Fabulous hotel in a perfect location. I was there with my daughters and they said it was their best vacation ever! Two items, one the management can address, one the can’t. 1 We were there for 6 days and only received cleaning service twice. There simply isn’t enough staff to get to all the rooms. 2. The hotel to the East blocks sun at the pool a significant part of the day. There’s plenty to do in the area, but you’ll need to plan accordingly.

Rooms were clean and everyone was nice overall. Pool is very small and gets shade very early in the day.

There is no beach and you can not go in the water at the hotel because it is extremely rocky and dangerous.This is not clearly communicated when you book or when you arrive at the hotel. Also NO ONE told us we could use the beaches at the sister hotels, which would have been very helpful. Basically poor communication on the staffs part.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. My wife and I could not believe how bad it is pubic hairs and hairs everywhere on the floor. They don’t clean at all, and that was checking right in with those problems.
