This seems like a very new property. Attached to new Diamond Mall. A quick 10-minute walk to central square in Skopje. Overall, nice rooms, great value for a 5-star property. Just fyi... Sky Bar wasn't open yet but restaurant had good service.

Flott hotell, rent, pent og luksuriøst. Flott frokost, med fin utsikt fra vinduer og terrasse, hyggelige ansatte. Jeg hadde bestilt rom med fjellutsikt, men fra 1 etasje ( 2 i praksis ) så jeg bare litt av en fjelltopp bak et hus og en bilvei. Hørte bilene ganske bra. Småflasker med shampoo og lotion. Ikke noe pads eller bomullspinner. Veldig fin beliggenhet for shopping, da det ligger vis a vis diamond kjøpesenter. Ikke langt å gå til stenbroen heller. Spa avdelingen var litt skuffende. Steambadstuen var mørklagt og ikke på, sauna lunken, og selv om det tyrkiske badet var lekkert, så er ikke det så spennende.

While searching for a hotel in the town centre I came acros Limak hotel on Hotels.com. and decided to try it. Well i am I glad I did. The experience was amazing from booking to check in including the stay and service. The hotel is fairly new and everything is kept very well. I booked one night with breakfast which included a free parking at the hotel. The value of what you get is amazing so if you are ever visiting Skopje, give Limak hotel a chance and you will be amazed.

Great hotel in a good location next to a Mall. Spotlessly clean, with spa, bar, restaurant and casino. Always happy to arrange a taxi for us. The rooms were large, as was the bathroom.

Hotel Infrastruktur eigentlich ganz schön und neu. Was überhaupt nicht geht ist das House-keeping management. War 3 Nächte dort, Zimmer wurde nie richtig gemacht, nur Handtücher ausgewechselt … am 2. Tag nicht mal das. Mussten für frische Handtücher betteln … am schluss gab‘s kein shampoo und Toiletten-Papier mehr … und das in einem 5 sterne-Hotel!!! Frühstück jeden Morgen exakt dss gleiche, sehr limitierte Angebot. Seh entäuschend! Hotel ist mit dem Service höchstens ein 4Sternen Hotel

Wir waren in der Zeit vom 15.10. bis zum 27.10.2024 zu Gast im Limak Skopje Luxury Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch das Housekeeping, der Zimmerservice, die Reinigungsmitarbeiter und die Servicemitarbeiter in Restaurant, Café und Bar, Techniker, Mitarbeiter im Wellness- und Spa-Bereich usw. Es gab ein paar Probleme in unseren Räumen, die aber alle schnell und professionell behoben worden. Das waren unter anderem eine undichte Dusche, ein defekter Toilettensitz, eine defekte Toilettenbürste, eine defekte Bettlampe und ähnliches. Alles wurde zeitnah repariert oder erneuert, nachdem wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben haben. Die Zimmer waren ein wenig staubig und unter unserem Bett war es leider nicht besonders sauber, das wurde jedoch alles schnell gereinigt, nachdem wir dieses nach unserer Anreise bei der Zimmerreinigung reklamiert hatten. Wer Ruhe haben möchte, ist hier allerdings nicht so gut aufgehoben. Es finden natürlich Veranstaltungen und Parties in und um das Hotel statt. Die Basslautsprecher von der Musik dröhnen bis in die Morgenstunden, Ruhezeiten scheint es dort nicht zu geben. Wer allerdings mitfeiert und nicht so viel Schlaf benötigt, wird sicher seine Freude daran haben. Unser Fazit: Trotz einiger kleiner Probleme und Defekte, die schnell behoben wurden, werden wir gerne wieder zu Gast sein in diesem schönen Hotel.

Skulle vara ett lyxhotell. Det enda som kändes lyxigt var gymmet som bestod med vatten på flaskor och handdukar. Rummet kändes inrökt och luktade illa. Personalen visste inte vart det fanns varken apotek eller super marker när vi frågade dem. Smidigt att kunna parkera i källaren, ok hotell frukost.

The hotel is beautifully designed and contains everything you expect a five star hotel should. The neighborhood is probably going to be a very nice area after the construction work is done. Unfortunately we had to ask for glasses two times (in two days) and eventually we received glasses for the last night. It’s not very five star stay in a suite drinking your drinks in coffee cups…

Hotel di lusso con personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona,ambienti confortevoli,spa elegante,ottimi massaggi. Camere spaziose dotate di ogni comfort....le cose negative che abbiamo riscontrato:odore di sigaretta nella stanza,scarsa insonorizzazione per un 5 stelle ... comunque ottimo hotel, raccomandato

Nieuw hotel. Maar… ik had een rustige kamer gevraagd en kreeg er een langs de drukke straatzijde. Geen glazen op de kamer ( hoe uw tanden poetsen ? ). Alles te scannen via een qr code. Dus alleen voor smartphone houders toegankelijk ( ook de menu in het restaurant ). Huurauto stond geparkeerd op de hotel parkeerplaats. Maar op een avond was die verdwenen. Men had die op bevel van de politie weg gesleept !! Uit veiligheidsoverwegingen zonder mij te verwittigen !!! Heel veel miserie om die terug te krijgen.

This seems like a very new property. Attached to new Diamond Mall. A quick 10-minute walk to central square in Skopje. Overall, nice rooms, great value for a 5-star property. Just fyi... Sky Bar wasn't open yet but restaurant had good service.

Flott hotell, rent, pent og luksuriøst. Flott frokost, med fin utsikt fra vinduer og terrasse, hyggelige ansatte. Jeg hadde bestilt rom med fjellutsikt, men fra 1 etasje ( 2 i praksis ) så jeg bare litt av en fjelltopp bak et hus og en bilvei. Hørte bilene ganske bra. Småflasker med shampoo og lotion. Ikke noe pads eller bomullspinner. Veldig fin beliggenhet for shopping, da det ligger vis a vis diamond kjøpesenter. Ikke langt å gå til stenbroen heller. Spa avdelingen var litt skuffende. Steambadstuen var mørklagt og ikke på, sauna lunken, og selv om det tyrkiske badet var lekkert, så er ikke det så spennende.

Another great stay at Limak Skopje. The room was on the 4th floor with a view over the Milenium cross. Easy acces to town centre through Diamond shoping mall, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is not in the centre exactly, but an easy walk to the main sights. Right next to a new shopping mall with lots of restaurants. The hotel is brand new, with modern decor. Rooms were spacious enough. Air con didn't really work in my room, but it was fixed and I was comfortable the second night. Nice little gym, didn't visit the spa. The hotel is just fine, I think it's just lacking the fifth star quality.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Limak and were pleased to find many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants located right next door to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Long Island ice teas at the hotel bar were delicious! The only slight issue was that the weather in Skopje was a beautiful, 28°C everyday, and the Aircon in the room was not able to compete! Despite being on and programmed to get the room down to 15°C, the entire time we were there the room stayed at 25°, it made for uncomfortable nights which is a shame because the bed itself was great! I'm sure there is something wrong with the AC. Failing this, it was a great overall stay. The Sky Bar on the top floor does not yet seem to be in operation, so we didn't get to experience this.

I have now visited 38 European countries, the last one being North Macedonia. I was extremely impressed with how your property and staff conducted business. The location was fantastic and you can easily walk around the city of Skopje. The breakfast was terrific each morning. The staff, personable and approachable. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Limak website states that service dogs stay free of charge. We have a registered service dog with all the necessary paper work and ID, despite this the hotel charged us over $ 36 for one night stay. Almost 50% of the fee for the whole night. Legal robbery ! Also our room, with "mountain view" faced an ugly construction site. Never again in this hotel

Hotel Infrastruktur eigentlich ganz schön und neu. Was überhaupt nicht geht ist das House-keeping management. War 3 Nächte dort, Zimmer wurde nie richtig gemacht, nur Handtücher ausgewechselt … am 2. Tag nicht mal das. Mussten für frische Handtücher betteln … am schluss gab‘s kein shampoo und Toiletten-Papier mehr … und das in einem 5 sterne-Hotel!!! Frühstück jeden Morgen exakt dss gleiche, sehr limitierte Angebot. Seh entäuschend! Hotel ist mit dem Service höchstens ein 4Sternen Hotel

Wir waren in der Zeit vom 15.10. bis zum 27.10.2024 zu Gast im Limak Skopje Luxury Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch das Housekeeping, der Zimmerservice, die Reinigungsmitarbeiter und die Servicemitarbeiter in Restaurant, Café und Bar, Techniker, Mitarbeiter im Wellness- und Spa-Bereich usw. Es gab ein paar Probleme in unseren Räumen, die aber alle schnell und professionell behoben worden. Das waren unter anderem eine undichte Dusche, ein defekter Toilettensitz, eine defekte Toilettenbürste, eine defekte Bettlampe und ähnliches. Alles wurde zeitnah repariert oder erneuert, nachdem wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben haben. Die Zimmer waren ein wenig staubig und unter unserem Bett war es leider nicht besonders sauber, das wurde jedoch alles schnell gereinigt, nachdem wir dieses nach unserer Anreise bei der Zimmerreinigung reklamiert hatten. Wer Ruhe haben möchte, ist hier allerdings nicht so gut aufgehoben. Es finden natürlich Veranstaltungen und Parties in und um das Hotel statt. Die Basslautsprecher von der Musik dröhnen bis in die Morgenstunden, Ruhezeiten scheint es dort nicht zu geben. Wer allerdings mitfeiert und nicht so viel Schlaf benötigt, wird sicher seine Freude daran haben. Unser Fazit: Trotz einiger kleiner Probleme und Defekte, die schnell behoben wurden, werden wir gerne wieder zu Gast sein in diesem schönen Hotel.

Overall service was satisaftory. The staff can be more communicative. I wasn't informed about the breakfast. When i was checking out, I pointed this out to a staff at the front, he insisted that they had told me. During my stay, I asked for some help to find a place, the staff didn't take any action, instead he told me very vaguely that I should go to center area.

Loved this hotel, and all it had to offer. Staff were wonderful. Food great. Room super clean and comfortable. My cautionary tale is about laundry. I filled out the form, placing 7 t-shirts (3 short sleeve, 4 long sleeves, all cotton) and 7 underwear in the bag. I calculated it would be about $35. When it came back the next day I noticed a new form had replaced the one I submitted, with changed made. My 4 long-sleeve t-shirts were reclassified as more expensive items -"pullovers." I could accept that, even though all other hotels had classified them as t-shirts. There was other writing in other columns, but I assumed things were OK until I was checking out, and found I'd been charged $70. What happened is that I made an honest mistake and checked the column to the right instead of the left. Hotel services then --without consulting me -- not only washed but dry/cleaned and pressed my clothes. I have attached the forms for readers to see. I have been in management, and would have erred on the side of the customer's honest mistake (I mean $70 to wash 7 undies and 7 t-shirts)? So, I'll always remember this hotel as the most expensive laundry I've ever used... and want my experience to be a cautionary tale for other travelers.

굉장히 깨끗하고 한산해요 바로 다이아몬드 몰 옆이라 접근성 좋고 알렉산더 광장도 지척이에요 인근 1층 몰에 있는 음식들 다 맛있어요. 추천!

Well situated hotel, clean but with some issues which spoiled the stay!!! Every time you want to reconnect to WiFi you have to feel-in extensive survey about the hotel. Every single day…. Why? Are you so desperate for positive words? Coffee during the breakfast? The worst I have ever tested! Yes, they served good quality coffee but you have to pay extra!!! Ridiculous! And pity because I will for sure change the hotel next time!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem sehr freundlichen Empfang. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Fühle mich hier sehr wohl. Zu verbessern wäre allerdings das Frühstücksbuffet. Das ist für ein 5Sterne Hotel doch etwas dürftig. Vor allem der Orangensaft ist eine Katastrophe. Das ist eine Leichtigkeit das zu verbessern. Wenn ihr dann noch Gläser und nicht nur Tassen in die Zimmer stellen könntet wäre es perfekt.
Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem sehr freundlichen Empfang. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Fühle mich hier sehr wohl. Zu verbessern wäre allerdings das Frühstücksbuffet. Das ist für ein 5Sterne Hotel doch etwas dürftig. Vor allem der Orangensaft ist eine Katastrophe. Das ist eine Leichtigkeit das zu verbessern. Wenn ihr dann noch Gläser und nicht nur Tassen in die Zimmer stellen könntet wäre es perfekt.

Very good breakfast, fresh, tasty and many options. Restaurant is also good, local & international food choices. Room is very clean, spacious, big tv screen, properly functioning air conditioned, everything good maintained. Hotel team is professionally and polite.

Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms, and complementary water every day. What took away the final star from my point of view was the spa. I missed a pool or cold plunge pool at least, Also the steam sauna smelled a bit moldy. The dry sauna was very nice though. Overall I definitively recommend the hotel.

Great experience. Great hotel. Lots of greatamenities. I was thete for football , Scotland v Morth Macedonia. It was great for getting about Skopje and within easy walking distance of the sights and the stadium.

3 gece kaldık odalar günlük temizleniyor kahvaltısı yeterli ve güzeldi bir gün akşam otelde yedik akşam menüsü de güzeldi personel ilgiliydi hem restoran hemde resepsiyonda. Genelde dışarda gezdiğimiz için diğer imkanlardan faydalanmadık tekrar gelirsem tercih ederim. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel overall, but unfortunately there were two things that disappointed me, especially considering the hotel’s luxury positioning. 1. Wi-Fi connection The system for connecting to the Wi-Fi was unnecessarily complicated and quite unusual. It was so difficult that I had to go to reception and ask the staff to connect my phone for me. My partner then had to do exactly the same with his phone. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect the Wi-Fi connection to be much simpler and more user-friendly. 2. Breakfast and coffee service Breakfast is served until 10:00, which I already find a little early for a hotel of this category. However, at 9:55, when I wanted to have a coffee, the coffee machine had already been switched off and was apparently in cleaning mode. I asked whether I could have a coffee from the bar instead, and I was told that this would be possible and that I wouldn’t have to pay for it. However, unfortunately, nobody followed up on this and, in the end, I never received the coffee at all. This was particularly disappointing because it was such a small and simple request, and I would have expected a much higher level of attention to detail and guest service in a luxury hotel. Apart from these two issues, I had a good stay and enjoyed the hotel overall. I hope these points can be improved, as they would make a significant difference to the guest experience.
