Grand Waterworld Makadi - Couples and Families Only

Zimmer war sehr sehr sauber und wird wurden täglich - zur grossen Überraschung meines Sohnes - mit einem Handtuch-Tierpark überrascht in welchen immer seine eigenen Plüschtüre integriert worden. Das Essen und der Service waren okay. Das Personal ist schnell überfordert. So sassen wir zweimal 45 Minuten im italienischen Restaurant, ohne bedient zu werden. Das war recht ärgerlich. Wenn man Waffeln wollte, musste man bis zu 20 Minuten Zeit in Kauf nehmen für eine Waffle.

4박5일 묵음. 다시는 안온다. 시설은 좋음. 놀거리 많음. 스텝들이 계속 줄기차게 청소함. 얘들은 영어 하나도 못알아들음. 독일어 영어 대응가능하다고 하지만 리셥션 몇명만 조잡한 영어나 어디서 주워들은 독일어가 가능할뿐. 방은 좋았는데, 너무 낡아서 문이 재대로 안닫힘. 예약하는 레스토랑 거의 쓰레기 수준. 주문하면 40분지나서 조그만한거 한개 나옴. 주문해놓고 졸기시전. 두곳갔는데 두곳다 그랬음. 주문하고 한시간 기다리고 있다니까 그제서야 가져다 줌. 인종차별 아님. 다른 후기 보니 다 똑같음. 마키디는 너무 멀리 떨어져있어서 시내까지 나가기 귀찮음. 셔틀시간 정해져있고 왕복 15유로임. 공항가는 택시가 50유로. 완전 바가지임. 아침 뷔페 먹을게 없음. 두어번 먹고 지겨움. 스텝들 하나같이 거만함. 공항가는 택시 불러줄수 있냐고 하니까 나한테 왜 차가 없냐고 함 ㅋ 미친. 바에서 선샤인주문하는데 선셋이라고 잘못말하니까 선샤인이라고 비웃음. 전체적으로 서비스는 0점임. 시설은 낡았지만 좋음. 음식은 1점임. 후루가다는 다시 안올거지만 온다고 해도 마키디는 안옴.

My stay at Grand Waterworld Makadi was a mixed experience, with some genuine highlights alongside several disappointments. The positives: The animation team is very active and keeps the resort lively throughout the day. They hosted a number of dance shows, and I particularly enjoyed the Argentine Malambo performance. The sea is also outstanding — you can snorkel just ten feet from the beach and enjoy beautiful coral reefs and marine life. Rooms: The beds and pillows were not comfortable. I also experienced a problem with the bathroom, and it took more than two days to resolve after I reported it, which was frustrating. Food and beverages: There is a good variety on offer, but the taste did not match what I have experienced at other Hurghada resorts. It appears that low-grade ingredients are being used. When I ordered a Sprite by the pool, it tasted like pure citric acid. The restaurants are also under-capacity for the number of guests, and I had to wait for a free table at every meal. Check-in: Check-in was delayed by more than two hours, although the staff did offer a late checkout when I requested it. Overall: The location and entertainment are real strengths, but the quality of the food, the condition of the rooms, and the responsiveness of maintenance need serious attention.

L'hôtel est magnifique, de beaux et grands bâtiments traditionnels, un service aux petits soins, des piscines variées et géniales, une belle plage. Tout était parfait sauf un point... La nourriture. Dans un hôtel aussi magnifique, une cuisine aussi mauvaise est choquante et surprenante. Nous avons passé 2 semaines en Égypte dans 2 hôtels différents. Dans le 1er la nourriture était normale, bonne mais dans cet hôtel... Elle était particulièrement mauvaise. C'est dommage car le reste est parfait et la cuisine dénature vraiment l'image de l'hôtel. Changez de chef de cuisine par pitié...
