conditioner out. It also took over 10 minutes to get warm. otherwise, really clean, and fun environment

Aloft was a beautiful and up to date hotel. The room was decorated very nicely and the stay was amazing.

The hotel was nice, good location to enjoy Easton but the bathroom! There is no door for the shower area! And just a thin sliding door for the toilet. I was with my husband so it wasn’t that big of a deal but if I was with my kids, or a friend it would be very uncomfortable.

Shower could have been cleaner. Hotel had a fish smell. Walls are paper thin. Heard everything my neighbors did and I didn’t need to hear it. If you want a good nights rest this place ain’t it.

A bar across the street has outdoor speakers playing loud music until at least midnight. Hotel windows do not prevent sound from entering room.

The staff were very professional and helpful. This hotel is upscale and friendly. The rooms are chic, beautiful and clean! Another great stay at an Aloft hotel ❤️🥱😴

I’ll start this review by saying we’ve stayed here 2 other times with this being the third time we’ve stayed with Aloft. This time was different, upon check in there were multiple party bus drop offs being made, not an issue, however it quickly became over run with the smell of marijuana. Even with marijuana being legal in Ohio it’s still no smoking inside the hotels which didn’t seem to be enforced throughout the stay. After going to dinner and the nights events our party decided it was time for bed around 11:30-11:50. Upon going to bed they were woken up at 12:30 to what sounded like a fight in the hallway. Another bus had dropped off some drunk and rowdy guests and they were causing a large disturbance in the hallway. They were throwing trash cans down the hallway and against guest doors, banging on guest doors, running/fighting, and smoking marijuana in the hallway which was thus smelling up the rooms near by. The front desk was made aware multiple times of what was going on and chose to do nothing to help the situation. Guests ended up calling the local police to help with the situation. Some of our guests packed up and left at 4am to drive home to be safe and not deal with what was going on. To be clear there is nothing wrong with guests having fun and wanting to celebrate, however the hotel hallways and stairways aren’t the place to do that when guests who want to sleep in a clean safe room cannot do so. Liked this hotel however this was our third and final stay.

The problem was that our room wasn't ready at 5:00 when we arrived on Saturday. We were in town for a concert so that put us behind and we missed one of the bands we were there to see. We were offered a complimentary drink that we didn't get because there wasn't a bartender around. We reserved a double queen room (myself, my wife and my daughter were traveling together), got back from the concert at 12:30 and they gave away our double queen so the (3) of us slept in a queen bed which was not ideal. We got into our room at 12:30 AM to find we only had (1) towel. We did get a complimentary breakfast on Sunday AM. We were able to change rooms on Sunday which was better. I asked for a complimentary room for Saturday night to be told I have to call back today and talk to the accounting department. The staff that was there was very good and as helpful as they could be but they are grossly understaffed in my opinion and I would NOT recommend staying there.

My only complaint is that I received an email from Expedia that afternoon saying that Aloft couldn’t honour our reservation. Thankfully after waiting in line at the check out they did honour it. The check in process was unorganized. Long line and many rooms weren’t ready at check in time. Thankfully our room was ready after a 7 hour drive and an event to attend later that afternoon. Otherwise a lovely property and would stay there again .

When I arrived my card was charged, as I expected for the full payment. My acct reflected the payment and the staff advised it was declined. While on the phone with my bank, my bank explained the hotel ran my card 3 more times while we were on the phone. When I asked the staff they denied this. The manager and the staff weren’t very helpful and it was scary because I thought I wasn’t going to have anywhere to stay. Only after my persistence, they called corporate who was able to see the transaction was successful. When I checked out the same staff went to check me out he requested payment again! I then explained the situation, even though he was present. He provided a receipt and upon leaving my bank notified me the hotel attempted to run my run my card after checking twice.

The hotel was amazing I loved the location the area is very walkable and safe

Staff support was lacking after we woke up to leave the hotel and around 10 cars had their windows busted out overnight including ours. Staff was not very empathetic.

This hotel was modern and clean and fun. The only drawback was the lack of quiet. We could hear everything outside and since Pins Mechanical was across the street, it was noisy. We could hear our neighbors use their water, but otherwise we could not hear the voices of our neighbors.

Great location!

I love Easton- however when I pulled up to this hotel the maintenance was cleaning up glass from about a dozen cars who were broken into the night before. Apparently, this is a regular thing there that made me nervous. Otherwise, perfectly fine hotel, well-equipped gym, good accommodation, etc.

Clean, safe, quiet, free parking, and Easton at your fingertips. Vast lobby to work in or socialize. Will stay again.

Very nice hotel in a great area, close to the airport, many restaurants, stores and pubs. Highly recommend Aloft for short stays in Columbus.

One staff told me they would arrange a cb for me but the next day the other staff said call yourself and was very rude. Breakfast not worth the price.

The location was great! The hotel is situated in a prime area, hence booking it. I also like the amenities they offerd. Pool, Bar, Breakfast. The pool is very small ans could use updating, cushions on chairs stained. The bar service was terrible. 2 bartenders too busy socializing to wait on you a timely manner. The Breakfast really was the worst. I ordered the berries with french toast sticks and mint leaves, my Breakfast was handed to me in A red solo cup, yep red solo cup. No strawberries, no mint leaves just plain bad! Definitely this hotel is not worth double if all the surrounding ones!

The Aloft in Easton was a great stay. There are several restaurants / bars around with a couple of entertainment options as well. The hotel was very clean and kept. Check in was easy, the staff were good, and the view from the room was awesome. Loved the big windows in the King room and the large shower. Would definitely stay again. Also highly recommend Forbidden Root for a smash burger and craft beer.

Loved the hotel. Disappointed in regard to the breakfast area. Very few options and process to order was very slow. Room was great.

Very good experience very clean rooms and very quiet. Check in was a breeze breakfast was quite expensive for two sandwiches $18.00 wow McDonalds would be my go to next time but overall it was a good experience.

Nothing fancy here, but the basics are all available. Staff is quite happy and easy to request special attention. Bartender in the evening is fabulous. Love the walkable distance to shopping.
