Modern property. Very walkable, lots to do in the neighborhood! The room itself could’ve been cleaner. I don’t expect a “white glove“ clean but the nightstand hadn’t been dusted in sometime. There is what looked like make-up on the light switch in the bathroom. Little things like that. Didn’t go to the pool, but it looked nice. Full kitchen, walked to the grocery store and was able to cook my meals.

This is my second time staying at Mint House in St Petersburg is both times have been great and I definitely will recommend this place to everyone. Is closed to the pier and the beach which for me is perfect! It is always clean. My only recommendation would be to have bigger beds or two beds in a room the rest is perfect!

Very noisy! The fact that you have to pay $40 a night to stay or park on the street somewhere.. that won't tow you. But Noisy and guests were not held to keeping quite.. going on till 4;30AM. Very disapointing to say the least.

Great downtown location with easy access to the SunRunner bus for trips to the beach. Clean facilities and friendly staff.
