Outstanding location, value of overall property. The hotel is just steps from Krupòwki St yet tucked enough away to avoid hearing the noise. It has its own free parking, a pool and play areas for the kids. Its a very modern and clean property and is located near great restaurants. I will definitely reserve it again when in Zakopane.

The location of the hotel is perfect you won't get better. However and I hate being negative. The room really wasn't of the standard I was expecting. We travel to Zakopane every year and thought we would give his hotel a go for the first time but sadly won't be coming back as like for like other hotels are better for the price. The bed was a very very cheap bet that was very uncomfortable. The shower doors were off the runners, the air conditioning controller didn't work, the aerial cable to the TV was frayed. There's no room cleaning but this was expected due to the apartment nature so I wouldn't score down for this but be aware. I'm the pool there are lose tiles and no towels. However the steam room, sauna and salt room are fantastic. To be postive the parking is fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful despite having no alternative rooms to move us to. Definitely not their fault but the owners need to bring the facilities up to standard. There are definitely worse places to stay in Zakopane. But personally there's also much better and this just didn't have the magic of other locations.

Great location, free parking. Damaged sofa and lack of remote for a bedroom tv, very small pool. Smallest breakfast buffet I've ever seen. I would not come back, not worth it.

Idealne miejsce dla każdego. Obiekt w samym centrum, z prywatnym parkingiem. Apartamenty nowe, zadbane, czyste. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone (poza kieliszkami do wina, ale bez problemu dostałam w barze). Strefa SPA super.

O.M.G. Views from our balcony were amazing, perfect location, right in the heart of Zakopane. I cant even describe the pool and sauna and salt cave and all the awesomeness! Will definitely come back!

We really liked the pool and the sauna. We used it every day after sightseeing to relax. The location is perfect, less than a minute walk from Krupówka street but away from the crowds. The staff was super nice. One important note if you visit in the summer, only certain units have air conditioning. Ours had it which was very important to us.

Convenient location, quiet, clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed the pool and saunas after our busy days. The room had all the basic furnishings we needed. The hotel is nicely updated and eco friendly with motion sensor lights in the corridors.

Coffee maker wasn't functioning well. Restaurant had good food but pricey.

The WiFi was absolutely terrible so for anyone that relies on a WiFi connection you need to take the atrocious WiFi into consideration. Additionally, we didn’t have running water early in the mornings which was at the worst time in order to get ready to head out to the activities we had planned. The staff was very friendly, but they were not able to resolve any of our issues and complaints which is what matters most. The property was clean and in an excellent location.

The hotel was wonderful. Loved the easy access to Krupowki st. Very helpful front desk staff. Apartment was modern and wonderful. The bathrooms were oddly designed but you get used to it fast.

Giewont was the main reason our trip to Zakopane was so amazing! You get to pick the apartment you want when booking and we got the exact one! It was spacious and clean and the apartments are right next to the main town centre! The staff were amazing and very helpful as we needed milk for our baby on the first day and everything was closed as it was late, so the staff member gave us a full bottle of their staff milk which was a very kind gesture. The parking is in a garage and is safe and free and apartments are nice and cosy with smart tvs which is always a bonus. Thank you Giewont :)

We really liked the pool and the sauna. We used it every day after sightseeing to relax. The location is perfect, less than a minute walk from Krupówka street but away from the crowds. The staff was super nice. One important note if you visit in the summer, only certain units have air conditioning. Ours had it which was very important to us.

Outstanding location, value of overall property. The hotel is just steps from Krupòwki St yet tucked enough away to avoid hearing the noise. It has its own free parking, a pool and play areas for the kids. Its a very modern and clean property and is located near great restaurants. I will definitely reserve it again when in Zakopane.

The location of the hotel is perfect you won't get better. However and I hate being negative. The room really wasn't of the standard I was expecting. We travel to Zakopane every year and thought we would give his hotel a go for the first time but sadly won't be coming back as like for like other hotels are better for the price. The bed was a very very cheap bet that was very uncomfortable. The shower doors were off the runners, the air conditioning controller didn't work, the aerial cable to the TV was frayed. There's no room cleaning but this was expected due to the apartment nature so I wouldn't score down for this but be aware. I'm the pool there are lose tiles and no towels. However the steam room, sauna and salt room are fantastic. To be postive the parking is fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful despite having no alternative rooms to move us to. Definitely not their fault but the owners need to bring the facilities up to standard. There are definitely worse places to stay in Zakopane. But personally there's also much better and this just didn't have the magic of other locations.

O.M.G. Views from our balcony were amazing, perfect location, right in the heart of Zakopane. I cant even describe the pool and sauna and salt cave and all the awesomeness! Will definitely come back!

The room was nice , the location was very good. We didn't understand why there were no tissues or paper towels in the room. We thought we can purchase spa , and swimming pool option but apparently we couldn't add that option at all if we were staying in the other building and that was a bit unclear and huge disappointment. If its a aparthotel , also why the room was not cleaned every day and breakfast was not included. I know, I didnt read that fine print, so please read it all.

My 15-year old son and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights. We loved the location and how big our room was. The friendly staff deserves an extra mention as well. I can definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Zakopane!

The room we received had bugs all over the walls, floors and bedding. When we asked to be moved, we were downgraded to a smaller room with a broken pull out bed which was the only option for us. Additionally, we were told we had to change rooms for the last night of our stay because the prior room was already reserved for someone else. The room we were moved to was the same size room as the one we originally booked but air condition was completed broken so we had to deal with no air movement. We asked the staff to take a look at it but they couldn’t fix it and so we were left for the night with no a/c. The next morning all we heard was construction drilling in the room near by. So overall Pretty disappointing. I will say the staff was very polite and well mannered and the location of the hotel was excellent.

The room was clean and nice. Large enough for family of 4. The location is perfect. The 1st day and night AC did not work so it took staff a while to react. But the next day they have fixed it. There is no swing pool with this room. But the location and the room is perfect.
