I highly recommend this hotel because staff are excellent, breakfast selection was great and food was delicious. It has its own laundromat for a minimal fee. They texted me and asked if I needed anything, and so I did. They responded right away.

Check in was fine. Room was clean. Air conditioner extremely noisy. It had a constant loud humbling and rattling. The shower head sprayed water just about everywhere but down. They put the head on an arm the is so high I could barely reach it to see if I could change the setting. I am 5’11”. Went to get I and both machines were broken. Check out was ok. The guy who was there mumbled and I couldn’t understand him. Thank god I pre-paid. I visit Saint Petersburg frequently, I am going to be looking for a different hotel for the future.

Hotel was dirty! Sink plugged for our 2 night stay. Room dirty. Dust on coffee maker, phone etc. Terrible odor of some kind of spray used in rooms. Gave me a headache! Supplied 2 towels when requested room to be made up. Fire alarm at 5:30 AM when apparently problem with a microwave? Would never stay here if possible. Only stayed as visiting our Grandsons in the area.

The staff was helpful, especially the ladies handling breakfast. They were great. My issue is that the hallways by the rooms smelled so bad like they need a good shampoo. Everything is so modern and clean but when you get to the hallway the smell of dust punches you in the face.

Overall, the exterior looked really nice and the interior decor was cute, but I just felt the cleanliness was disappointing. None of our trash cans in the bathroom or the room were lined with trash bags. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom counter, on the floor of the bathroom, on the floor near the shower and in the shower.

The lobby was clean and spacious. Front desk staff checked me in quickly and gave me all essential information. My room was clean and the king bed was great. I loved the bathroom design, modern and spotless. I did have a door slammer next to my room but it stopped after dark.

The staff was very courteous and helpful! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Minor issues: - We had three rooms over the course of five nights. In each case the door to room did not fully close without applying pressure. - Our room had a tub/shower combo. There was no non-slip application in the tub, which made showering a slippery adventure.

The beds are extremely comfortable, the towels are soft, thick and perfectly laundered. Hot water was readily available. The staff was attentive to our needs and very hospitable, especially Victoria the Front Desk Manager. Have stayed at this hotel twice. Overall the staff, room, location and amenities were very nice. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the wonky HVAC system. Even though there was a wall thermostat, the unit under the window had to be manually adjusted as well. Not sure why this would be. Otherwise, 5 stars.

It was a perfect stay! “Special K” was the first person we met at the front desk and treated us like old special friends. The room was very nice, the bathtub was a little slick to stand in, but standing on a towel solved the problem. Breakfast was very good, we highly recommend!

This was a last minute decision and I’m so grateful I picked this Hampton Inn. It is so clean, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and my room was beautiful. It looks like a brand new place. Quiet and very safe. The breakfast was ok but the room and area was so clean. My check out experience was so nice and the gentleman was dressed up for Halloween. He was adorable and told me to “have a blessed day”. Such a nice gesture from a stranger. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were in town for the blues fest.It was a 15 minute drive.The hotel was clean.Staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was comfortable, had an issue with the air conditioner but it was resolved immediately. The breakfast was nice & stocked well without running out.Plenty of restaurants around.I would stay here again.

This Hampton Inn has an unusual location, oddly accessed along a busy road, and located between another hotel, old trailer parks, and a landscaping company building, but it provides good customer front desk service, a good breakfast bar experience, and surprising quiet.

We were in town for the blues fest.It was a 15 minute drive.The hotel was clean.Staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was comfortable, had an issue with the air conditioner but it was resolved immediately. The breakfast was nice & stocked well without running out.Plenty of restaurants around.I would stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel because staff are excellent, breakfast selection was great and food was delicious. It has its own laundromat for a minimal fee. They texted me and asked if I needed anything, and so I did. They responded right away.

Clean inside and out. Staff was very courteous and responsive, including the replacement of an underperforming A/C unit. The breakfast, which was included, was not good except for the waffles that are a hotel staple. They were skimpy with towels, two of each per day. Overall, it was a very good experience, but did not match up to the daily rate.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Breakfast was great as well as the staff that prepared it.

It was a perfect stay! “Special K” was the first person we met at the front desk and treated us like old special friends. The room was very nice, the bathtub was a little slick to stand in, but standing on a towel solved the problem. Breakfast was very good, we highly recommend!

The staff are very pleasant and understanding. The only concern I have is the blinds in our room. It’s not fully covered the window. It seems the measurements were not correct and the window was not covered enough for privacy. The housekeeper I don’t know her name. Was a little bit not understanding. Any how everything went well after I told her what I needed. She even said omg.

The staff are friendly . Lots of parking . Breakfast is on time . Good selection. Elevator needs daily cleaning .Security is good as they closed the entry door by 10 pm . Windows blinds needs to complement the color of the room .

The staff was outstanding, and the location and amenities were great for our short stay. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of our room when we checked in. At first glance everything seemed fine, but later we noticed several areas that had clearly been overlooked. The bathroom mirror had dried toothpaste splatter running down it, the sink shelf had visible rings and residue from a previous guest's items, the shower glass had noticeable hard water buildup, and one of the nightstands had a sticky, hardened spill on the surface. Fortunately, Jonathan from housekeeping went above and beyond the next morning. Even though the room wasn't assigned to him, he took care of everything promptly and professionally. We didn't notice the issues until it was time for bed, so we really appreciated his willingness to help. His excellent customer service made a big difference.
