We were there for the infiorita and it was a perfect place to sit on the terrasse before watching the work for la infiorita on friday night. The room was very quiet backwards. But be aware that you have to be able to drive a small enough car back and forth to the parking place. It is manageable.

Pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous space... unexpected private terrace in the center of the floor we stayed at, antiques and art, beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable beds and spacious showers. Diana was endlessly patient and helpful. For us, the best feature of the hotel is the rooftop terrace where a sunset aperitivo is a must to watch the surrounding buildings glow as the sun dips. (I loved the elderflower spritz called a Hugo.) Accessibility-wise, we were met by a valet who carried in our bags. There is a standard-sized elevator on the ground floor. Self-parking was a white-knuckle affair for us, but we were rewarded with an excellent lunch & beer at a cafe directly next to the parking lot. Noto is so lovely and we had our best dining experiences here.

What a beautiful hotel. The rooftop terrace is a must for sunset. The staff were helpful and communicated via what’s app. Breakfast was bountiful and set in the courtyard. All the decor was gorgeous. Navigating by car through the narrow streets is a challenge. Noto is a beautiful walking town.

Having travelled to many countries and hundreds of Hotels this place was a ten. Starts with amazing Staff, big spacious room and finishes with being so clean. I have to say it’s at the top of my list in 45 years of major travel. Hated leave the place. If you love breakfast savour the home cooking. Thanks to the entire staff from Vancouver Canada.

That said, it feels like a private oasis of creature comforts and mindful staff that are eager to make your stay delightful. With wonderful recommendations and delicious breakfasts available in a lovely enclosed garden, as well as immaculate, elegant rooms and lovely common spaces, you will be so happy to have chosen this exceptional boutique hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful. We were lucky enough to stay in a garden level room, with an outdoor patio area. The breakfasts were some of the best I’ve had when staying at a hotel. The staff were the real stand outs. The front desk attendants were so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and also set us up for a day at a beach club. I’d highly recommended Gagliardi Boutique Hotel to anyone staging in the area!

Very convenient hotel, good service, staffs are very helpful. Gave us a lot of great recommendations for restaurants. Room is very nice. Love the window that brings the sunlight into room. A lot of open spaces outside of the room, also, the little backyard for the breakfast is very lovely too

This small hotel is located in a converted family palazzo and the room we had was beautiful and the layout quite interesting (our room had 3 floors with small staircases dividing each level). The front desk staff, however, was not up to par for a 4-star hotel and the ambience in the lobby was quite cold and sterile. The first concierge who checked us in was excellent (although I didn't catch his name) and he offered to help with dinner reservations, etc. and anything else we might need during our stay. The other 2 concierges we encountered during our stay (a female and male) were not helpful at all, and simply kept recommending the restaurant next door (Retabló) to every guest rather than offering more suggestions. (Retabló was excellent, but there are a lot of other good choices in Noto). When we asked for wine glasses for our room, the female concierge said we should go up to the rooftop bar to get them ourselves. When I questioned this slightly, she quickly changed course and had them delivered to our room. Also at checkout she wanted us to fill out a survey about our stay at the desk right in front of her, which we declined. Very odd. The rooftop terrace is lovely with beautiful views but it felt stiff and somewhat cold as well and drinks were quite expensive. Overall the hotel needs more ambience and warm energy for the price--especially in the lobby. We would look elsewhere for a better value in Noto if we visit again.

The location was perfect, especially to walk the Main Street of Noto. The staff was exemplary, Marco, Maria recommended dining restaurants and they nailed it!! Special thanks to the morning staff for breakfast and was fun meeting Capitano the dog!

We were there for the infiorita and it was a perfect place to sit on the terrasse before watching the work for la infiorita on friday night. The room was very quiet backwards. But be aware that you have to be able to drive a small enough car back and forth to the parking place. It is manageable.

That said, it feels like a private oasis of creature comforts and mindful staff that are eager to make your stay delightful. With wonderful recommendations and delicious breakfasts available in a lovely enclosed garden, as well as immaculate, elegant rooms and lovely common spaces, you will be so happy to have chosen this exceptional boutique hotel.

The location was perfect, especially to walk the Main Street of Noto. The staff was exemplary, Marco, Maria recommended dining restaurants and they nailed it!! Special thanks to the morning staff for breakfast and was fun meeting Capitano the dog!

What a beautiful hotel. The rooftop terrace is a must for sunset. The staff were helpful and communicated via what’s app. Breakfast was bountiful and set in the courtyard. All the decor was gorgeous. Navigating by car through the narrow streets is a challenge. Noto is a beautiful walking town.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful. We were lucky enough to stay in a garden level room, with an outdoor patio area. The breakfasts were some of the best I’ve had when staying at a hotel. The staff were the real stand outs. The front desk attendants were so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and also set us up for a day at a beach club. I’d highly recommended Gagliardi Boutique Hotel to anyone staging in the area!

Having travelled to many countries and hundreds of Hotels this place was a ten. Starts with amazing Staff, big spacious room and finishes with being so clean. I have to say it’s at the top of my list in 45 years of major travel. Hated leave the place. If you love breakfast savour the home cooking. Thanks to the entire staff from Vancouver Canada.

Pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous space... unexpected private terrace in the center of the floor we stayed at, antiques and art, beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable beds and spacious showers. Diana was endlessly patient and helpful. For us, the best feature of the hotel is the rooftop terrace where a sunset aperitivo is a must to watch the surrounding buildings glow as the sun dips. (I loved the elderflower spritz called a Hugo.) Accessibility-wise, we were met by a valet who carried in our bags. There is a standard-sized elevator on the ground floor. Self-parking was a white-knuckle affair for us, but we were rewarded with an excellent lunch & beer at a cafe directly next to the parking lot. Noto is so lovely and we had our best dining experiences here.

We were thrilled to find this little gem in the middle of Noto! The location is so central and within walking distance of everything. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. This hotel was in the best location in old historic Noto! It was sooo great that in the evening, we stepped right out into an awesome parade walking through the historic centre! The staff were extremely nice and pleasant on arrival. They also helped us secure car parking before we even arrived. The room was such a beautiful boutique room, super clean and spacious. The bathroom was on the smaller side but that was ok. The breakfast was included and was a great spread as well. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has the best location to visit Noto, no doubt, but the car access is really difficult as the city streets are barely wide enough for your car. We got lucky to find a parking spot right by the hotel entrance but this could be an annoying challenge. The hotel itself is super clean, nice and modern, well appointed. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but not exceptional. Overall, this is definitely the place to stay at when visiting Noto. Just make sure you rent the smallest possible car for your trip through Sicily !
