Good airport hotel for a one night stay before catching an early morning flight. Great value for the price. Big clean room with breakfast included, and a swimming pool.

This hotel is a good value for the money. Conveniently located near the airport with free shuttle to the airport. Could use a better supply of soap for I was totally unable to get more than a few drops out of that little bottle. Bed was comfortable and the pool looked nice although I didn't swim.

The hotel is good and quiet. Unfortunately if you want to enjoy a walk, you might be disappointed, the street is aweful for pedestrians, many trucks and cars, very narrow. Otherwhise, the lobby and the pool are full smoker zones. Gym.... not a gym. Kind employees, good room, good breakfast included.

Breakfast was the same for the two days we stayed there. Food was very good. It was clean and quiet. The room was comfortable and bed was nice. The employees were helpful. Not the best location, but the Grab was so cheap that it didn’t matter. Pool was very clean.

Free breakfast and airport shuttle was a bonus. The room was a ggod size. Small but adequate fitness room was on site. The value was excellent. Construction noise at 7:30 am was a deterent.

Good for the price. The lobby is a full smoker zone. Cannot walk easily outside the hotel. Good breakfast is included for free, so again good for the price.

We needed a quick affordable room for a 24 hour layover. And this places was perfect. They had free shuttles to the airport but we didn’t utilize it because our flight was late in the evening (since they are available only 4 time slots). The staff is very accommodating and were extremely helpful.

Our stay was pleasant, room was modern and clean. Bathroom and shower were clean with plenty of hot water. Pool was very enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The room next door had their tv on so loud we could hear it in our room and in the corridor but a call to reception fixed the problem. Reception also sorted the shuttle to the airport to our satisfaction

Beautiful hotel, location is a bit far out, nothing much around apart from a gorgeous cafe next door. Pool is lovely, balconies are pointless as 90% of it is taken over by a AC extractor, rooms are not very clean but amenities are decent. Great place for a quick stopover, not somewhere I’d like to stay more than a day/night.

Breakfast was terrible, kitchen staff ignored requests, eggs are frozen and defrosted for the following day. Rooms were not repaired to standards, and were infested with ants. Wifi in one of the buildings was constantly on and off. Would not reccommend the hotel to anyone

BUG INFESTATION. if I could leave a 0 star review, I would. This hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed at. Upon leaving our baggage in our room to step out for dinner, we return to find ants crawling ALL OVER AND INTO our luggage. The hotel’s initial solution was to offer to spray everything down with ant poison, which we did as we did not want to track bugs back home. We requested a refund directly with the hotel and through our booking partner but the hotel denied both us and our booking partner a refund for this stay. We didn’t get to our new room until 5:21AM, and as we were waiting for our new room, there was a dog fight of 3-5 dogs that broke out outside of the lobby in the middle of the night. This hotel is also in the middle of nowhere and there are many large guard dogs in surrounding properties making the area un walkable for non locals. If you have ANY other options for places to stay, I’d urge you to choose those over this place. Abysmal service, awful amenities and worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Cleaning staff were nice, but the bedding had stains and marks on them.

The room was gross, ants in the bathroom and I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The shower was tiny and felt dirty. The bed was extremely hard and the kind was two fulls bed together so you could feel where one bed starts and another begins. Worst of all the person who checked me in was so rude and rushed me away. So glad I was only here for one night. You get what you pay for though.

Great value for what is provided. Adequate breakfast, free shuttle to the airport, large room with comfortable bed and linens. Only complaint is the loud noise of construction right next door starting at 8:00 am. Not the fault of the hotel, but the only negative.

Don’t stay here not even for 5 mins. The shower didn’t drain and the bathroom was awful. The entire place smells like cigarettes

Room was OK, but needs counter space in the washroom. Also needs a phone charging and electrical outlet beside each bed. And they should have bedside lamps.

Nice, clean room with a simple but ample breakfast. Hotel is in walking distance to 7 and big C, about 2 clicks. Small 2 table restaurants outside near hotel. The only fault was the the mini fridge not working but not a big deal. I would stay there again.

Not much internet service not sure why Breakfast was good

Ideal location for the airport. Bed comfy and clean. Bathroom sink falling off the wall, but the shower was ok. Breakfast was a good spread, unfortunately there wasn’t anything we could eat, but what was supplied looked fine. It was too far to walk to any restaurant, but they had one o sight. Pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to make use. Overall for the price it was pretty good, despite the reviews.

Very helpful and they let us store our luggage at reception for a while to let us go into bangkok with no charge!

Stayed here for 1 night - It was very average, but the plus is that it is located 20 mins away from the airport. The receptionist was rude - As soon as I checked in, the lady at the reception was on her phone and did not greet me with a 'hello', 'welcome' or 'how are you'... just the receptionist looking down at her phone and saying 'show me passport'. She then proceeded to tell me my room was on the 6th floor and failed to give me directions to the lift which you have to access by coming back outside and entering the building from elsewhere. The hotel is average, and the bathroom is not great - It is located far away from the main road, so you have to order food. There were also guests playing loud music at 4:30 am. Would not recommend.

Unprofessional front desk staff

It's very clean, quiet and the staffs were friendly. The only thing which I was not too happy about was the disagreement on the pricing for the first night. I arrived at the hotel at 1 am in the morning on 4/19 forgetting that I won't be able to check in the hotel until 2 pm on the 19th. I had to book an extra night on the spot when I arrived. The guy said they have room for me at 1,200 Baht which was more expensive than I book online for $941. I had some chats with the guy for a few minutes and he asked me if I want to book the room or not? I said of course I want the room and I'll pay for the price as asked but I will write a review about it. Then, he went on to help other and came back to me a few minutes later and said he charged me for 1,000.00 Baht. Still a little more than what I booked online. I was not happy because I felt that they were trying took advantage of my situation. I can understand if there were demand for the room but there was no other demand for the room at 1 am in the morning which is half way through the day already. Just because of my mistake they have the opportunity to earn money for that room. I was upset because he asked me if I want the room with his tone of voice. Of course I want the room. Where would I go as a woman at 1 am in the morning with the unfamiliar place? Also, it wouldn't make economic sense to go elsewhere. 1200 and 941 is not a big amount of money but this is about behavior and morality.

What ia unique is the pleasant staff willing to help with all your little needs like extra towels or adjusting your booking to yhe days you like. Free breakfast was surprising and plentiful. My only concern was that I use very little salt, and Thai stir-fry has an abundace of the stuff. So be prepared. It was a pleasant restful stay!

Little or no information provided at checkin or in rooms regards property and services ,,,, restaurant was unattended and night staff were not helpful regards dining options in the area ,,,hotel is isolated so limited options other than 7-11 which is about 1km away ,,, nice relaxing pool area but wouldn’t stay again

Easy to get to by AOT airport taxi, and staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast spread, and a great place to overnight after getting to BKK at midnight.

Good hotel with a nice restaurant serving all kinds of food. Close to the international airport but a little off the main roads in an industrial area. Convenient by taxi for an overnight when doing international travel. We will stay here again.

Lovely comfortable bed, clean, breakfast was sufficient, staff were helpful. Excellent for overnight stay, only about 10-15 minute taxi ride from airport.

It was a tough stay. Weird isolated area of town. Blood on the walls in the bathroom. Ice cold “hot” breakfast. Weird room layout, not suited to an overnight

This property was clean and comfortable. The location was about 15-17 minutes taxi ride which cost less than 200 Baht (less than $6 USD). Location was in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area. No dining or activities to walk to. Restaurant was supposed to open at 5 but did not actually open until 6:30 pm which was not great since we had not eaten since breakfast when we got there.

Staff is friendly, good location to the airport, free airport shuttle. Very small selection at breakfast, plus most things were cold. The room was partly dirty, as were the pool and sun loungers. The hotel is located in a kind of commercial area, therefore hardly any possibilities. However, a 7/11 is just around the corner

This place was great! I enjoyed it more than I thought I would and the people are so nice here. I left my phone at the counter and the receptionist came up to my room to return it immediately. Also I was not expecting the food at the restaurant and the breakfast to taste so good and authentic. Would definitely come back. Such a good value and deal :)

Posso dire che la struttura è situata in posto tranquillo ed è quello che cercavo prima di rientrare nel mio paese, perché l’hotel si trova a 15/20 minuti di macchina dall’aeroporto.Purtroppo il personale non si esprime benissimo in inglese e abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel capirci.La colazione un po’ deludente

Very nice large room. Bathroom is very nice with a glass sliding door separating the shower from toilet. Breakfast has a good variety of both Asian and Western food.

Great hotel and great breakfast…. A little far out but so cheap for the value you get. Also they bring you to the airport for no charge!
