Ethereal White Resort Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

Good hotel, very clean. Area around it had a bit of graffiti, but I found that all over Greece. Newer hotel and very modern. Breakfast was good with lots of veg choices too. Very close and walkable to all the old town sites and shopping. Parking was tight and first come first serve basis, but the public parking garage was close by

I never write reviews, but I really had to write this one. Because the physical appearance of the hotel was nice and fancy and everything, sure, but it is really the service that makes this a five star hotel. I had a day-long bout of food poisoning (from a nearby restaurant, definitely not the hotel) while I was staying there, and the whole staff went way way above and beyond in taking care of me, especially the head manager. They were also very helpful with regard to all my other needs and questions the rest of the time I was there. This is THE hotel to stay at in Crete if you want five star treatment.

This is a gem in the central Heraklion! Hotel itself is amazing with all the latest mod cons. We had a room with a pool in the room - the water was perfectly heated so we could enjoy it despite cool weather. The spa area is lovely and relaxing. It is not only the hotel that made the lasting impression - all the staff were amazing, tentative, helpful. You could say - it is their job, here however they go above and beyond! The hospitality is just amazing. THANK YOU Maria and Theodore for amazing hotel and stay!

Great location near the core of the old city. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Parking while limited was super convenient and close. Clean and modern room. The only observation with the room was there was limited space to lay our suitcases for easy access but in reality, not a big issue.
