The property outside was untidy, gardens need work etc, the house inside was okay perhaps a bit cluttered. The Managers of this house are totally unprofessional, continuing to email and text with instructions to do things around the place. They also use a 3rd party to try to obtain personal details about proposed guests. They demand copies of passports and drivers licences which I refused to give, they then threaten to deny access even though all monies had been paid. There was a lot of partly used food left in the house along with toothpaste which should have been removed but they told us we could use it, very unhygienic to say the least. Camera surveillance everywhere which makes things very uncomfortable, you can’t have guests after 10pm as they must leave the premises, this was a house not a room in a motel or caravan park. Also instructions were to ensure water features did not run out of water, it was supposed to be a leisurely break but certainly wasn’t. If I could rate the management a 0 I would, the night before we were due to check out we received an email telling us we had to send a text informing them we were vacating the property along with a list of other non negotiables.
