We loved the sauna and washing machine in the room. Lot of space for my wife/2 year old. I work remotely and was able to work at night while they were asleep in a different room, which make things way better. We cooked each night in the room. Location is great, walk to Central Market is 10 minutes (15 if you walk slower). Clean, modern, cares about the environment which is huge for us, and all around a great Boutique Hotel mixed with an Apartment atmosphere. Great idea. I wish the USA had places like this. Thanks, Bobby Dubs.

Public transport very close, as well as a coffeehouse across the street. What was a bit confusing was the way the lighting worked, hard to find the right settings, and looking at the worn state of some switches, we weren’t the first to struggle.

Place was very comfortable. Close to transit and very central location. Checkin was easy code and they had a storage room we could use after checkout. Shower was good pressure. No street noise. It had a washer dryer combo and we didn’t realize it takes like 9 hours. But worked, we just needed better planning. There was a kitchen and we did make dinner/food some meals.

Mycket bra att få en kod till huset, bagageutrymmet samt lägenheten i god tid. Stor och fin lägenhet med allt man behöver. Avskilt sovrum och bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, perfekt för två vuxna och en tonåring.

立地、部屋の広さ、ベッドマットレスの寝心地はとても快適で、家にいるようなくつろいだ生活が出来ました。サウナも入る時刻の1時間前にスイッチを入れたので、シャワー浴びて入って水を浴びてまた入って有効に活用出来ました。タイマーも付いていました。ロウリュ用のバケツと手尺も備えてありました。チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に自分の荷物をラゲージルームに保管できました。ただ、食器洗浄機と洗濯機の取り扱い説明書が無く、設置工事の説明書だけで、機械をスタートさせるまで操作が正しいかわからず、ヨーロッパ以外からの宿泊客には不自由だと思いました。もしまたヨーロッパ各地に行くなら、Bobを利用するでしょう。

This was a spacious apartment with fantastic amenities. The apartment was very clean and the sauna in the apartment was amazing. It was easy to find from the train and several options for public transportation were just steps away. This was a fantastic location for my first time in Helsinki!

Great location and size for our family of 4. Walking distance to all we wanted to see and do. We found it difficult to regulate the temperature via radiators and aircon. Too warm. But otherwise great.

We arrived in a heat wave so were glad to have air conditioning. Unfortunately it was broken in all but the furthest room, making it similar to sleeping in a sauna. At first they acted surprised, but the fans already in the room and similar complaints overheard in the elevator show that this is a well known issue that is not being disclosed or resolved. Until resolved, find another place to stay during summer months. Lighting is also a puzzle that we never solved. Motion sensors and light switches managed multiple lights in other areas of the apartment. I learned to kill the main master switch and walk around using my phone as a light source so I didnt wake others late at night. This has obviously been an issue for others as I see tape residue on the ceiling near some of the motion sensors. If you expect privacy while in bed, do not take the bedroom off the entry hall. The bed blocks the door from shutting. Since thisnis thenonly room with a working air conditioner, it was bybfar the best option. Unfortunately, it is too remote from the rest of the aprtment to allow that air conditioner to help others. Overall, a nice place in a good location. That being said, I would never stay here again based on the significant lighting and comfort issues, coupled with the feigned surprise when trying to resolve them.

A near perfect stay - cool, well equipped apartment in a very central part of Helsinki. Generally very quiet, however I am a very light sleeper so I was disturbed by some sounds of movement within the building. My partner slept fine though. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

This is a great place to stay! Being very close to the central station made meeting friends extremely convenient. Every comfort had been considered; the premium bed sheets, classic chairs, and sauna were brilliant. The kitchen was new and quite good. The lighting was also nice and relaxing with plenty of control. One simple, fixable issue we encountered was the dining table having uneven legs, making it a bit wobbly. Overall, everything was great and we wish we could stay there longer.

Location was perfect. The property upstairs was cold but were offered extra heaters. Towels could have been bigger. Sauna did not get hot enough. No oven glove! Furniture could do with being updated.

Spotless, comfortable beds, right in the city centre. All you need in the kitchen and in bathrooms is available. Check in, though all digital, is smooth. Though, we didnt have heating working all well, and then communication is a bit hard, since we just received generated mails, but not a personal feed back on the heating issue. But we managed, the weather wasnt freezing yet. All in all, a lovely stay.

It was really an amazing experience to us. The first room I booked was meant for 4 pax with sauna, the layout of the room is not great and with the sofa bed set up, the living room hanging light seems to be out of the way and we kept knocking into it. However, my friend has a last minute change of their travelling plan and needed to leave earlier. Hence we contacted Bob W to request to down-size our room. They are very helpful and professional, helped us to check availability and assisted us to change to another room meant for 2 on our remaining nights. This room although is slightly smaller without sauna, we like the layout of the room much better, it is spacious and comfortable.

Bob W city center is a great place to stay when you come to Helsinki. It's clean and safe. Close to shops, restaurants and train/tram/buses. We totally enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, Tram direkt vor der Tür, ein Supermarkt ebenfalls. Die Unterkunft war sauber, Ausstattung ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir waren am Wochenende dort, leider war direkt gegenüber ein Club, also leider recht laut um ei. Fenster zu öffnen. Wir haben auch das Sofabett im Hauptraum genutzt, leider lief hier die Heizung zentral gesteuert, also keine Einstellmöglichkeiten. Uns war es, trotz vorhandener Klimaanlage zu warm. Im Schlafzimmer war dies allerdings kein Problem, hier konnte man das Thermostat regeln. Die Kommunikation mit Bob W war sehr gut, wenn die KI nicht weiterkommt, wird ein Mitarbeiter dazu geschaltet, ging sehr schnell.

It was a nice apartment close to train station. We were able to store our luggages in a room before and after our stay. The light switches were confusing. One of the bedside table light did not work. We could use a few more smaller sized pots and pans. Some of the dishes were not cleaned. I wish they would offer more tea bags for a group of 4 people. Since it was the last leg of our trip, we used the washer. The cycle took way too long for wash and dry. I think it was 5 to 6 hours and the clothes were not even dried. They were only spinning dried. We ended up have to use the hair dryer to dry the clothes.

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.
