För att vara ett hotell med 5 stjärnor var det inte som vi hade förväntat oss. Fint välkomnande och bra service med vårt bagage, utan att någon förväntade sig dricks. Underbar pool, bra gym och fint område. Det fanns gott om solsängar, men de var ganska så slitna. Första rummet vi bodde i var rymligt. Sedan blev vi tvungna att byta till ett annat rum, eftersom vi fick en invasion av småkryp. Detta rummet var något mindre, men ändå ok. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade emellertid inte. Bra badlakan (både på rummet och de till poolen och stranden). Dessutom skönt att ha tillgång till morgonrock och tofflor. Frukosten var som helhet ganska bra, men den håller inte 5stjärnigt. Good overall, but not the 5-star experience advertised. We stayed for just under a week in the off-season and enjoyed the warm weather, clean private beach, and pool. The location is great, with easy access to sights, a supermarket and bus stop right outside, and free parking for our rental car. Outdoor areas are spacious with beautiful views, and staff were generally kind, though professionalism varied. The manager followed up on our concerns and offered complimentary bubbles and fruit, which was appreciated. The interiors were the biggest disappointment. Our room was large and clean but very outdated, with a basic bathroom and plumbing issues that required repair. Upholstery around the property is old and worn, the spa area felt dingy and smelled unpleasant, and the indoor bar had the same issue. Food was average. Vegetarian options were limited, and some cheeses tasted freezer-burned. Drinks were overpriced, though the dinner buffet offered good value. The resort provides many activities and feels ideal for families, groups, and retirees who return often. For singles or couples looking for a truly luxurious stay, this feels closer to a 3–4-star experience, and a different property may be a better fit.

A nice stay but definitely not 5* - we went end of March and there were a number of issues including no aircon in the rooms before May despite a heat wave and complaints for numerous guests about the tempreture in the rooms (staff were rude when asked, had a few fans but had run out showing how many people were having an issue with this), pool not heated so absolutely freezing, slides not open, if we ordered drinks or food at the lobby drinks were always forgotton and food could take up to an hour, only 3 adult tennis rackets available for the 4 courts etc.

Obwohl sehr groß, wirklich sehr schöne Anlage mit besonders zuvorkommenden Personal. Ruhig, direkt neben zwei kleinen Stränden, toller Blick vom Hotel. Zimmer mit allem, was man benötigt. Viele nette kleine Details (KaffeeZubereitung, Verdunklungsvorhänge, Bademäntel, möblierte Balkon), tolles, wirklich abwechslungsreiches Essen (wechselnde Themenabende mit Buffet und fantastisches Frühstück) Schöne Bar mit gelegentlicher Live Piano, Musik, auch (dezentes), anderes Unterhaltungs- und Sportprogramm, Innen- und Außenpool.

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt gesehen ist es toll. Die Lage direkt am Meer, kostenfreie Parkplätze, ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet ... Der Innenpool ist für das doch recht große Hotel zu klein, schwimmen kann man da nicht wirklich.

An absolutely fantastic hotel with everything you need. The service was fantastic as were the rooms. But what really stood out was the food. Absolutely delicious. And a fantastic varied selection so you didn't tire of the food. Our room was right on the beach and next to the beach bar. Games room, pool, slides, gym, water sports, lovely beach. The staff were wonderful and could not have been more helpful. If I had to give a negative it would be that the corridor outside our room looked tired and needed sprucing up, but the room itself was superb. Highly recommended.

The hotel is tired and sadly well past its best. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the overall feel is that it has seen its best days. The beach is nice, but a fight for the limited number of umbrellas and beds.

We loved the hotel, facilities were spotless and staff were helpful and welcoming. Plenty of free parking was a real plus. If you are not all inclusive you may find you need to travel for dining options other than the nearby sports bar. Location is great for exploring the nearby nature reserve and less busy beaches.

Das Zimmer war zu laut durch das Durchgangszimmer. Die Gartenarbeit hat um 07:00 Uhr angefangen, es war einfach zu laut! Das Badezimmer war sauber aber kein 5 Sterne!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, wonderful meal with a wide range of variety to choose from. One of the chef, Antonia was kind enough to make me a soup that was not on the list. Great personal service. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Every night was an event. Great entertainment. We had a singer that sang some old classics beautifully. Really enjoyed it. Parking was easy and the hotel was easy to reach from the airport. The room we stayed in was very spacious and with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was very good and one of the best holiday stay I’ve had in 40 years of travel.

Das Hotel ist toll gelegen und hat eine sehr schöne Anlage. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber vollkommen okay. Der Ausblick ist Mega und das Frühstück sehr gut

The hotel in general was really good but the beds were very hard and we did not sleep well. The food was really nice and the staff very friendly. The location is good with nice restaurants around. The room was spaciouse and well equiped.

Good overall, but not the 5-star experience advertised. We stayed for just under a week in the off-season and enjoyed the warm weather, clean private beach, and pool. The location is great, with easy access to sights, a supermarket and bus stop right outside, and free parking for our rental car. The manager followed up on our concerns and offered complimentary bubbles and fruit, which was appreciated. The interiors were the biggest disappointment. A nice stay but definitely not 5* - we went end of March and there were a number of issues including no aircon in the rooms before May despite a heat wave and complaints for numerous guests about the tempreture in the rooms (staff were rude when asked, had a few fans but had run out showing how many people were having an issue with this), pool not heated so absolutely freezing, slides not open, if we ordered drinks or food at the lobby drinks were always forgotton and food could take up to an hour, only 3 adult tennis rackets available for the 4 courts etc.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Food was amazing every meal. Right on the beach. A big hotel but didn't feel overwhelming (clever layout) Lots of facilities and activities available. Singers/entertainments not really our thing so that was bit much sometimes. Also shower/bathroom was pretty basic. Overall Brilliant.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, wonderful meal with a wide range of variety to choose from. One of the chef, Antonia was kind enough to make me a soup that was not on the list. Great personal service. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Every night was an event. Great entertainment. We had a singer that sang some old classics beautifully. Really enjoyed it. Parking was easy and the hotel was easy to reach from the airport. The room we stayed in was very spacious and with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was very good and one of the best holiday stay I’ve had in 40 years of travel.

The location of this hotel can’t be beaten and the setup / landscape is best among all the Paphos property. They serve excellent and healthy goods prepared from fresh produce. There are loads of amenities and activities in the resort and you will never be bored. In the same time if you want a lonely time, just walk past their private marina and I can guarantee that you will have only company and that is the beautiful Mediterranean waves facing the horizon of the sea. Oh it is so gorgeous, just can’t explain in words. It also has private pool and private small beach, and with all those privacy you can have your dip and enjoy the water. Staffs of this hotel are great and very pleasant to talk to. At the front desk we were served by Xenia, and she was so friendly and helpful. Thank you coral beach team to make this visit so memorable for us, surely we are coming back again.

The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. We had a couple of issues which were dealt with very quickly and ending up with a wonderful room upgrade. Our only issue would be there was only one option for evening dining which we felt was not great valve for money but we we're out of season. Lots of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel and complex was first class and we will definitely be going back for another very relaxing and luxurious holiday.

An absolutely fantastic hotel with everything you need. The service was fantastic as were the rooms. But what really stood out was the food. Absolutely delicious. And a fantastic varied selection so you didn't tire of the food. Our room was right on the beach and next to the beach bar. Games room, pool, slides, gym, water sports, lovely beach. The staff were wonderful and could not have been more helpful. If I had to give a negative it would be that the corridor outside our room looked tired and needed sprucing up, but the room itself was superb. Highly recommended.

We went in the very off season in early February so it was pretty quiet but that was fine. The hotel was good, breakfast was fantastic. Made use of the bar a few times, prices quite reasonable. A decent 15-20 min walk uphill on to Coral Bay Ave where the restaurants were but downhill on the way back.

We loved the hotel, facilities were spotless and staff were helpful and welcoming. Plenty of free parking was a real plus. If you are not all inclusive you may find you need to travel for dining options other than the nearby sports bar. Location is great for exploring the nearby nature reserve and less busy beaches.

The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. We had a couple of issues which were dealt with very quickly and ending up with a wonderful room upgrade. Our only issue would be there was only one option for evening dining which we felt was not great valve for money but we we're out of season. Lots of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel and complex was first class and we will definitely be going back for another very relaxing and luxurious holiday.

An absolutely fantastic hotel with everything you need. The service was fantastic as were the rooms. But what really stood out was the food. Absolutely delicious. And a fantastic varied selection so you didn't tire of the food. Our room was right on the beach and next to the beach bar. Games room, pool, slides, gym, water sports, lovely beach. The staff were wonderful and could not have been more helpful. If I had to give a negative it would be that the corridor outside our room looked tired and needed sprucing up, but the room itself was superb. Highly recommended.

Really beautiful hotel resort boasting rooms with breath taking views. Staff were very friendly but slow service with poor food options. The only decent dining options were the breakfast buffet and the fine dining restaurant.

During our stay, both of our daughters developed significant skin irritation and redness after using the sofa in our room. We have never experienced anything like this before and cannot determine the exact cause, but it negatively affected our holiday experience. In addition, for the first three days of our stay, water repeatedly came through the wall and seeped onto the floor of our room. We reported this issue to the hotel. The hotel did have some positive aspects. The pool area was good, and the bartenders were friendly and provided excellent service. However, the problems with the room became so frustrating that our daughters wanted to leave the hotel. I contacted the hotel on four separate occasions regarding the sofa issue. We agreed that sheets would be placed over the sofa to prevent further contact, but this never happened despite multiple reminders. I later met with the hotel's Guest Relations representative, who was very professional and helpful. We discussed what would be fair compensation considering the issues we experienced. However, the matter then had to be approved by another manager who chose not to meet us directly. Instead, communication went through the Guest Relations representative. The compensation proposal was reduced and the process felt unnecessarily difficult and disappointing. I found it strange that no manager with decision-making authority was willing to meet us in person.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the bathroom was also large and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel itself is beautiful, well cared for, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s also conveniently located, less than 20 minutes from the center of Paphos by car.
