Beautiful room with big balcony , breakfast included was nice too , staff was very friendly and location was great walking distance to Krupówki , would definitely stay there again .

Great location right in centre. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms are a little old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Housekeeping limited, rooms were not cleaned or beds made during out 4 day stay. We had a good view from our rooms with balcony and window seats. It was lovely to look out at the light park and snowy mountains. Decent breakfast buffet. Swimming pool and spa were lovely. Just perfect to unwind after a day in the snow. There is a lot to do in Zakopane and this hotel is a great base to explore all the attractions and activities in the area.
