They ignored our request of airport transportation, the road to the hotel is destroyed, the bed was hard as concrete and the property is not at all 4 star.

Excellent location. Clean big rooms but not maintained. AC didn't function properly and it is extremely hot. Bathroom taps and showers were broken needed replacing hence is my wash basin and shower a was a No No. When you speak to staff they either pretend to not understand the nature of complaints

Lovely little hotel very quiet. friendly & helpful people. But very far from the airport near the ocean. Still good and value for money
